Is injecting cocaine a common thing...is cutting cocaine with gunpowder a thing?
No, it would be pointless and probably very painful. I have literally never heard of cutting cocaine with gunpowder. Injecting cocaine is common for hardcore addicts but is overall pretty unpleasant.

People inject cocaine it gives you an insane ringing headrush that is said to sound like a freight train going through your brain.
Gunpowder sounds stupid but i did see some references to it online, haven't heard of it or seen it personally.

Possession of Drugs - 2nd Degree (Possess 25 grams or more cocaine or methamphetamine). Maximum Sentence: 25 years or $500,000, or both. Offense Level: Felony
If Nick gets lucky, he might be able to get this charge dropped as part of a drug diversion program. A felony is always the big kicker
While I have to confess to being one to enjoy the liquor, I must say that having the children being hungry and dirty is absolutely heinous.
Yeah, same here. I'm actually hungover right now but I don't have any kids, thank God
Nick needs to enjoy prison.
Agreed

How much of what Nick is now do you guys think was there from the start of his YouTube career? I want to believe he was a good man once, but I feel like maybe he was always like that and maybe the reserved and respectful Nick who didn’t want to joke about “Daddy no” was just a facade the entire time. It’s hard to tell because I haven’t stuck around as long as the rest of you. I left shortly after the lawsuit with the melon guy started up or at least was in full force.

More specifically when do you think the swinging and more importantly when did the drug use start?

Nick was always a low level sociopath and contrarian asshole.

Just go back to the early streams waaaay back when he talks about the “best way of making him NOT do something, is to ask him to do it.”

The man is a trust fund kid, who sure… (Maaaybe!) Lived in section8 housing for a few months. But he KNEW he was set up for life and never had to struggle.

Over time he became more comfortable with Kayla, having her locked her in with a growing family, so the first thing to go was the faith. No more Christian music station in the car. No more ban on swearing.

Then came the streaming success. Money… Attractive women looking his way for the first time ever. Combined with a “Shit I’m 40… What now?” Crisis, Nick started indulging his degenerate self that he had kept under lid for so long.

Marriage is going through a rough spot. “Hey let’s try swinging!”

And here we are.

Nick never had a reason to tone it down. Nick always knows best.

This plane may have crashed but trust me, the fire from all the fuel it was carrying still haven’t gone BOOOM

But it seems like he is in total denial mode.
FWIW a great many people who talk tough in public and deny everything have turned into meek little mice who eagerly gobble up plea deals the moment they're in the courtroom.

What he says to the public is irrelevant (and -- barring the admission of further crimes -- not of interest to the court or prosecutor). What he says and does in court is all that matters.

So, coke is a lot of fun. Really, it is. I've never turned it down when offered unless I'm near an inner city, and less and less more now because I don't wanna be a middle-aged person dying of a fentanyl over dose and leaving his family wondering why or what they could have done.

Never kept it in the house

Never did it with firearms around.

Never around fucking kids.

I hope, to fucking Allah, the kids can move beyond this and do not use this (or have this used upon them) as a crutch. I hope these kids excel IN SPITE OF Nick.

I get liking booze, coke, loose sex-pervert weirdo partners... but dude, you have a family. A fukken LARGE family. Get it together and leave it to the weekends.

Edit: ALSO
to the congregation of his church. They honestly did the Christian thing in dealing with this. They first came to Nick one at a time, then they all got the pastor to talk to him, and THEN they contacted the authorities. For all you HEATHENS, this is how you do things (personal, community, then law). Not only do you get the best results (with multiple witnesses and statements) but you also give the "sinner" multiple times to repent before the actual IRL hammer comes down.

I recently became a father myself. I love my child. I want what is best for them. I cannot fathom neglecting my child. I can't think of it. It is so disgusting and alien to me. How do you get so far gone you'd rather do coke and orgies than look after your children?

This is the most profound proof of demonic influence through the curse of Chris Chan's horcrux I've seen. It's the only way I can explain how a man can neglect his kids. Demons.

Mixing a little bit of cocaine into your heroin and injecting it is a pretty common thing. Injecting cocaine by itself is something rich degenerates do sometimes for a bit of a laugh but it lasts like five minutes and honestly isn't worth the hole. It's fine if you're a libertine coomer who wants something special once in a while but if you're a habitual coke user you're probably going to ditch the needles and rock it up instead. If Nick was shooting anything often enough to leave tracks it was probably those ketamine pills they caught him with.

Cutting cocaine with gunpowder was a voodoo meme thing that West African child soldiers did in the 90s but I don't think anyone ever does it anymore.

You cannot get body cam unless introduced into evidence see my previous post in re: MN rules about bodycams.

DO NOT MAKE ME SPILL SPAGHETTI ALL OVER THIS DAMN THREAD either, re: drugs (I am a 6-pack in) about speedballs and IV coke ALL THIS SHIT. PLEASE. Goddamn it.

NICK WAS SHOOTING THE SHIT. Fuck. Hat me or whatever.

I think Rekieta refusing to let the cops in and them having to batter the gates down is because lawyers say NOT to let the cops inside your house or car so that when they break in whatever they find is inadmissible because of "unlawful searches and seizures"

I don't know how well that tactic applies to Rekieta. The police report says they showed him the warrant AFTER breaking down the gates, so maybe you could argue that was unnecessary, but him throwing warrant down on the ground probably would've happened BEFORE they found the guns and drugs
A common misconception is that a warrant must be served before it can be executed. That's not true. The warrant is valid for execution the moment it's signed. Being handed a copy before police enter is a courtesy. Yes, a copy must be provided at some point, but it's perfectly legal to (with signed warrant on hand) break down the door, arrest the occupants, conduct the search, then walk up afterward to the occupants and hand them their copy of the warrant.

In 1997, Robert Jordan sued a police department in Connecticut, claiming they refused to hire him because he was too smart.
He lost.
It's not just that he lost, it's that they openly admitted that this was the reason they didn't hire him and successfully argued that it was perfectly legal to choose not to hire smart people.

It was already mentioned earlier in chat but Sean/Potentially Criminal is streaming shortly now.

Interestingly, Nate The Lawyer is a guest. I didn't extensively watch every lawtuber, but these two were the most supportive that the warrant and subsequent arrests were constitutionally valid.

I'd like to point out that they had to watch the appeal stream, lmao. @AnimeSucksCopeAndSneed 's superchats must have traumatized the police

So, the leaked screencap of the doc appears to have been forged.
I hope this nigger's heart explodes from the stimulant/alcohol abuse in prison. What a fucking vile human being. I hope the kids can receive the help they desperately need. Gonna be a long road for them.

sure if you're idea of "fun" is maybe 45 mins of talking your fucking ass off about shit you don't even mean and then being unable to sleep while the sun comes up and you hear the birds chirping. it's a fucking money burner too, and nowadays the shit you're getting is 95% caffeine and there's a 50/50 chance it's contaminated with fentanyl or god knows what else, this isn't even unique to the US anymore either.
but don't get me wrong I'm sure you're more responsible with it than Nick lol, this situation is absolutely nuts.
