Legal Mindset is noseguarding, but he's also correct. If Nick can somehow get the search warrant thrown out then all of the evidence that the cops found in the house goes up in smoke.

I'm willing to bet the cops aren't fuckups though. There was a week between the complaint and the raid. They must have had something concrete to get the judge to sign the warrant.
this is what happened to r.kelly back in the 2000s. in miami, the cops found acutal cp in his computer. but because r.kelly's lawyer were able to get the warrant thrown out, the cp charges were through out. https://www.mtv.com/news/1485804/r-kellys-florida-child-porn-charges-dropped/

if rekieta gets the charges dropped, this does not erase the moral issue with the coke and guns around the children. nick will be ostracized in his community, probably get divorced, and lose his children. ironically, this is want boomer coomer rekieta wants. nick will be free to live his teenage years, in his 40s, with dick and vito in los angeles. and he will od in a gutter.

This "mandatory reporters cause more harm than good" cope is very twisted and could only come from people who haven't been the one being abused in these situations.

As if it's better to leave the children being abused in their abusive situations while the abusers go to therapy to twy vewy hawd to stop abusing children. Fuck right off.

Andrew is an asshole passport bro who will grift anything he can make a few bucks on.

But he's also pretty spot on with his takes in most cases.
I'm gonna laugh my dick off when everything comes in airtight for the warrant because information came from the kids either via the priest or the eldest. They took a week. It's not like a fired off half cocked. I guess I should say the took they time so that they shouldn't have.

I haven't seen this much activity in a single thread since summer 2020.

A few reminders for even those familiar with a lot of the lore or rules:
  • Use the highlight feature, but also scroll for context around the highlighted posts. Lurk smarter, not harder.
  • Make sure someone hasn't already made the exact same goddam point you're about to make by searching key words/phrases.
  • Reply to people, drive the conversation forward, don't shout shit uselessly into the ether.
  • All trolling plans are retarded, but people like Nick can't help but read their threads. If you actually want to mess with them in-thread, just make a good joke/observation or try one of the following:
    • Song parody (doesn't have to be very good, but at least make it match the beat of the original lyrics unlike this utter failure from Gahoole.
    • Shitty Photoshop (here's one of mine)
    • Effort post about something related that you're knowledgeable about

I know his fall started long before this, but does anyone think this set him off, to where we are now?

I wouldn't put it past Nicky to have this happen and start shooting off at the mouth at his kids, and then enter the Mandatory Reporter.
No, he had already been reported 4 days prior to the appeal loss becoming known.

I wouldn't say Legal Mindset is noseguarding, exactly, but he's definitely sweeping for his noseguarding buddies. If obtaining a warrant requires such significant probable cause, isn't it also possible that something significant happened that we don't even know about yet? Isn't it more likely that the coke addled retard with a fresh black eye did some other retarded thing than a giant conspiracy to take down a man already in the process of ruining his own life? I would say so, given what we know about Rackets now.

when and over what? I totally missed it.
The Nick and Legal Mindset falling out started after the "Eric July n*gger incident" and it also centered around Nick's drinking and whether or not it was appropriate to drink and get hella wasted on stream. They start to call each other out, and Andrew basically said he wasn't going to engage with Nick anymore because he was saying things when he was wasted. Andrew also rated Nick an "F" lawyer saying a lot of what he says isn't correct.

Andrew also said because of the feud, he was no longer going to be drinking on stream... which he seems to have followed through with, unlike Drunkieta. While he can be a "roofie your drink" frat boy type, he's pretty based in calling Nick out and has seemed to be the only one to do so. Props!

That doesn't stir up controversy or make for good TV.

Legal mindset completely ignoring the fact we haven't seen the documentation for the search warrant but still calling unconstitutional.
They are correct about how just statements from a pastor should just be a wellness check, but they also know but are not saying that reports regarding the children may not show up in any documents right now. And those are the types of issues that could trigger the action by police last week. Investigations into the children could be what happened in between the week the pastor gave his statement and when police entered Nick's crack den.

This actually happens a lot with polyamorous and swinging relationships. The couple start getting competitive with each other and don't necessarily want the other one to partake, they really only care about satisfying themselves.

“suddenly YouTube famous and then in an open relationship, and then divorced” is a scenario that will be familiar to any Hydraulic Press Channel enjoyers in the thread.
It played out with almost no drama, no arrests and basically an amicable settlement in the end (the younger, blonder model even replacing Anni on the stream), but still sounds like a gas-lighty and dishonest way to end a relationship.

No children involved there either of course.

going over the hypotheticals of constitution over arguing the merits of the case.... Legal Mindset..... NO!!!!!!
