It's highly abnormal for a report like what we know of it so far to result in a "break the doors down" type warrant. They didn't request a warrant after pulling Balldo over, either, it was already in play.

Usually a report like what we see there would cause a CPS visit, premeditated and informed, so you get a chance to clean your act up. Something prevented that and instead resulted in a cops-out warrant being issued. So either they already knew something was fucky at the compound or there's more we don't know about.

Even most people who bitch about CPS haven't really had super bad experiences with them, it's like bitching about cops because you got a traffic ticket once. Annoying? Yes. Have they been involved in some serious shady shit at times? Also yes. Did it destroy you? No.
