I'm a musical autist and jazz/latin snob so I have quite a few.

Tool is my number 1 musical red flag that they are functionally retarded.
Actually most of them are generally old gen x chicks who are obsessed with some band from their youth, like Tool, NiN, Nirvana, Prodigy etc.

Motorhead, yeah Ace of Spades was cool in that episode of the young ones. But most Motorhead fans are dumb fuck socialists.

Recently caught up with a childhood friend who was still really only into Kiss and Depeche Mode. It creeps me out like some musical peter pan syndrome.

People into nigger music, hip hop, rnb are just NPC bugs.

People who hate country music and will like categorize all the shit pop country in with classic real country and bluegrass, likely have Jewish DNA and just hate the sounds of freedom.

Listening to Grimes is a pretty straightforward way of letting me know you have Bad Person Disorder, other cluster bee tryhard bands that come to mind are Death Grips, and anything from the "folk punk" genre
 
Coheed and Cambria/Dragonforce fans are the same people really into A Nightmare Before Christmas and Donnie Dorko/Edward Scissorhands. Chronic liars that live with their parents and dress normal but like "dark" stuff because theyre kind of depressed

I don't think I could recognize a Frank Zappa song. I mean, I've probably heard a few, I just didn't know who they were by.

However, I'd give a Zappa fan a "that's nice", before I stopped talking to them altogether. Because to those weirdos, Zappa is everything, musically. Music can be good, it's just none of it is ever "Zappa good" to those people.

I happen to like Dragonforce. Mostly because I find them amusing and they don't take themselves seriously. At all. Their new album that came out yesterday is pretty fun, IMO.

Yeah there's nothing wrong with the bands, Im even going to a coheed concert because Primus is touring with them, it's just a type of person I've run into repeatedly that's into them and dragonforce.
