Don’t tell bossman this but this is actually footage of his stake team that are assigned to rig the machine so he loses all of his hard earned cash

Will there an IRS arc this year? Seems like half the thread hates this topic, but I'll be surprised if this doesn't fuck BMJ over somehow.

The IRS loves money and BMJ is pulling in half a mill at this point.

He's part of the 1% now lol.
In a shocking twist, the IRS is full of BMJ fans and they intentionally don't audit him to make rats seethe.

  1. You can win up to 20000% of your money, but can only lose 100%

This is unironically his problem (and the problem of most gambling addicts). There's a limit to how much you can lose, but no ceiling on how high you can go. So they just lose it all eventually

Often a defining feature of lolcows is their cockroach luck. I doubt BMJ will face IRS consequences

I don’t know if it’s much luck or if the IRS just logs into kick, sees BMJ loose 15 hundred, punches out another wall to which they would reply “oh we’re not getting dick out of this guy…. WAIT! It’s that my mom?”

In all honesty though I don’t know if he even has tax paperwork at this point so I don’t know if they would know to go after him (but that may just be my limited understanding of taxation)

PARTY RIGGERS IS IN THE HOUSE TONIGHT
AUSTIN JUST HAD A BAD TIME

AUSTIN JUST HAD A BAD TIME
PARTY RIGGERS IS IN THE HOUSE TONIGHT

We out in the cut! Lets go to slots
You looking for your mom? She on my cock
Non-stop hittin the spot
Booty slapping hard right through the sheet rock.
JUICE IS IN! Where do we go? Dice, Mines, Wheel, Crash or Limbo?
Nah fuck slots they're too slow.
Alright boys, we goin Keno.
Yo, My funds going down the drain like draino
Stake is a devilish casino,. For Real, No Caporoono
I LOST IT ALL! Yeah guess thats the lifestyle I'm reppin,
On the way to rock bottom just Led in my Zeppelin.

After months of not being able to hit anything big on slots in terms of multiplier, bmj gets a 2,000x on a new slot called Fire Portals. He immediately goes to dice. Don't worry guys he's "so much smarter nowadays" - bmj.

"You talk about mental illness"

He comes back after someone juices him $60 and he loses that on dice. Smokes some weed doesn't seem too upset. Shlops on his nutty butty cereal when $200 comes in. He expected it so likely a loan.
Dice takes it all again and he hits himself.

and is a notorious motherfucker.
Self proclaimed. In fact, I've yet to see evidence any of the female live dealers aren't in fact rats mom's who routinely felt Austin. So who really is doing the fucking?
his deposits into Stake are purchases of Gold Coin and therefore are not gambling losses so he cant deduct that etc.
Yes they are. If his losses aren't gambling losses due to "buy this token, get cash balance to wager and withdraw," twisted logic magic spells, then his winnings taken out (stop laughing) aren't income by the same reasoning. Also, there's nothing stopping Austin from claiming his taxes are arranged in a manner where a legal entity, other than himself personally, is being juiced, the legal entity allows Austin to place wagers with the sums sent, which Austin sucking at this loses all of it, and then the income never touches Austin's possession before it's gambled away as a streaming business loss and he owes no tax as a result. Fucking pocket watching rats. Nothing stopping any of you from overpaying taxes to help the poor old tax collector rub two nickles together if you're so obsessed with the government getting their hand deep enough into the bossmancrack's rock fund. But do any of you lift a fucking pinkie finger to help balance the federal government's budget, of course not?

His parents are exploiting natural resources on property they own for an income stream, there is a good chance they have legal help in setting up a tax structure to minimize their burden from this income stream and can offer their now $417,000 a year in just casino bonus funds son assistance in establishing a similar legal entity structure to help him in kind on that front. If the thread is so hot to see an IRS agent fuck someone, send your rat mom to their headquarters and let the train run begin but stop shitting up the thread with this stupid math that will never likely come into play because Austin is smarter than Phil Burnell who has a room temp IQ while bossman's is easily at least average compared to his moronic generational era peers and may even clock three whole digits.
just saying it would be a really bad idea to show off $6000 worth of gold on stream.
There's no bullion in the house anymore allegedly as of last week. That shit's gone from his residence, bossman does not have possession of it and 6K is under the standard deduction level for a year by about half. Even if he could flex with it, which he can't supposedly now, he'd be ok.

No. They are not. The loophole stake.us lives in is the exact reason they are not gambling losses, but any withdreaws are taxable income. . The winnings are not gambling winnings. They are sweepstakes winnings. If the loophole exists that makes it legal, aka not gambling, then money put in is not gambled, and money taken out is not gambling winnings but winnings from the sweepstakes.

There is no magic. Just money laundering-esq shuffling and double speak. The loophole is making it legal, removes the "tax benefit" of gambling losses, and adds the income reporting of sweepstakes winnings. And with the IRS any money you get is taxable, they dont care if its from dealing drugs, robbing old ladies etc.

Sometimes I cant help but to wonder when and how the Bossman saga will end.

Will bossman turn a new leaf, quit streaming, go to rehab and live a happy life?
Will he get kicked out by ratdad and be forced into responsibility?
Will he “do something stupid” one day?
Will he get a car, go on a crazy bender, get locked up again?

The possibilities are endless really

The winnings are not gambling winnings. They are sweepstakes winnings.
Sweepstakes are a form of gambling. These are the same. Again, if you are worried about the federal government not getting enough, you're welcome to cut them a check. Until then, the taxpayer is allowed to arrange their tax burden to be as light, or non-existent, as they can possibly arrange it. And again, you have shown zero evidence there's not a legal entity taking the funds first, and unlike individuals, those get to earn, spend, then get taxed on the leftovers, as opposed to individuals who earn, get taxed, then spend the leftovers.
This is the hottest Bossman take I've ever seen tbh.
He makes 4X DSP's yearly income, just from his gambling partner's juice. Just because you believe the bossman forward facing narrative, that doesn't make it true or him too stupid and not a convicted felon enough to lie to you to get you to swallow the bait, hook line and sinker.
