An update to the MAN-dy saga for anyone who cares:
The cope is just dripping from these responses. "I thought were were pretending Mandy was a woman".
How did she do this with unedited clips, you might ask? Is it even possible?
She does edit the clips you incel prude. She edits out his dead air and that is where the context is.
Internet is down, I repeat, Balldo internet down.
This is a good start Nick. Now just keep it off for the next 6-12 months and focus on your family. Wait, who am I kidding, have fun at Gay 90s, have the most expensive bottle they have to celebrate.
Yeah. He was going to stream early because he had plans for the middle of the night. Happens all the time.
Where do his kids need to go in the middle of the night?
He’s showing up less and less, but then he’s going to act so shocked and confused in six months when only a hundred viewers are tuning in to his streams any more and cry, “I don‘t get it, what have I done??”.
6 months? I'm predicting next week after doing his boring reading articles streams he'll bitch that the audience didn't come back and the Farms is wrong for telling him he should stick to non-coom topics.
The idea at the time was that he wouls be doing streams from it all the time, travelling between live events, ans collaborating with other creators, so it was business use.
It's a good thing he seemingly ditched that plan. Trying to write off a sports car on his taxes would have thrown up some red flags.

Didn't Nick say he was going to write the Mustang off as a work expense too? It'll be interesting to see the bankruptcy arc in a few years, or maybe months if his internet connection keeps breaking down like this.
Today on sean's stream, runkle joined him as a guest and they ended up talking about retarded youtubers who put everything they buy as tax write off. They never talked about nick but it sure would be funny if there's a clip of that paired with nick talking about his tax write off plans.

He is too lazy to plan good live events and he did not get the entree to the big league circles he was expecting after Rittenhouse and Depp... he made no connections that I can tell. Maybe it was his Hot Topic punk belt.
I suspect Rumble,Blaze,DW,YT staff that interact with "the talent" all know how childish and abnormal streamers are and understand good streamer relations is fluffing them up like they matter rather than being a disposable shelf product for the platforms

Streamer clout is carried by paypig parasocials and middleschoolers that watch Rocket League and Minecraft vids

I find it funny that it implies Nick was so big a tard that they had their best wrangler take a look at him and say, 'Hell no! I can't wrangle THAT!'

I never understood the whole parasocial "it's my birthday let me give you money to say it's my birthday." It's really parasocial and I'd think Nick would no longer want to get roped into parasocial antics, but the $100 superchat is worth it I guess. I hope Duckfat gets a million birthday wishes.
After his gofundme thing for Montagraph lawsuit, I think anyone giving Nick money is retarded beyond repair. He said he had no clue that it got closed, and that he doesn't know where did the money go.
I can understand paypigging for most creators, because usually they give something back, or at least show where does the money go. Null, DSP, Bossmanjack - whether the money is used for good, or for sillyness, something happens to it. It is being spent on something, and you know it.
But with Nick, it just disappears. His show and his life are going downhill regardless of contributions. So why try at all?
I know why. Duckfat is a simp. Just like a standard simp is sending e-thots money to have their name read out loud, Duckfat is sitting there jerking off whilst replaying the bit where Rekieta reads his username, over and over again. He's simping for a demented Balldoman. He doesn't want advice or an answer to a question, he doesn't want anything specific for Nick to spend the money on, he doesn't want him to change in any way. All he wants is to have his name audibly read out by a person who is widely known for being a cuck and a gay bar attendee. It's just like when other men pay e-whores to say "hi JakeBigDick2002, happy birthday big boy".
And so Nick fullfilled his dream of becoming an e-thot. In a way, maybe i can understand why he doesn't respect his audience anymore - i wouldn't either. The only ones that are still with him are complete dregs of the society, and should be put on some sort of a list.

At this point he should cancel the Monday show.
If he formally cancels Monday shows, his weekend reprieve from his streaming obligations will just expand to include Monday. Instead of being rested and ready for Tuesday, these oddball(do) excuses and freak accidents preventing him from working will strangely begin to interfere with the Tuesday shows from out of nowhere.

