I believe this happened on a regular basis, but I'm amazed that he never got a DUI/DWI. Even when he got pulled over by the cops when his house got raided, that was right after the cokestream, right? To be clear they did this stream from their room at Hedonism II and were likely under the influence of drugs in this stream (since Nick freely admitted doing drugs during his trip to Houston and Jamaica).

They had already ruined their own marriage before this stream happened.

As far as the ongoing case. Two possibilities

1) The police let her go because they didn't have enough evidence to make a case against her. She then went on her way to somewhere we don't really know. She just disappeared.

2) She immediately made a deal with the police after being arrested, was not charged and will come back to testify against Nick & Kayla.

#2 doesn't make much sense. The issue is that at least one of the parents admitted that April was the live-in nanny. Her potential legal problems do not end with the drugs.

As of 19th of March, the company dissolved. Apparently, now all the property of the company goes to the Crown (British Monarchy)!
