aNAL told us all about Josh's trailer and how she didn't WANT a trailer but she's not too good to live in Josh's. She assumed that it had already been leaked, as she was in the process of leaking(in more ways than one. Hello slip and slide). She's so dumb she immediately shared as much as she knew. So no, it has nothing to do with Null.
At least tornadoes are basically nonexistent in most of Wyoming, people in the Deep South get seriously fucked up by severe ones on a frequent enough basis to be concerning. The thought of Cobes yelling "goddamnit...STOP" at a tornado and then it suddenly changing direction sparing the trailer is pretty funny though.
I don't know for sure, both of Josh's prior apartments were pretty sketchy and nothing ever happened. More likely I think the trailer park troglodytes will get wind he's getting money from the government and leech off him for food/money/drugs/alcohol.
Very plausible... but then again, maybe josh did tell her since he's naive and they're 'dating' or whatever it is they call it. Or maybe josh got a clue and hasn't actually told her anything because he doesn't really trust her. Especially after the "josh's buried treasure" gag from chat.

I would say they're all worth preserving with two notable exceptions:
Doubt. Josh will tell the first fangirl or buddy troll who asks where to send him a bottle of booze. If his address isn't already doxed I imagine it will be day 1.
It's kind of like how the best protection against identity theft is a 300 credit score.
if/when he does end up exposing where he lives again i imagine the constant police visits would be more than enough to ward away anyone thinking about robbing cobes. its like an accidental circle of protection. that and one NAL visit would scare away even the most desperate criminal.

People have a pretty distorted view of Casper because their only lens into it is through the degenerates of the Cobraverse. Like they think it's just dive bars, chain stores, fast food places and section 8 apartments inhabited by boglims. Sure Casper's got its problems, but it seems like a nice small city to live in if you're into that.
He's already bragging about the new place "having a smoking room" and we all see how he treats his apartments. As long as there's no open holes in the walls or ceiling and the lights are always on when needed, he'll see it as a lateral move at worst, if not a slick win because of his newly regained ability to smoke indoors (albeit in one specific "YouTube room")
Maybe he'll break out the hookah and blowtorch again
