It’s something that hasn’t been brought up in Fallout but think about it. These Vault Dwellers have been stuck in their Vault for over 200 years. Isolated for 200 years and no inbreeding?

None of the player characters had to deal with that because only one of them was born in a Vault and that was less than 100 years after the Great War.
