Thank goodness I didn't say it and instead postulated that Montagraph could, and should, say it. I have out-chessed the grandmaster.Balldo's the type of hypocritical dipshit that'd try suing over something like that...

I don't believe I've ever uttered anything close to this, and I feel my American soul die a little but:I hate even to think about it, but Nick has the mentality often associated with family annihilators. I could actually see him doing that at this point.
I don't think his ego could handle a stream right now and that must be killing him. It'd be the most successful stream since the Depp trial.I maintain that if he actually started streaming in the way he used to he’d be back real quick. And he’d cover all his legal costs in seconds.
But we know he won’t be smart enough to do that and take the advice of everything.
Is the Nick we know cocaine? Is he drugs?Nick doesn't look overly humbled or conciliatory and knowing him he'll just feed that.
Yeah lol.Er, I'd wait until it's been fully adjudicated in court before that... That way you can point to the court ruling...
I wish I could have seen his facial expression on the earlier one when dude said "Nick looks like a sad bitch"The arraignment was a very serious legal proceeding and I'm happy that they didn't allow every random Zoom participant to share their audio.

Nick will make the argument that he knows how one looks and behaves as he is one and win his case.Montagraph can now call Nick Rekieta a child abuser always and forever, and Nick can never say it's defamation.
And with that utterance, you can barely make out a tear streaming from the corner of a bald eagle's eye...I don't believe I've ever uttered anything close to this, and I feel my American soul die a little but:
Let's hope the cops confiscated all his firearms as evidence.
You can. It’s called therapy. It costs a lot.Dammit, you're right. I should have pointed out the avoidable trauma the children experienced instead. You can't undo that with any amount of money.
It's meta because this is the most sober he's ever actually been in yearsHe had days to come up with something clever and this is all he can do.
Society used to have standards. I'm not saying it was ever perfect, of course, but we have fallen so far. In an ideal situation people who abuse drugs and alcohol like Nick would not be allowed to participate in society at all, let alone as a lawyer.

He makes female comedians look funny. God damn, he needs to stop.
Brother you're being charged with felony drug possession and child endangerment, why are you cracking jokes?
I'm pretty sure the cops did. If Nick goes feral (which I think he might) he'll stab Kayla to death and then try to get to April and maybe Kevin before he offs himself.Let's hope the cops confiscated all his firearms as evidence.

how is this allowed lmao

I guess I was right that Nick isn't the type to let the police in without a warrant
A bunch of cops tossing your house is plenty traumatic, whether or not they have to break down the door.People do care about the police breaking down the door and raiding a house containing 4 kids, two coke-fried women and a bunch of guns- all for a fantastically unlikely bet that the warrant happens to be later deemed legally insufficient (buy a lotto ticket) and that the police are going to, without hindsight, decide to manufacture consent that they don't have any reason to need. That's not just more mentally traumatic but upping the ante like that makes it that much more likely that something very bad happens.
That's definitely the real reason. My bet is on Kayla being too high or retarded to open the safe.Although my biggest question is why one of the kids was at the door and where the fuck the two adults at the residence were. I would think they were busy flushing drugs but apparently they either didn't do that or they had so much that it didn't matter.
