an entity called the Robert Lord Property Trust or something similar.
Do we have the details on the trust at all? I'm wondering if the name (Robert Lord) on the trust is Nick's super secret fake name he used for going to Hedo 2. If it is, then goddamn he's a moron for using his real middle name as part of the fake name he uses to hide things from his audience/the super scary Kiwi Farmers.

I know I said I would stop giving good advice in this thread, but if Nick wants to actually rebuild his channel, he has to get back to that small-channel mindset. He needs to cater his topics to the audience amd do his homework to put on a good show.

Smaller streams, more interaction, and consistency with less shilling of ways to pay him.

He would need to treat his channel as if he were still in the sub 10k subscriber range. He has the benefits of having his tech sorted.

He won't.

Heis afraid to fail. His ego tells him he needs to pull BIG numbers and guests. It is insulting to him to think he only deserves an audience of 200 or so. This is why he puts off streaming and other projects: it is easier to pretend he is a big time streamer than it is to admit his crown is tarnished.
That's all too much work for the Law Pope, I've got a better idea:
Show up
I think Nick drinks because that crazy bitch wife of his makes his life absolute hell 24/7. To the point her lazy fat ass cant even be bothered to microwave food for her own kids or not punch him in the face when he goes in for a kiss (supposedly, I think the bitch just hits him).

I know ol' Recucka isn't all that religious but here are some Bible versus for him. It's better to live in the desert next to a cactus or on your roof huddled in the corner for warmth than a BPD woman.

Proverbs 21:9
Proverbs 21:19

He was too busy reading Ayn Rand and trying to create Uber children but ended up with the massage therapist's bastard children.
Okay but how does all this apply if Rekieta is the BPD woman?

In other news, Nick has officially graduated to his own children getting molested jokes

That xbox fridge always looks so ridiculously stark and out of place. It looks like the monolith from 2001 A Space Odyssey.
Maybe that's what happened. He touched the monolith and ascended to the next stage of evolution in human faggotry.

To be clear, that's their first home, which they retained ownership of when the second one was purchased. The second home which was purchased years later is owned by an entity called the Robert Lord Property Trust or something similar.
That must be what I was remembering.

So yes, his current home is indeed in a trust, although conceivably he could have set it up himself.

Haha the butter dish was so random and I laughed.

Whatever "collector's item" he would come up with would be absolute garbage, and not even be worth that of leftover ThinkGeek inventory.
Well, I remember him telling Adam Crigler on livestream what it was (without revealing to the audience) and Adam seemed at least mildly impressed by whatever Nick told him it would have been. That's probably part of the problem, he had a genuinely good idea and only one contact who could realistically make it happen. It fell through, so now he's left S.O.L.

I don’t watch his streams anymore so have been a bit out of the loop but if there was ever any doubt these past couple streams have confirmed his alcoholism to me.

Any estimates on how much he makes from local memberships?

Thanks Nick for the inspiration. I now know that no joke, when it comes to anyone in your family, is too far for you. Speaking of which,

Super hot, and getting hotter by the year/month, one procedure at a time. No matter how many it takes, our wife is determined to finally satisfy this man by "undestroying" her body. Rooting for her.

And even this picture is missing quite a bit of the transformation. I need to add all the additional photos people have reminded me of since.

There are a bunch more in the new OP.

Yup it started the other night when he was talking about marrying his 6 y/o daughter to Muhammad. BTW is greeting your 6 year old child past bed time with "what do you want?" normal? 'Cos it sounds weird and needlessly harsh to me, almost hostile but English is not my first language.

It is harsh, and what is more, at odds with the image he portrayed of taking care of his children being exhausting, but fulfilling.

It's too late for him I would argue.
He has dug himself into the Lolcow Oubliette. The money he would make from starting over would be lower and harder earned than from getting payed from letting alogs bully him. That's when someone can't escape lolcowdom, when they have made it so the easiest money source is from being a lolcow rather than from being a semi functional human. Also to specify money is just the general thing the lolcow wants. Nicky wants attention he clearly is a narcissist and being a trust fund kid shows he doesn't even know enough about money to know he wants money.

I think he could claw back the most dedicated sycophants. He would cement himself as a lower-tier streamer by doing so, but he could continue on much as he did a year ago to a reduced audience. His own personality and the self-exposure would limit him, and I think that would drive him mad.

