Many on the right seem to naively think that these companies kowtow to retarded progressives because they actually believe in that shit. It is, of course, really about money. The money men put up with the race grifters because they have to. This is downstream from the way that retarded progressives have weaseled themselves into the justice system. A sufficiently large company these days must play DEI games, or they are at liability for all kinds of ridiculous torts that could actually harm the business.

a great example is the dust-up several years ago about the jigs going in starbucks and demanding to be allowed to use the bathroom without buying anything.The barista just politely did her job (no sir, the bathrooms are for customers. would you like to buy a coffee?) and the entire corporation was successfully sued for heckin racism behind it. the whole thing was planned in advance. I guarantee you that if starbucks could hang a sign that says "no stinking penniless hobos in the restrooms" they would do it but they cant because there is decades of legal foundation these wasterels are standing on.

A more cynical man might suggest that the motivation behind such laws was never to achieve a racially equal society but rather to provide a nucleation point around which unqualified halfwits of the proper skin color could extract a profit

FYI, recruiting assignments are the worst imaginable. Typically, an NCO is forced into a drill sergeant or recruiter to "broaden" their experience. Both suck ass, but recruiting is far, far worse since it's all about meeting metrics and doing cheesy shit like this. Now imagine being assigned to a location that doesn't have a typical recruiting pool.

It's a huge problem in L.A., so of course the natural response of the left is to paint all criticism as "right wing propaganda".
