Trainwreck Alex Dacy / Alex Dzimtowicz / Wheelchair Rapunzel - 50% wholesome disability influencer, 50% that cash me outside girl

Hannah seems like a nice lady who should probably stop looking for caregiver positions on Craigslist if she wants to work for someone more functional and responsible.
She seems like someone who should stop looking for caregiver positions if she can't respect her client's/employer's privacy and dignity.
Milk or not, she has no business gossiping about Alex to some dickhole YouTuber. I'd be pissed if someone decided to discuss my bladder function like that.
She could have and should have notified the appropriate authorities if she was so concerned.
Any minimally functional/responsible employer/client would refuse to hire her if they caught wind of this little interview, and rightly so.

Hannah then describes how Ari is covered in bruises and scratches and how Alex cannot account for how she received them.
I just want to know, where is she covered in bruises and scratches because on every pic/video I can see of Ari she's lightly dressed with no arm or leg coverings and she's obviously filmed often enough for bruises to not have disappeared and from what we can see she's only got the expected amount of bruising in the right places for a child learning to walk.
Is she implying that it's only visible on the torso where clothes cover it?

While I don't think this whole story by Hannah is made up I do think it's exaggerated a certain amount to make it sound worse than it is.
I think it's probably horrific enough on its own but if you are living proof that they are neglecting the child, you don't stay on and do nothing unless you are naive as hell, you collect evidence of your experience and then contact the authorities.
Because if its really as bad as she says, then the authorities need to be informed and given evidence of what is happening. Not like the redditors screaming bloody murder at the sight of a tiny bruise, but for real.
Because although it's naive to think that the cps or whatever its called in that state will swoop in and rescue Ari, it would help them build a case out of real evidence that may come in handy for whoever might want the custody of Ari in the future.

Alex must've been worried that she didn't seem sufficiently unlikable and unsympathetic, so she chose to upload this to TikTok:

All I can see is those EYEBROWS. Why am I getting so much uncanny valley from them? Are they a Noah contribution? Or does she do them? If it's her work then I'm impressed(she seems to have lost so much capability since Ari was born and I feel for her). If they're anyone else's work... why they do her like that?

Noah is still a druggie, violent, BPD asshole--SHOCKING, I KNOW!!!
And, Noah's mom is a massively condescending bitch to everyone.

Ari is totally fucked. Either she stays in the "care" of these monsters OR, she goes into the system and god only knows what will happen to her there.
I think people should readjust their expectations of what it means to be “totally fucked.” Ari has eyes on her in the form of Noah’s parents, who are fundamentally functional. She isn’t dying of diabetes while living with pedos in a trailer with a dog piss rotted sub floor like the kids in the Sammy Bushart thread. Her situation is far from ideal, but she’s got a chance at life. Alex probably isn’t long for this world, and more than one kid with a drug addict father has made a life for herself.

I'd be pissed if someone decided to discuss my bladder function like that.
She could have and should have notified the appropriate authorities if she was so concerned.
1. Heh. Pissed. I see what you did there.
2. I think it’s fair game for her to establish that Alex can in fact hold her pee considering Alex proceeded to drunkenly piss all over her in a restaurant bathroom.
If she truly saw all these bruises and the purposeful public exposure she did not keep up her job as a mandated reporter and if Ari was to have been abused she could be named as part of liability.
I’m pretty sure Alex herself confirmed that Hannah called CPS on her. Wasn’t that pretty recent?

ETA: Alex has posted a response to DCP on Youtube

ETA Part 2: I can recap it. I actually make dinner for my family instead of flopping a spatula over food made by a Craigslist servant so it’ll be a little bit. But I’ll do it in the next couple hours unless someone is already working on it. I don’t wanna hog all the fun.

She seemed most concerned with marks, blotches and scratches on Ari's face. She said Alex would tell her she fell but she wondered why she'd have fallen on her face. At least where this was concerned, I thought Hannah's youth (24) and inexperience showed. Babies, especially babies starting to walk, get marks and scratches everywhere, especially if the home isn't that baby-proofed.

Alex's rebuttal;

I'm sick and I'm not going to watch this, but I'll scan the transcript to do a recap.