He’s showing up less and less, but then he’s going to act so shocked and confused in six months when only a hundred viewers are tuning in to his streams any more and cry, “I don‘t get it, what have I done??”.
This has already happened, but without the self-reflection. According to what he has divined, Locals dropped off because they didn't implement a block button fast enough, and people didn't switch over to Rumble because they don't have the better product. Neither of these things were in his control, you see. In fact, this is why he had been reaching out to them from the beginning to get them to implement his ideas to make their platforms better. They just never listened to him, and that's not his fault. (This is what he actually believes.)

My first time ever on the farms was following/lurking the DSP bankruptcy thread, and that's how I found Nick.

And guess what? All his predictions were wrong in that too.
Nick has the reverse Sargon's touch. Everything Sargon supported went to shit (gamergate, UKIP, the skeptics). Everytime Nick wishes ill to someone else, they get a million dollars, they get an apology, their cases actually go favorably etc.
Bankruptcy arc? If he's really writing off his Mustang on his taxes AND doing shit like routinely being delinquent on his property tax to the tune of accruing $1,000 in interest, we end up with the IRS audit arc before then.
Thanks to Nick's parents, he has access to actual practicing lawyers that know what they are doing and will bail him out.

Nick is terminally online, and lacks the ability to keep everything locked in a vault like Drex.

He may be boring right now, but that won't last. His core problems that cause his lolcow-dom he refuses to fix, so there will be more.

That said, I think his LOTY days are over. Unless we get some other shocking revelation, like he's not truly married, he troons out, he actually goes full gay, etc, I think there's no way he wins again. That's fine though, he had his victory.

Maybe Nick can get Trump to tweet about Gamergate?

The US's tax code is a nightmare but I'm pretty sure that you can't just do that. Like sure, you might use the car for business but there's way more to it than that right? I'm a low IQ retard so I don't know but the idea that everything can be written off doesn't pass the sniff test to me.

Checking in on LOCALS. Where have all the fans gone who supported Nick and his need to take breaks to avoid burn-out?

If he wanted to write off the car as a "business" expense he would need to keep a mileage log of when the vehicle was used for business purposes, how long the trips were, to which destination and a justification of why they were necessary for your business to operate.

So goes for most business writeoffs, some are likely much easier to justify (if a store rents or owns physical property I would presume the odds of you getting audited and fucked for that are near zero, it's assumed you need it to operate, but it could also change depending on the nature of the business.) and some others while relatively easy to justify are likely very heavily controlled because every other retard has the bright idea that they are going to be the ones that get away with it.

Of course then there's the fact that the car he would be attempting to write off isn't a Honda civic or an utility van but a retarded flexmobile, while I'm unsure if there are statutes about the kind of vehicle you are writing off, that's certain to raise eyebrows with whoever is checking your papers.

Now, you could do none of that and claim the write off anyway, but that would put you in tax fraud territory and I believe even non-americans know how that plays out with the IRS.

Before, during, and after negotiations with Locals, Nick went on and on about how they had no clue how to drive his Locals. He's hinted at grandiose ideas how he'll create revolutionary content. So far, he's abandoned Locals completely with no word of when or how he'll shake things up.

Meanwhile, his primary streams have fallen behind the times. His branding and his livestream setup has been largely the same since 2021. He'll go and blow $10k+ USD on "artwork" whereas that same money could completely revitalize his content. The stream overlays, the intro and outro, the graphics and transitions, it's all so trite and tired.

Not to mention he's abandoned uploading content to his channels entirely. Even Tipster can toss a few stream segments onto Youtube for on-demand viewing. Congratulations Nick, you're a lazier content creator than the Internet's resident punching bag.

IIRC To qualify for 'business use' it has to be used strictly for business around 90% of the time.
Which, let's be honest, wouldn't be the case no matter what.

Actual 'business use' is a tradesman that works out of his van. Or someone who does estimates for said tradesman's company. Even commuting doesn't count, I looked.

You're right, I just checked on YT, last video 7 months ago (some degen anime con bullshit), last short March 23, 2023. Everything else is just livestreams. Incredible.
Is it possible that he has some secret business, like Tomlinson had his Airbnb for a long time without anyone realizing?

Nah, you guys don’t get it. The license plate reads “LAWPOPE”. The whole car is an advertisement for his snazzy business, Rekieta Law (although not a law channel nor a practicing lawyer) Can’t do that with a civic. It has to be a retarded flexmobile. Don’t agree? That’s stifling Nick’s free speech to advertise how he wants! A million lawsuits to the IRS! Randazza, let’s goooo!
