That's what makes Vito so funny to me. He clearly has about 1/3rd of a clue, but gets the other 2/3rds so wrong while also feeling like an expert on the subject. He's the kind of guy who sandbags a group project because he wants to impose his vision on everyone else, and then when his ideas drive the group to ruin he'll blame everyone else for not putting him in charge sooner.

People are searching "Ghostbusters" for info on the new films, so putting out a Ghostbusters related video makes sense. However, he picked the worst possible Ghostbusters film, and he'll never know quite why it was such a bad pick. Sure, it's 8 years old and people have already dissected it, but the real reason it'll fail is because the Ghostbusters audience doesn't want to be reminded about that train wreck of a reboot. Older videos dissecting it did well because there was no other reboot coming at the time, so Ghostbusters fans could only wallow in their discontent. Now that there's a new reboot that people are excited about, they don't want to be reminded about the 2016 train wreck.

The fact he had nothing new to add makes it all so much funnier.

It's all the more embarrassing that he's credited as a "director" because the directing is one of the weakest elements of the Costume Quest 2 trailer. Right off the bat, he could've improved the video by reminding the performers to speak to the microphones and the audience, not one another.

Creating games being the entire core of the SBI discussion, and since Vito hasn't actually done anything other than promo work he has as much credibility as any other average YouTuber talking about it (see: none). Not taking into account that this wasn"t even a discussion at the time he was making promo vids so it's doubly irrelevant.