It's called "DISABLED ABUSE \\ I fired my caregiver and she is telling lies to the Internet." Alex is with her new caregiver, who looks just very, very young and kind of lost.

wr_01.png

  • New caregiver is Selina or Selena (not sure which way she spells it).
  • Says the "bruising" on Ari's knees is dirt, not bruising. They clean the floor every day, but the wheelchair makes it hard to keep it clean.
  • "Ari has never once been ran over or attempted to be ran over." That's from Selena, who's holding a bunch of papers in her hands-- her talking points or what she's supposed to say, I guess?
  • Both stress that Alex is very careful to be aware of where Ari is before she goes anywhere.
  • Cairo is 6 years old. He's very well taken care of and goes out as many times as he needs to every day. He gets walks, food, treats, playtime, cuddles with Alex when she sleeps.
  • Cairo would paw at Hannah a lot during the day, but Alex says that this breed (Chihuahuas) "eats up" attention. He didn't need to go out; he was just manipulating her for attention.
  • Carer prefaces her version of events with "from what I was told . . ." while Alex says mm-hmm!
  • Hannah just wanted to take Cairo (Bubba) out because she didn't want to do her actual caretaking duties. The argument is that she was saying Cairo needed to go out so that she could avoid her duties with Alex.
  • On to Ari's birthday, which Selena again prefaces with "from what I was told."
  • Hannah's job at the party was to watch Ari. Alex's job was to greet the guests.
  • Hannah was hired to come to the party "so the adults could adult."
  • Ari did choke on the gold confetti. Noah's sister's friend told Alex that Ari was choking (because Alex was not aware, apparently). At that point they looked for Hannah, and she was hanging out with some of Alex's friends and not watching Ari or Alex.
  • The argument here is that it's wrong to accuse Alex of letting Ari choke on confetti because Hannah was the "hired help" in this situation.
  • Party was Saturday, March 9. Hannah was let go on Monday, March 11.
  • Alex says Hannah was fired because she wasn't able to do her job and adds that Hannah took photos at the party "and the photos were not good," but then adds "but that's beside the point."
  • After the party, Alex's "family and friends" came to her and told her they had concerns about Hannah, who she again refers to as "that girl."
  • They told Alex that Hannah was sharing "disgusting details about your life" even though Alex had asked her not to, since she has "a public presence."
  • They had a "verbal confidentiality agreement" and there are "texts to prove that." Alex says she'll be taking legal action. She says the verbal agreement and texts are legally binding.
  • Selena says she's never seen the "High Nooners in the morning."
  • Selena works 7 days a week. Her hours are "9 to whenever-- usually 1, 2, 3, 4." She's also on call at night.
  • Caregivers usually leave out juice, a smoothie, and coffee for Alex (not High Noons).
  • The only time Selena has seen Alex "actively drink" when she goes out, and Ari is in the care of Selena or Noah. If that's the case, "Alex goes out and has fun."
  • Alex has been out clubbing twice since moving to the new place: once at Chemistry and once at Sweat (if I understood those names correctly). Selena went with her to help her with the bathroom or with getting home. When they get back, Ari is asleep and Noah is there.
  • Alex says that you can "be a mom and still have a social life."
  • Ari doesn't go to the Smiths; she's always with Alex. There is no one to watch her at the Smith house or "stuff happens." She does to go visit the Smith house (I guess the first thing just meant that she doesn't live there at all?).
  • Noah does not have a job and is at the apartment 24/7.
  • Alex stresses that she is never alone with Ari.
  • Since Selena started working for Alex, she has seen "zero bruises, zero scratches, absolutely zero problems" (on/with Ari).
  • Confirms Noah was Baker Acted. Says it was due to issues with his mental health. Alex's mom stayed during that time. Noah was "eventually" cleared by physicians.
  • Alex's mom was mad at Noah due to all of this (his behaviors and choices). She had "a glass of wine" and "slapped him in the face."
  • Selena says Alex cooks "to the best of her ability." She tells Selena what to add and what to do and tastes the food. She can mix.
  • There were boxes in the apartment in an area Ari didn't have access to. The knife was in one of those, and Hannah found it when she "finally" started to help unpack.
  • Alex says the DCFS case is "completely closed." Says there is no open or pending case. No criminal charges in progress, no current plan to take Ari away and place her with the grandparents.
  • Says Hannah didn't like to fuss with getting Alex's pants on, since it takes a couple of minutes. Hannah struggled to lift Alex and preferred that Noah take care of the pants.
  • Hannah didn't even know how to do simple tasks like cleaning lint out of the dryer.
  • Noah had "kind of taken over Alex's care," and Hannah was more watching Ari (due to Hannah's issues with taking care of Alex).
  • Selena went downstairs to get the key from Hannah. Said she did not know anything about the situation at this time. Hannah gave Selena a "dirty look" and said she was expecting Noah. Hannah was a lot bigger than Selena and seemed aggressive, which frightened her. Hannah started unloading all her various accusations on Selena. Selena told Hannah she was a friend instead of revealing that she was the caregiver (because Hannah was making her nervous). Hannah was yelling by the end of this and was causing a scene in the lobby that people were able to hear.
  • Selena has been in this job a bit over a month now and has not seen evidence that any of Hannah's claims are true.
  • There was disagreement between Alex and Hannah about payment issues and scheduling payments (biweekly vs weekly). Hannah possibly had financial problems.
  • Hannah tried to get her job back (I think? This part is hard to follow). The upshot-- and I'm really having trouble following this-- is that Hannah and Alex had a lot of back-and-forth after the firing, phone calls and such, people calling each other liars.
  • End.
I tried really hard to keep any editorial comments out of that summary, but it was a struggle. I kept mixing up Hannah's and Selena's name, but I think I got it all correct.