I don't think it's fear. Or atleast fear isn't the major drive. I am reminded of Jordie, Wings Of Redemption or Onlyusemeblade both of whom many a times could have been normal or somewhat normal streamers but the Alog paycheck was easy. And it isn't just laziness but comfort and complacency. It's easy and comforting to just do what you did yesterday especially when the alternative carries unknown risk.
Also add the element of addiction. He would need to put the bottle down long enough to think of something new, then think of how to do something new and then try and do that something new. The shakes kicking much faster than his remaining neurons. Also this is pure suspicion. But considering how fucked up the man is if he ever has a come to Jesus moment he needs to spend like a month or two fixing up his damaged household before figuring out how to be a streamer again.

The laziness is an excuse for fear. It is fear of hard work or fear of failure masked. It could also be fear of the unknown. I think Nick got much too accustomed to whatever he did making money, that he began to think he had the Midas touch.

If he actually tried to reconstruct himself, he could maybe get close to where he was again, but that is too much work.

I forget who it was, but one lawyer (maybe Kurt) complemented Nick about being knowledgeable about trust law and estate planning as well as AIDS and poppers.

Ty Beard when they were doing a legal panel.

There's plenty people who came from money who aren't suffering from dark triad personality flaws, and plenty people who came from poverty who are much worse than Nick. I think it's easier for people with money to see being poor being linked to personality flaws, and for poor people to see being wealthy being linked to personality flaws.

Regardless, those who were on the anti-Rekieta train 4-5 years back are probably feeling vindicated now (I know I am!). It really blew my mind that he took out the maximum possible PPP loans and then was superchatting $50-$100 a pop to make faggy jokes on people's streams at the same time. People even jumped down my throat when I'd raise that criticism back then (not here, but other communities). Imagine if he did that now with the way people look at him. He wastes $300k on "art" but the government needs to lend him money to pay himself for his law firm??? You can get away with so much when you're lawdaddy.

What is truly baffling is that Nick caught lightning in a bottle 3 times or more, and managed to squander every bit of it. He never deserved what he got (in the sense of there were better equipped and talented people who could have done what he did) but he got there first and struck gold.

He got an equal amount of deference and good will, and squandered that too. It is amazing how he used up the bounty in such idiotic ways.

What’s the tldr on the 5K gift? I never kept up with his locals shit

He promised the first 5k LOCALS subs a special, unique gift that would be mailed to them. It has not been revealed what it is, but it had personalised and unique artwork and would cost a lot of money. It has been 16-17 months since he promised it. At one point he said it was close to completion.

I don’t watch his streams anymore so have been a bit out of the loop but if there was ever any doubt these past couple streams have confirmed his alcoholism to me.

Any estimates on how much he makes from local memberships?

There is no public number. Unless he has a LOCALS EXCLUSIVE stream and we counted the viewers and extrapolate from that.

His last LOCALS stream had 200 or so people in it, but the counter included people who were not subscribed. As a general rule of thumb, I triple that number, so he has 600 or fewer people actively subscribed. Translated to cash, that is 3k USD or LESS per month. I think it below 2k, personally. He has double-digits of people in his 24 hour chat at any given time, and struggles to break 100 during a stream.

That must be what I was remembering.

I'd be surprised that he'd set up a trust himself if he wasn't Nick 'Narcissist' Rekieta.

I've had to work with trusts and they were all done by attorneys who specialize in trusts and other legal entity formation. In fact, I helped set up bank accounts for a trust that was the family trust of an attorney and another lawyer had drawn up the documents. I asked about that and the grantor laughed when I asked why he didn't do it himself.

BTW is greeting your 6 year old child past bed time with "what do you want?" normal?
It could be for a sober individual who is maybe actually working and is somewhat miffed by being a child he thought was asleep being up. Might have to apologize if they're bothering you with something important maybe but I don't think it would be a outright condemnation of your parenting abilities

however its not normal to do so while being a drunk spite filled bum like rackets

Late here, but I watched the church stream and transcribed it.

