Part of the reason IMO for Nick's breakdown last night was that Nick's false self-gaslit view of the world came into conflict with the real world in the form of the appeals court ruling. What was known until last night was that Aaron talked in ways that suggested she was living at their house, that he had to talk through them to talk to her and that there were unspecified things in the way of him going over to their house.
There was also the corner demon. A person in the room while Nick streams that Nick is frequently looking over to. A person who appeared right around the time that April left Aaron.
The confirmation - such as it is - came last night with the voice in the room with Nick talking to him at the end of the stream which seems a good match for April's voice.

Some people will question if that was absolute proof. Some people might dispute if its really April's voice. But that is the sum of what is known right now.

You know, months back, Nick mentioned family living in his other house. It was odd. At the time I just assumed he had some extended family making use of another home they owned while Nick and fam got to live in the trust owned McMansion.

Now that I’m nearly positive April is living with Nick, I wonder if Kayla stays in their old house and Nick in the other. They take turns with the kids, kids can stay the night with mom or dad depending on schedules and whatever.

Kayla might be ok with April living in the house with the family, but seems a big stretch. It would be different if she was just a friend who needed a place to stay during a divorce, but it would appear she is by Nick’s side 24/7.

The obvious severe drug and booze abuse is another reason Kayla would probably prefer to live separately from Nick. Unless she’s matching him drink for drink she’s not going to stick around if there’s another female enabler around to deal with him.
