I'm not really sure how you can have a serious health problem and be unaffected mentally. a ton of people who survive the ICU come out really fucked up and understandably traumatized. Having a deformity is distressing even if you're medically in the clear, and this guy will certainly have massive scarring forever. Since he is young he is unlikely to have thought through his own mortality in a serious way until now.

I do know that most people who lose limbs or end up in wheelchairs return to their baseline of happiness after a certain amount of time (its more than a year iirc). It might not be possible to do that if you requested the procedure that caused the injury, since the bad outcome is more in line with a betrayal than an accident. betrayals are always more difficult to deal with psychologically.

it would be more in line with a pimple than a cold sore, since they both have pockets of pus. black people still get whiteheads on their acne if it is close enough to the skin's surface.

idk why there is so much controversy over what the white thing is. it is filled with pus, and it is in an inverted skin pocket. it is skin of some variety filled with pus. it looks weird af, but there isn't anything else in there that it could be. if something eroded through the neovagina there would be a lot of blood (or shit or piss depending on the direction and depth). we have seen similar shapes of things filled with blood before on some amholes of the past, it seems like the pleating effect of inverting skin makes it very prone to having skin layers infiltrate with various bodily substances.

This is a different troon who had a BBL last week. He is wondering if he should be worried. I'm sure it's normal for what looks to be fat deposits to be bulging out of your body like this.

I had minimal depth vaginoplasty 5 weeks ago with brassard and I’m struggling to know if any of this is normal grs Montreal reassures me it is and doesn’t really address my concerns here my results look messed up for lack of a better word idk where anything is and I only have half a cltoral hood and my Clitorus is sideways beyond that I can’t seem to identify any of what I’m looking at Is the red tissue hypergranulation? What is it supposed to look like and what is that tissue meant to be normally ? Will this look normal when it’s healed ?

I've moved up to the #2 dilator. I'm getting some rather funky smell and I'm not sure what to do as I'm still douching after each dilation. For the first time I woke this morning where I didn't feel sore. Then I dilated. Dilation isn't too bad, just time consuming. Anyways I had a request, so I've added the reveal photo.

They have - on women.
Men don't have breasts so trying to put fake tiddies on a man is always going to look fucking weird because of the male skeleton, shoulders too wide, ribcage to large, and its not like the surgeon Is trying to augment something that's already meant to be on a woman's frame, they are trying to force something unnatural and against nature. Even the very best surgeon is not going to get the results he would on a woman, and the sort of doctors that do this shit to Troons are the very best, they are amoral sociopathic hacks, that know what they are doing is weird and unnatural so waste time when the patient mark is just going to look like a freak anyway?

No man is ever going to look anything other than weird with a pair of tits looking like a chameleons eyes on his chest.
You can spend hours being a perfectionist and end up doing one surgery a day where the patient looks like a freak, or you can rush the AGP faggot on and off the table as quick as you can and maybe do 2 or 3 a day.
The patients gonna look like a clown anyway, but the rush way you get paid more.

While not a pooner, there is a woman that was infamous for a hot minute after she revealed that she managed to retrieve her fallopian tubes post-salpingectomy and encase them in resin so that she could wear them as a necklace. Apologies for New York Post link, but it really is the most comprehensive article for it that I can find quickly besides the original TikToks.

There’s this lady on TikTok whose video got responded to by that Korean plastic surgeon. she said she got a hysterectomy and the hospital let her keep it. They gave it to her in a jar and in the video shes taking it out to fidget with it. And she says she just plays with it sometimes for fun. I’m about 6.5 weeks post op and I was giving oral to my wife. I literally did not touch her with my hand or myself with my hands once. Then afterwards I put my hand down there on myself and felt this. It was from clitoris to perineum. I’m not a scientist but like… it was pretty lubricated. Sorry for gross pic but people are hearing PIV surgery doesn’t result and self lubricate ad nauseum and I know results very but it’s obv very possible.

the urethra secretes a small amount of mucus. many of the amholes in this thread have urethras that are so large that first time viewers mistake it for the neovaginal canal. I am assuming that the mucus in there protects against the chemical properties of urine and maybe deters UTIs, but it sure as shit didn't evolve to ease mechanical friction so I would have to assume that it performs poorly as a sexual lubricant. depending on what got yeeted during the procedure it might be from the cowper's gland, which makes pre-ejaculate fluid. that would be a better lubricant but still would come out of the urethra rather than the amhole.