I will say that Selena strikes me as super, super young, and please note that a lot of her statements begin with "from what I was told" or some variant.

Tbf to Noah's mother, I'd be an absolute cunt in this situation too. There's an innocent baby she has no legal claim to and she has to be as amicable as possible to her drop kick of a son and the bitchy, useless pile of flesh he knocked up to keep an eye on her granddaughter.

I mean she could be the reason Noah is fucked up and I'm projecting but his parents are the only responsible adults here.

This video looks like it being filmed in the lobby of Alex’s apartment building. How fun for everyone to hear them film this rebuttal for the hayderz. Alex introduces Selena, her current caregiver. Selena looks like she was made in the same factory as Bhad Bhabie.

“We are here to talk to you guys about the internet drama.”

You mean “accusations of child neglect and endangerment?”

Selena is holding a stack of notes and begins speaking on Alex’s behalf whilst Alex nods meaningfully for emphasis. Reminder that Selena is a newly hired employee and was not present for the events Hannah specifically mentioned in her interview with DCP.

Firstly, Selena addresses the “bruising” (she also uses scare quotes and there is some zoom editing for emphasis) by stating that Ari has dirty knees from crawling around on the floor. Selena states that the alleged bruising is “genuinely, like, dirt from having a wheelchair in the house.” She then claims to mop and sweep Alex’s floors every single day and that she cleans Alex’s wheelchair wheels.

Alex then interjects to state that DCFS has specifically investigated claims of bruising and have taken photos (presumably of Ari’s body), but that it was found to be dirt from their floors.

Selena then continues by saying:

“Ari has never, ever once been ran over or even attempted to be ran over,” which is a funny way to phrase that claim. Consider that Hannah did not accuse Alex of accidentally squishing Ari and this denial comes somewhat out of left field. She claims that Alex yells out to Selena to confirm Ari’s location before she “budges an inch.” Selena refers to Cairo as “Bubba” which is just confusing, but claims that Alex also confirms that Cairo is clear of the wheels before she moves.

Selena then moves on to address Hannah’s accusations of animal neglect. She claims that “Bubba” goes out “as much as he needs to” and that he “gets a walk every day, and gets fed every day.” None of those things contradict what Hannah claimed, mind you. It’s not like DCP can interview Cairo and confirm that he goes out “as much as he needs to.”

Alex states that Hannah misunderstood Cairo’s attention-seeking behaviors as the behavior of a dog frantic with the urgent need to eliminate.

Selena then states, although she can only relay what she has been told by Alex because she was not present for any of this: Hannah struggled with aspects of Alex’s care including dressing Alex and putting her on and taking her off the toilet. Selena then claims that Hannah was using the dog’s care as an excuse to avoid assisting Alex with toileting. She states that “from what I was told”, Hannah would suggest that Noah help Alex in the bathroom while she would take the dog out to go potty.

Then they move on to discussing Ari’s birthday party. Selena claims that Hannah’s role at the birthday party was to “watch Ari” while Alex was in charge of “greeting the guests and doing whatever she had to, tending to the party.” Selena states that Hannah’s sole job at the party was to be responsible for Ari so that “the adults could…adult.” “I was told” gets a lot of mileage here. Selena states that Alex was notified about Ari choking on gold confetti by Noah’s sister’s friend, because Hannah was “mingling with Alex’s friends and family as well as not watching over Ari.” Selena calls Hannah “hired help”.

