I used to listen to Dreading all the time as background noise, but like a lot of people I got turned off when he started inserting more and more "character breaking" comments. when I saw the first post comparing their voices without changing the pitch i was thinking it was bullshit but now that i hear Anthony's voice pitched down I'm not so sure... it would be hilarious if I was unwittingly listening to hours of Creepshow Art content. should definitely be looked into more but the Dreading guy is very cagey with details about himself from what i can tell
the channel creation date is very suspicious indeed

@Justafish I can’t fucking stand Dreading. One of the laziest “crime video analysts” on that entire platform. Most of the time he gives a brief overview of the crime and then fills the video with nothing but a 2-hour interrogation scene with minimal input on his end. When he does interject, it’s either some obvious bullshit the average viewer would have picked up themselves, or he’s stating incorrect information. He only got attention when JCS left and part of the void needed to be filled.

I considered making a thread about this guy, but hot damn I didn’t even consider there being a connection between him and Shannon. Really interesting. I have a hunch more is gonna be dug up on these two.

The guy can break character all he wants, I don't care, but I'm not about to watch a 4 hour video where 3 hours and 46 minutes is unedited court footage and police questioning with no commentary.

I always felt like Dreading was super hit or miss with their video quality, like sometimes it'd be a dive into a specific case like Jared and it'd be good, and other times it was just mostly uninterrupted interrogation footage and it's like, what's the point of watching this if I could just look up "so-and-so interrogation footage?"

I can't believe Dreading is tied into the fucking Creepshow art thing. Time to download my favorite videos before Shannon and co DFE.

TL;DW : This video is about some homeless schizo and his girlfriend who think the entire LAPD is after them. He also believes that the police use drones to spy on him and that every homeless guy in California is an undercover cop. In the video he shows various clips from this guy's channel called 'John Law' where he harasses random druggies in the streets.

My favorite bit is when David goes to the police station to tell them that an undercover cop masquerading as a homeless man attacked him and it goes as well as you think:
David: As you can see in the video, I was assaulted by an undercover cop
Officer: Is that an undercover officer?
David: Yeah
Officer: How do you know?
David: I know it for a fact!

Also:
1. He starts the video with a 1 minute ad.
2. At 5:11 he says: "Have you ever watched an ARG before and thought: "Man wouldn't it be cool if there was an ARG that was actually real" Well this is the closest thing to that! :story:

It may be simple and tame at the first episode (just some garbled credits and logos without text freezing on the screen), but trust me, they get progressively worse.

Spoilers, an evil sentient AI is behind the hijacking and she is looking to be freed.

There's someone on the Dreading subreddit lurking on lolcow and the farms. They recently changed their Profile picture to Emily Artful, likely in a pitiful attempt to frame her for their insane posts.

So I was recently made aware of yet another example of why current horror fans are some of the biggest faggots on earth
Tl;dw another shitty analog horror channel centered around spongebob made the heckkin problematicerino decision to make Stephen Hillenburg a bad guy by killing his wife before he died, and now horror troons are upset that "YOU CANT SMEAR MUH HECKKIN WHOLESOME SPONGEBOB CREATOR'S NAME IN A FICTIONAL SERIES LIKE THIS!!!!!"
Series sounds like it sucks donkey dick like all tranalog horrors, but the people whining you couldn’t or shouldn't do this is even gayer and trannier.
