OMG! I remember when fans used to vandalize the Spicer Wikipedia article (check the edit history). They made Nick the town's "High Inquisitor," (or somesuch) and made the town motto "How Embarrassing!".

Now he's on there in a legitimate context (though the editor will probably get dinged for not including a citation, of which there are plenty to chose from).

What a difference five years makes!

AFAIK he posted 5k bond through an agent, which have their own conditions, however, they're much less onerous than the state leverages on RPR.

We don't know the terms of the contract he made with the agent he worked with, but Sean covered the fact he didn't post the full 50k, he just paid 5k to a surety. It's possible he still can't leave the state. I guess we'll find out though?

I just know the court does not have a condition on him that he's not allowed to leave the state. It's speculated that he either paid the bond to go visit his parents in FL, to get fucked up, or both.

I kinda lean towards the latter because he can leave the state on a conditional bond IF he asks the court for permission and they grant it. Then again, maybe he thinks having to ask Fischer for permission is too humiliating. LOL.

For me, I first sensed danger when his wife got some sort of elaborate tattoo that they made a big deal of.
