The reason they started was to balance out the MAGAs. And all they've done is bully and threaten people for no reason.
They've been around a lot longer than that. The current incarnation started largely as orbiters of Bob Avakian's Revolutionary Communist Party and its front organizations. Another direct ancestor is the "Anti-Racist Action" group, which in no coincidence, was founded in Minneapolis, the origin of the Saint Floyd riots and arsons and murders.

Bob Avakian is a noted lunatic, nd his worshippers are utter morons.
So much so I was hearing about their cringe antics in the now mythical pre-CWC era of the early mid 00s, albeit in the sense of them being a relic of the past. Was genuinely shocked to see he still lives and his cultists are still active.

Guess political cults (in the most unironic and literal sense of the word cult) still have crazy ass staying power so long as the supreme nigger draws breath, though as seen with the late Larouche it all just falls apart into the general mass of fringe political tism once the leader dies. Probably emotional sunk cost for the rubes who jumped aboard the bandwagon decades back who dont want to admit to themselves that they wasted their lives

They grew out of that but the whole "Antifa" thing started when Trump took office. Same group, different name.

Antifa does a good enough job of making themselves look bad.

The real problem with Antifa is it attracts the worst people, not just Taters mind you. The reason they started was to balance out the MAGAs. And all they've done is bully and threaten people for no reason.

Oh, I know it. But Phil is such a worthless bumblefuck that not even a group of worthless bumblefucks like Antifa want him as a member.

Speaking of bullying people for no reason: remember a few years ago there was a video of a group of Ain't-ifa harassing some old couple on a sidewalk and Phil was there? It was one of the small handful of times where he actually left his retard barracks to "demonstrate".

And be against the police, while dressing up like them and using the same tactics as them (mace, shields, trying to disperse protestors, etc.).

And acting like fascist jackbooted thugs.

I mean how can you be against the very thing that seemingly defines you?
Ignorance and hypocrisy.

Reminds me of an exercise one of my high school social studies teachers did where students essentially "role played" the state of Russian classes right before 1917, using an amount of pennies each student was given as a way of denoting the Proletariat from the Bourgeois. This game was played in rounds where - and since this was over a decade ago I may not have the rules exactly right but that's not really a big deal as you'll see in a minute - everyone had to put a penny into a pile on a table at the middle of the room, and then when the teacher said "go", the students all went to go grab pennies, but there was no limit to how many pennies somebody could get (though it always worked out that the most anybody got was two in the chaos).

Where the whole class divide thing kicked in was what happened between rounds, where the students with the greater amount of pennies - the bourgois - could make up new rules that only the proletariat had to follow, which obviously were all about limiting the power of the latter to get more pennies. Then the game was 'reset' by the teacher having the students swap with somebody on the other side their amount of pennies if they had any, and lo and behold suddenly the former proletariat was doing the same thing the previous bourgeois had been doing.

Of course, the teacher then flexed how they had the most power and at the end of class everybody turned the pennies back in. They also were those fake plastic pennies from little kid cash registers, not actual pennies, so nobody bothered stealing them lol.

It's all about having power over others - Antifa bitching about the police is purely because they aren't the ones holding power.

Reminds me of the Standford Prison Experiment.

Long story short, in the 70's or 80's Stanford university did a behavioral experiment where they divided two groups of volunteers into "prisoners" and "guards". It was supposed to run for two weeks. It lasted six days. Those in power relished it and were almost torturing the prisoners by the end.

When there's no repercussions then people will act in their most base of ways. Antifa is no different.

While I think something like this is in fact true, that was an immensely flawed and unethical experiment that set out to prove the conclusion Zimbardo wanted from the start.

Phil isn't against the police per se, he's just against police if they're in a free/Western country. He's perfectly fine with the police in China and Russia...you know, the actually oppressive ones who beat and shoot people protesting and make them disappear. If the US were suddenly a Communist system he'd be a hard core back the blue LEO supporter. Oh, and he's perfectly happy to call the cops whenever he has a problem or back when he was "houseless" and some vagrant was in a spot he wanted.

It ranks right up there with Milgram's experiment. But it showed that often times people can, and will, do horrible things to other when basically told to do so and they're not going to be held responsible for anything that goes wrong.

Yeah I remember him threatening to get police involved at least a couple of times. I meant it more as a dig against Antifa in general. I tend to agree with the sentiment that Phil actually would like to be a cop- or rather, it'd be attractive to him until he realizes there's hard work involved.

The only reason he'd want to be a cop is because he craves that kind of power.

Kind of like how Communism is attractive to him because he doesn't realize all the hard work that would be involved. Of course, he believes he would be given a place of authority and power in a Communist system (just like every other useful idiot who pushes for Marxism) and he doesn't realize that if he were lucky enough to survive the post-revolution purges and not be sent to work himself to death in a hard labor prison or penal farm, then he'd be forced to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week in some tractor factory for the rest of his life.

There's a great video of Phil before he ran to the west coast to escape daddy rape day reunion, of him showing of one of Philly's jail just to remind people who were mean will end up there.

Cops are a tool to him, like anyone a tool can be used for good or bad. If anything it shows his dehumanizing that someone who's job is law enforcement should be used only at his beck and call to his needs and wants if not they are going off program. He had a nice period where he used to snitch to the cops for small hook ups. This dude would sell small weed dealers out for a burger king dinner. This isn't even hyperboyle. This is documented well.

This last mace bull shit doesn't get my a log go in but it makes me assume next time someone will see how big he is and lazy and fat and weak when the brawls break out just swing and break his skull in. Almost as bad as Toren did.