Selena consults her script and states that the party was on 3/9 and that Hannah was let go on 3/11 “because she wasn’t able to take care of Alex nor was she able to take care of her baby.”

Alex jumps in to expand upon Hannah’s party responsibilities to state that she was additionally asked to take photos for Alex. Alex complains that Hannah’s photos were “not good.” I wonder, was Alex planning on compensating Hannah for her photography work in addition to her nannying responsibilities during this event? Alex claims that Hannah spent the majority of the party “sitting and eating and talking with my family and friends.”

Alex claims the party was held “in this same room” but there was a random woman walking outside the wall-to-wall windows in the background near the beginning of the video. Does Alex live in a ground-floor apartment, or maybe is there an event space in her complex that is available for reservations?

Alex claims that her family and friends came to her after Hannah left to express concerns because “she was talking badly about (Alex) and sharing private details about (Alex’s) life.” I do believe that this happened because Hannah stated clearly in her interview with DCP that she WAS concerned for Ari and Cairo. Who better to possibly assist in addressing those concerns without needing to involve CPS than her family and friends? Of course, Alex is mainly concerned with losing face so she focuses on how Hannah got too uppity in speaking with her employer’s family.

Alex displays a screenshotted text conversation between herself and Hannah (presumably, since you can name anyone anything in your contacts and there are no timestamps on the messages exchanged) in which she tells Hannah she will be required to sign an NDA.

Selena asserts that Alex “will be taking legal steps” in enforcing a casual conversation held over text messages in a court of law. She claims that a verbal “confidentiality agreement” is “legally binding.” This is great news because now I know I can sue my best friend from elementary school for telling that boy that I had a crush on him when I specifically instructed her to keep it a secret.

Alex confirms that she plans on taking legal action against Hannah for violating their super cereal NDA that happened over text messages.

Selena changes the subject to Hannah’s claim that Alex starts drinking High Noons in the morning. She claims to work with Alex “seven days a week, nine to whatever, one, two, three, four. If she needs me at nighttime I’m also on call,” and that she has never seen Alex drinking a High Noon in the morning. She then seems to go off script for a minute saying, “The only time I have seen her like actively drink or go out is when-“ (jump cut) “ARI is in the care of myself or Noah and Alex goes out and has fun.”

So she tacitly admits that Alex goes out unaccompanied for booze runs. This isn’t the shining rebuttal Alex is hoping for. How many new moms with a busy toddler at home are arranging for childcare in the evenings to go out drinking alone?

Alex then makes the absurd claim that she has only gone out 2 times since moving “down here.” Whether she means Florida in general or to this new apartment is unclear.

Selena then claims that “I am with her at all times in case she has to go to the bathroom, in case she needs help coming home.” But I thought she just said that she was at home with Ari while Alex went on benders alone? Now she is stating that she goes with Alex (those 2 times, though), that “Noah is always awake” and that “Ari is always sleeping.”

A father in his own house with his own baby asleep in her own crib would have no need to stay awake and remain vigilant. Is this Great Value version of Bhad Bhabie actually trying to claim that an adult remains awake and vigilant at all times while Ari sleeps through the night? She must have limited, if any, experience caring for young children if she thinks that’s a believable lie that would reassure concerned parents on the internet.

Jesus Christ I’m only at 8 minutes out of 21.

Selena then claims that Ari does not go to her grandparents’ house when there is nobody to care for her at Alex’s apartment. She states that Noah does not have a job and is “in the house 24/7 regardless of whether I am there or not.”

Alex then cuts in to state, “Let’s clarify that I am never alone with Ari ever.”

Selena then states that Ari hasn’t injured herself at all since she began working for Alex.

There is another jump cut and we get a full view of Selena’s weird romper jumpsuit while Alex begins to speak.
but I saw that @often puzzled beat me to the punch so I won't bother with the last 11 minutes of the video. I agree that Selena seems very young and immature. Alex is radioactive orange in comparison to Selena, though, which is funny.

I'm sure you could debate nature/vs nurture all day long with personality disorders, but Noah's Dad coming over to patch his literal rage holes is some manbaby shit. Whether they caused Noah to be like this, they certainly don't seem to be holding him accountable.

