First off the effect-free mp3 file you posted sounds great but has very low levels, with RMS levels down below -20dBFS to -30dBFS.
On the plus side, it's not clipping, which is 95% of audio engineering.

Could be a few different things but one possibility is that your SM7B microphone has an open circuit voltage of -59dB but the preamps in your focusrite only have 56dB of gain.
The Shure SM7B is known for having very low output levels of 52dBv/Pascal. It's a microphone that needs lots of gain. It's possible the focusrite is not able to provide it.
You can always stick a good hardware preamp with like 60-70 dB of gain on the SM7B mic and run the preamp output into your focusrite at line level.
Or grab a different mic that is "hotter" and has a higher output level.
Yeah that's the big issue with Shure SM7B. It's a very demanding professional XLR mic from the 70's essentially, but all kinds of e-celebs gaslighted themselves into believing that this is not only
the mic you have to buy if you want to be a "real" content creator, they gaslighted themselves into pairing it with the Scarlett interfaces that just don't have enough power to deal with the SM7B. Null has the older Scarlett that doesn't have enough gain, while the current 4th gen Scarlett interfaces improved it to 69dB of gain, with a second USB-C port for extra power.
There is this YouTube channel, 0db.pl, ran by a guy that has years of experience in music production and is incredibly informative. Unfortunately it's all in Polish, but he said at the 1:57 minute mark that audio interface manufacturers for the longest time believed that 50dB of gain is enough, but everyone flocked to the SM7B that requires 60dB of gain at minimum, with a reminder of how the dB scale is exponential, so 50dB is 320x and 60dB is 1000x.
At 14:28 he straight up tested the SM7B with the 4th gen interface remarking how that microphone is the reason audio interface manufacturers are stepping up their game because of that microphone. Another informative remark that I'll translate: he tested a function of Focusrite's software called "Air" and commented on how people think it sounds better, but in reality any sort of sound processing removes a lot of dynamic range, and when he turned it off and it sounded worse, he remarked that human ears adjust to a specific sound signature at prolonged exposures, and it sounded weird because right before the switch the sound was modified, and now it's the raw sound of the SM7B. The 4th Gen Scarletts also have a much better headphone amplifier compared to the older generations.
tl;dr:
@Null needs to upgrade his Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 to the 4th gen model if he wants his SM7B to work properly. Or learn about pro audio and buy something that'll actually work with the SM7B.
It's a mic for serious professional use in studios, not for home podcasting, but because it's been used in studios everywhere, e-celebs started using it and that's how it got overhyped with people pairing it with interfaces that are too weak to run it, because they don't know about pro audio and go off from what other talking heads are saying.

Is Cane Sugar better for you than Corn Syrup? I really don’t know but some conspiracy theorists think so. I do think Cane Sugar Coca Cola tastes better but frankly that might be the placebo effect. Whatever it is yes I bought Jewish Coke.
I’ve bought into the Anti-HFCS propaganda because it makes me drink less soda. Before I’d drink a can a day (or more) now it’s only a usually weekly special occasion as I’ll drink an expensive Mexican Glass Bottle coke.
In Poland, cane sugar is still the way to sweeten things, and Coca-Cola uses that. Sometimes the label might say that it uses cane sugar od HFCS based on the letter on the production date, but more often than not it'll use cane sugar anyway.
However our government being our government passed a new tax for "sugary things" that basically encompassed absolutely everything, including sugar free products with sweeteners. Complete bullshit meant to get more tax money to flush down the proverbial toilet and it caused a price hike of a lot of products. Some manufacturers circumvented it by using apple juice for sweetening, because that's not affected by the tax, because governments, and I remember trying it once and I could taste a bit of apple in it. Coca-Cola didn't do that, so it's still all cane sugar and is more expensive. At this rate I'll probably just start downing milk bottle after milk bottle as a replacement for something to drink that isn't water.
What even are those poppers anyway? I only know that's it's meant to be some sort of drug to get you to coom harder, but what's in them? Are they legal? Or are they like those designer drugs that are technically legal, have a similar effect to the real thing but fuck you up, as in destroy your health even more? They kind remind me of the scandal in Poland from around 2008-2010 where kids were getting fucked up on designer drugs, back then called as "dopalacze".
I'd rather source some weed to get the same effect than sniff God knows what they put in those popper things. They're probably illegal in Poland anyway. Not to mention, inhaling nitrous. Natural selection at it's finest.
