Same. I made that same joke many many months ago.

Back when Nick started on his "Jesus was just a man" crap. That was even before his utterly unhinged Easter stream.

I think it's super funny it's now known that the church started the ball rolling on all this. It's true what they say: God works in mysterious ways.
Sounds like some confirmation that Nick is in fact possessed by the sonichu demon.
It didn't take long to spot a Rekieta. This was three weeks ago. Look how thin and emaciated they are compared to the congregation, Kayla especially.

I see Rekeita a shocking amount in these, but it's just him standing up or sitting down. I'm looking for cringe, I can feel it hidden deep within these sermons.
”Raised in a Christian household.” Not anymore. I can see how this kid didn’t stand up for himself, he very much exudes shyness and a lack of confidence. If he got homeschooled most of his life then he doesn’t know what “normal” is.

So Rekieta is coaching people to attack the "track marks on arms", I take it?

I also find it funny how his ranting about Eric July demanding loyalty was pure projection on his part.

LegalBytes 100% vindicated.
Like the Jack Murphy projection. Would love a psychologist’s take. Were those endless streams about Jack Murphy arousing to Nick (and Drex)? Was he trying to gauge if his audience would react with disgust, neutrality, or interest?

Nicks denial in this whole situation is ultimately the biggest downfall, I anticipate his livestream of pure narcissistic rage.

and its a-comin. Based on his posts evil ceiling cat has been whispering in his ear nonstop since the release, maybe even during his short jail stay. Let it all out nick you got this, meow.

oh dude this is gonna be so painful if he does this. kurt might actually hurt himself unironically hope nick is put away before he can do anything like that.

I actually think it would have been smart for kurt to just lay low for a while and not touch this case at all.
From what little I've watched of Kurt I imagine a murder suicide outcome, he would drive straight to Minnesota to end Nick once and for all.

He has no problem using the absolute worst points in somebodies life, even if it was fucking literally years ago, to score points against them in an argument, but he will throw an absolute shit fit if you bring up the fucking mess he is right now.
He's a slightly more sophisticated Ethan Ralph, a turbo wigger for whom loyalty only goes in one direction, to him. He will fuck your shit up, though, if he just thinks it's funny, like he tried to trick Kurt into saying racist shit and ruining his reputation.

Claiming C. and A. R. should have been doing laundry and cooking for the household is wet-brained. I'm sure C. R. did his own laundry, because the school didn't call in that he was starved and filthy. But he's not going to be doing laundry and cooking for all of his siblings. That's a seriously intense amount of work. Sometimes girls will get that parentified, but it's completely reasonable that he opted for "do the minimum necessary for himself and spend a lot of time not at home."

A few things that I can’t help but find very telling.

1: Those leaked DMs? Nick goes “my dad tallied up ALL the driving! EIGHTY MILES!!!” Lol… Some people have that as a commute one way. And Nick thinks an hour and a half of driving WITH HIS KIDS, is some kind of huge sacrifice? What a lazy cunt.

2: Kurt cried yesterday over the whole situation. But Kurt still isn’t cool enough to be invited into Nick’ 1437 club of cool streamers that he’s on DM with, unlike Legal Mindset. Get fucked Nick. Kurt may be a bit of an autist, but if you have a friend who’s this loyal, you treat him right.

3: Notice the tactic he uses against Yellowflash. Immediately DARVO. Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender. “Well Yellowflash, what about the time when YOU…”

Narcs are notorious for this.
I appreciate that you’re in the know about DARVO. A common tactic with narcissistic people and Troons funnily enough.

In the leaked dms he said he doesn't even own a weapon that uses .22
Didn't Aaron say April went up there a lot to hunt at the start? So he might not have owned one, which is why he brings that up in his retarded cope. Typical snake move.
(I might be totally off on account of not being a gunbro)
To put it simply, most AR15 style rifles(like the Sig Sauer Nick had under the bed) shoot .223/5.56mm rounds. The cops may have shortened .223 to .22 in their report for whatever reason. The cases themselves look completely different.
22223.jpg
But on paper .223 might as well be .22lr if you round down the numbers. Idk why cops would do this, but its not unheard of.

Nick sees this and his barely functioning lawyer-brain sees it as a slight error he can poke at and pretend the cops planted evidence or are incompetent.

quibbling with inane comments like, "well children always say they're hungry" and "why can't the kid make a sandwich" and "did the child say it or did the teacher say it" or "you don't know if that was cocaine" or "obviously that guy is a crud, too" is just goofy. "It's just a flesh wound!", basically.

Don't you just love blaming the victims and taking zero accountability for your own actions?

The people who are saying that the children should be able to take care of themselves and defending the neglect can eat shit.

I feel the most for the 16 year old.

The people saying shit like:

"The oldest should be able to keep the house clean and cook for his siblings, make sure all of their clothes are washed, they're fed, doing their homework, and make sure they are staying out of trouble. It's really the children's fault for not doing their chores and feeding themselves!"

Again, the people saying the children should take care of themselves can eat shit. There is NO WAY a 16 year old CHILD can parent/take care of 4 younger children, the younges of whom is 6, especially after the nanny quit and with no help from mom or dad.