I hate to loop the thread back to this, but sincerely, where are they finding the money for this? If she's randomly hiring people off of Craigslist, can she pay for that kind of care via insurance? Truthfully I don't know about FL laws, but in CA any In Home Service and Support caregiver has to take at least an 8 hr class and pass a background check.

ETA: Alex is so orange, I thought it was a split screen duet kinda thing at first, with the lighting being different in both locations. Good Lord, lady.

This isn’t the shining rebuttal Alex is hoping for.

This was also my takeaway from this whole thing. They actually confirmed that a lot of what Hannah talked about did happen, and a lot of the defenses seem bizarre or contradictory. I can believe that Hannah has her own issues, but I also don't think she made things up entirely. I can also believe that some of the things might be exaggerated, but even if they are, they're still alarming.

It all just makes Alex look worse. Like, wtf? The knife was in a box that was "not accessible" to a mobile toddler? NOTHING is inaccessible to a determined toddler! And her defense of the bruises is that Ari is just always filthy. I mean . . . okay?

And then we have "yeah, she choked, but IT WAS HER FAULT!" And why are "adults adulting" at a child's birthday party? Your child's first birthday?

Maybe Noah's mom really does think she's better than everyone else, but I'm also kind of reluctant to take the word of Alex or her Zoomer caretakers. If Alex's mom thinks she's better than a pantsless screeching gremlin with an alcohol problem, then who am I to disagree? Alex does have an alcohol problem, and none of this convinces me otherwise.

And then we have Alex cheerfully admitting that her mom, who truly apparently is an alcoholic, had a single glass of wine (XXX) and slapped Noah, like this is a cool and relatable thing. And I guess we assume that Ari was around for this?

And Noah managed to get Baker Acted. If they're willing to go that far, then he's in bad shape and shouldn't be caring for Alex or for Ari. I wish his parents would start custody proceedings on their own behalf. Patching holes in walls is a literal bandaid in a situation as bad as this.

Hiring a caregiver to take care of both Ari and herself is something Alex explicitly said would NEVER happen before Ari was born. On some level, she knows this is unacceptable, but she doesn't care. After all, the caretaker can stay at home and watch Ari while somehow also accompanying Alex out clubbing. You know, because moms can go clubbing, too!

What a trashy, godawful mess. My heart aches for Ari.

Edit @The Judean People's Front : Alex will receive a stipend from the government that allows her to pay for a caregiver. It's down to Alex to interview and vet that caregiver, unfortunately. She seems to go for young and inexperienced women and men who she sees as friends and party companions rather than for qualified caretakers. No caretaker we've been aware of was actually qualified for the job (in the sense that any reasonable person would consider "qualified"). Selena isn't a family member or employed by an agency, so she can call herself a caretaker without any formal training of any sort.

I can't believe this new caretaker is allowing herself to be used as a tool for social media drama engineering. Nobody could pay, guilt, or threaten me enough to put my face and name on camera about such personal and dumb stuff in someone else's life that I can never scrub off the Internet.

Why are they filming in the common room of the apartments? It's very strange.

She very conveniently seems to have avoided addressing Noah's drug/alcohol use, which is honestly more alarming than Alex using drugs/alcohol to me. Granted, he's an adult man and she doesn't have to stick up for him; but so much of all this hinges on Ari having one full-time, functional, adult caregiver. And if Noah's backslid even half as badly as Hannah says he has, then it's not looking good.

Her claiming there is no open case with DFCS is likely a blatant lie or a way of mis-stating the truth. Since Noah was Baker Acted (aka 5150'd in my local parlance) there's zero chance that there isn't a file on them where evidence is being collected as it comes in. As part of his release, Noah would have met with social workers who would have been keenly interested in his plans to care for his infant daughter. Even without Alex's social media shit, they'd be on a list for that.

Fuck, I shoulda known it was too good to be true. Now I feel retarded for saying I was proud of Noah. The silver lining here is that at least Noah has family nearby who can help with Ari. The guy needs help. I think the first step would be getting Alex out of his life.
She seems credible and I hope she doesn’t face backlash for this interview.
I wouldn't be surprised if she has a harder time getting caregiving jobs in the future. It's nice to know all of this, but airing a former patient/boss's dirty laundry is beyond unprofessional. HIPAA exists for a reason. Hannah's not a medical professional, but HIPAA applies to everyone in any medical role. Even the pharmacy tech who counts and bottles your pills. If Alex didn't get her caregivers off of Craigslist, this type of shit wouldn't happen.
