I can totally see a scenario where if Jack suffered another serious stroke Tammy and Junior would opt for the doctors to put in a tracheostomy (hole in the neck to breathe) and feeding tube in his belly to keep him alive. Jack would probably get the feeding tube infected on a weekly basis by demanding that half-cooked pieces of chuck steak be shoved through the feed tube.
Also, with regards to his stupid weekly updates, why is he continuing with this bullshit if it is never gonna end? Oh right, he is a narcissistic fuckwit and thinks he is owning the hadurs by posting those shitty stroke-friendly numbers.