Fuck the Cokieta defenders

Eventually he's going to break down grab a bottle of whiskey and do a "Dear LegalMindset" stream or "Dear Kurt" stream. It's all but inevitable at this point.
i'd expect a "Dear Aaron" stream first where he spends 3 hours talking about how he cucked the guy
maybe he'll even try and bribe april with coke to come on and join him in dunking on aaron for maximum cruelty

The Cocaine
He did not have 25g of cocaine, he is alleged to have 26.67g with packaging. The packaging is listed as four small baggies and one large corner cut baggie. Those could mass more than 1.67 bringing it below 25g.

Sadly I lack baggies and a milligram scale. The best I got is a quart sized freezer ziploc masses about 7g. Could 4 small baggies and a large baggie mass a quarter of that? I wouldn't be surprised either way.

Does any of that legally matter? I have no knowledge of established case law, but I'd expect it would help his lawyer secure a better plea deal (because 25g wouldn't stick). But that's assuming Nick gets a lawyer and accepts a plea.

The Cocaine Part 2
I was curious if 25g is a lot (for an addict). It depends on how much tolerance they have. With some napkin math and some mediocre sources, it seems a naive person would use as much as 200mg a night (~50mg dose with a few reups), while a user with heavy tolerance hits up to 5g a day.

Thus 25g ranges from enough for a naive person for 125 days (ignoring tolerance development), or a heavy tolerance individual for a mere 5 days. That's a huge range.

For the three of them (two of them?) they likely have a significant tolerance and bought a couple of weeks worth. Ultimately it's not that much for a group of addicts, because tolerance is such a strong force.

Robert Barnes
The man is completely biased whenever he's involved in something. That might be useful if he's your lawyer, but it makes him a mediocre information source. I think his other analysis (when he's not involved) can be interesting, but make sure to apply a good dose of critical thinking to anything he says and disregard any comments if he's involved.

Viva Frei
I think he's a decent guy that has been mind broken by a couple things. Also he has a couple of ongoing bad influences.
  1. He learned about real conspiracies and other nonsense governments get up to. He over-corrected all the way to "most conspiracy theories are true".
  2. I don't think he's handling post-truth very well: he saw the journoscum lie, and again over-corrected to "anything they say is the opposite of the truth"
  3. Superchats. It takes a certain disposition to filter everything for the good feedback. Unfortunately he seems to embrace most praise (even the sycophantic) while rejecting most criticism (even the constructive), and it's warping him.
  4. Viva trusts Barnes too much.
Government Story
That having been said, Viva isn't wrong when he notes the weakness of "a police officer says a pastor said that a school teacher said she noticed things". It is right to have some doubt. Nick's also right to note this is "a government story". But...

What both are missing is that we've seen Nick's degeneracy into addiction, and so we have good prior reasons for believing these things. Some caution is still warranted, but so is quite a lot of belief. I can do both: I think the accusations are probably true (but not "proven"), and I will narrow down that certainty as more evidence comes out.

And we did get some more evidence. It's still "government story," but the accounts from the officers are not hearsay, they're direct witness.

As for the law, Viva's being foolish if he thinks the hearsay bit invalidates the totality of evidence for the search warrant.

Viva & Barnes
I'd like a better show. It's nice to have a weekly audio rundown of interesting legal events, and they still have good topic selection. But I'm sick of filtering through the BS and rarely listen anymore.

Sadly I think they are still the best for that specific niche, unless someone has something better?

"Good Lawgic" Joe Nierman
I only know this guy for two reasons: (1) his rant on evolution being a lie and (2) his zealous defense of the holy rite of Metzitza B'peh (where a rabbi sucks the blood off a freshly circumcised baby penis).

Nate The Lawyer
Guy is great when he's in (or close to) his lane. If he's commenting on a criminal case in New York? Dude knows his stuff. Commenting on a criminal case in another state? He's still probably right. Commenting on federal constitutional issues? He might be right, but better to look elsewhere.

This is a criminal matter, so I expect Nate's legal analysis will be on point.

Nick Rekieta
In the good ending, he takes a plea deal and gets off his addictions, all of them. I count four: cocaine, alcohol, sex, and internet praise. I highly doubt Nick takes this path, I've seen no indication that he's learned anything. Worse, I don't think he even has the humility to learn, yet. Even worse, he might be such a narcissist that the "yet" is a never because he is incapable of it.

I believe in you. Go get her champ.

Oh yeah, it’ll be great!

Once Kayla is stable in her recovery, I guess we can talk about moving the kids in.

There won’t be as much room as in Nick’s mansion, but there’ll lots of love and attention.

I’ll have to lead by example and treat their mother with respect and kindness, be supportive but not a crutch.

It’ll be hard not to talk bad about Nick, but I’ll have to remember that every negative comment will only hurt them. And there will always be a door open, if Nick wants to have a relationship with his kids.

We will spend time together as a family, as well as one on one time. The kids need to learn in their hearts that they are loved and appreciated, and not a burden. Those moments while they’re still young are fleeting.

Generally speaking, cops know jackshit about guns. This especially true of Federal law enforcement like the ATF.