Older Rekieta Kid's Testimony:
The other day I was asked who Jesus was, and to me, Jesus is God. And He is part of God. He's a loving Creator but He is a just Creator. And because He is just, He can't let us sin without punishment. But because He is loving, He sacrificed Himself to give us a gift. We don't have to accept this gift, it's a choice. He doesn't force us to accept it. He died for all of us, but even if it would only save me, or only you, or only one other person, He would still have done it. He would have died eight billion times over if it meant saving everyone, and that's a beautiful thing. Like many here, I was raised in a Christian household. I was homeschooled for most of my life, so I grew up with God as a central part of my learning. I took part in the Awana program here, and first prayed the prayer to accept Jesus when I was a Sparky. When I did this, I had no idea what it truly meant. I just did what I was told I should do. After that, I prayed that prayer many more times as my faith developed, but only recently over the past few years have I come to really know God personally. I started wanting to go to church, wanting to learn more and listen to the sermon. I still don't have everything figured out of course, I don't know if anyone does, but I know that I love God and want to continue to learn about Him. Another thing I was asked the other day was what I would say if I died today and God asked me why I should be let into Heaven. This was a really hard question for me. I'm in no position to justify myself or tell God what He should do with me. There's nothing I have done or could do to save myself. The only thing that could save me is what He did. Because His sacrifice is the only reason I would ever be saved. I still have a lot to figure out, but I know that I love God and I want to learn more about Him. I want to live as He wants, not because it will save me - nothing I can do will outweigh my sins - but because that's how He wants me to live, and that's the least I could do to repay Him for all He's done. Because of what Jesus did for me, I will follow Him.

Younger Rekieta Kid's Testimony:
Hi! I'm (first name) Rekieta and I'm going to share my faith story with you. I grew up in a Christian household. When I was young, I really liked going to church because Sunday School and Awana was really fun. Later, I felt Awana was teaching us the same stuff again and again, so I didn't listen as much. But what was good, was that I prayed for Christ as my Savior, but I really didn't know what that meant. Then, when I got to youth group, I began learning and understanding things more. I now believe Jesus saves us from our sins and I now know what that meant and how important that is. I now know what He did on the cross and how important it is that He overcame death. More recently, I've prayed Jesus to enter my heart, I did this alone on my own about half a year ago. But it was different because I understood it now. Someone who has helped me in my understanding has been Pastor Matt, which I am very thankful for. Thank you for listening to my story.

Nick Rekieta's Testimony:
Come on, if you were the son of God, you know you'd summon some Jamaican archangels to entertain you in your downtime. I mean, come ahhhhn, right?

I'd be surprised that he'd set up a trust himself if he wasn't Nick 'Narcissist' Rekieta.
I'd be surprised if he didn't fuck it up if he did it himself. I'd never do one myself. If you have enough money to be worth protecting, it's worth paying someone who specializes in it.

Was StirFry the one that originally wanted to sue Monty over them not getting the Locals gift? Or was that somebody else.

I can't keep my Locals idiots straight.
Nick should pray that his worst detractors come from the farms where people get bullied for weening. His new audience is that dangerous combination of unemployed with nothing better to do and extremely retarded with more ego than common sense - if he pisses them off he’ll have people mailing him boxes of poop. I predict that someone will sperg out about him flaking on a promise and try to sue him over it.

I like his chances. He'll win by default since they can't throw out absurd lawlsuits and arbitration claims if Nicky never shows up. :smug:
It's not even about winning. Long story short, I've got quite a bit of experience in arbitration cases, and filing the cases themselves is probably enough to destroy Locals as a platform. The vast majority of arbitration agreements have a clause about cost splitting. The most common is a 50/50 split of fees. Any reputable arbitration org, for instance the American Arbitration Association, is going to charge something like $100 just to give you a panel of arbitrators to pick from. There's the option to pull another board if you don't like the first one, which costs another $100. So, assuming a 50/50 fee split, just to pull the boards for potential arbitrators will cost Locals $100 per case. Most arbitrators have a docketing fee, which runs between $50 to $200, just to be penciled in on the schedule. There's a cancellation fee, generally $100 before the official arbitration date has been set and $500 after. All of these fees are split evenly.

So, let's say hypothetically all 5,000 of the initial "5k g[r]ift" victims filed suit, and asked for two panels at $100 each, and the docketing fees averaged $100 per, and they each cancelled after the arbitration date was set, and each cancellation costs $500 each, the company would be on the hook for $400 in fees per case which would never be heard. So in this hypothetical, broad brush instance, Locals would be on the hook for $2,000,000 without ever having to actually litigate a single case.

Obvious disclaimer that I don't know the specifics of the arbitration clause and exact fees etcetera etcetera.

This doesn't sound like Nick, so hopefully this grounds them to resist his poisoned words.

That would be funny.

I never knew of Balldo’s history of milking PPP loans, quite the coincidence considering that now he is the one getting milked by PPP. I just watched a video about those loans by Cryptic Web Chronicles, it’s one of the only videos he’s uploaded that wasn’t about Pat Tomlinson.
I never followed Tomlinson aside from when he gets mentioned by @Null on MATI. After Metokur recommended the channel in his latest stream saying that is how he has been catching up it’s been very entertaining.
