This may sound strange but I feel like Phil just lives through a constant series of breakdowns.

It doesn't sound strange. It's pretty much what's happening. Manic episodes or whatever you call em. He may even be in some sort of constant state of mania. Hes perptually breaking down. I don't even think they get worse they just happen. The severity isn't even really the biggest thing to keep in mind it's the frequency in which these episodes happen. That for sure does seem to be accelerating.

Yeah I've seen plenty of gameplay it runs like dogshit even supercomputers with SOTA processors, ram and a video card the fights look like they're a clipshow and this is just PC.

What's even more is that you apparently don't get a detailed location for side quests just a crude "go there" indication and that's it. I am expecting an early wage quit especially if the game really runs like shit as so far told. Though apparently streamers were full of praise for the game. I honestly wanted to buy it but now I put it on hold for the time being.
