Aside from "Holiday Rabbit" and "Cybernetic Bondage" as the main outfits in question with footage to show changes, I strongly suspect that "Blue Monsoon" (bikini) and "Ocean Maid" went through similar coverups as well. Maybe "Black Pearl" (lingerie), "Keyhole Dress", and "Moutan Peony" (Chinese dress). Be sure to note how the outfits compare to their corresponding icons.
It seems that there's some controlling authority taking issue with too much bare skin, especially around the waist. The much-discussed "Skin Suit" gets a pass by being a full-body suit with areas of off-colored transparency rather than bare skin, a similar effect to pantyhose.
I hope people stop doing business with sony over this. Really it's their own fault for going sony exclusive in the first place, they could've had the uncensored stuff on PC and Xbone and add an exclusive risque outfit but you gotta kiss the pozz ring if you can't self publish.

It's only two where there's direct evidence of alterations, but like I said, I suspect more outfits besides were also hit sometime during development just by the look of some of the details you see now.
I think the idea is that the lacing is meant to be evocative of shibari (Japanese rope bondage), but it's not as apparent with the censorious addition down the middle. The icon still gets the inspiration across.
