Has anyone posted this clip yet? I couldn't find it via search.
The sermon 'Will We Be Warned...Will We Warn?!' is now privated on the church YouTube, but this clip is from a couple days before the pastor came forward with the report to police.

I can't download it right now, but here is the transcript. I believe he was telling his own story about realizing he wasn't putting his own family first and then spoke about needing to intervene when you see others in that position:

"It could have been a disaster, I'm telling you that. And when you have things fall apart in your home, and with your children, you have no platform, really. Oh you might still be going through the same motions but that which was most important was right in my own home, and God revealed that to me through David and Dianne.
And so I want to stop here and I want to remind us, remind you, that that person in somebody else's life, you might not know it, you might not acknowledge it, you might not understand all of it, the key thing I want to ask all of us: are you willing to take the risk and speak into someone else's life when God reveals that they're going to make a costly mistake, they are going to do something that could ruin legacy, ruin family, have far reaching affects on more than just them? That's the situation we have here..."
Someone posted it and pointed out that it seemed like he was trying to prepare the congregation for the coming scandal. He genuinely cared for his community.

Incorrect. He has unconditional bond, which he paid for, just this week. He is free to leave the state. He has to be back to make his court appearances though.

The other night Sean (I think) said that he would probably have to get permission from the bond company to leave the state. He also said that the bond would not apply to the upcoming CPS investigation, so it may not even matter for him because they could impose all sorts of restrictions on him, including pee tests etc. I personally think that Nick chose the most selfish bond set up possible because he does not give two shits about getting his kids back. But we'll see, I guess. But I suspect he is boozin, coomin, and druggin. I do think he may have tried to get clean without checking into rehab (rehab is for pussies or whatever) for two whole days, but couldn't hack it and that is why he got ultimately got the unconditional bond.

I also think that is why Kayla didn't get it. 1) In addition to the kids, Nick also does not give two shits about Kayla; 2) Kayla may actually be trying to get clean so she didn't need the unconditional bond. In addition to the above points Sean mentioned, in response to a superchat question he also said that it would be problematic for Kayla to be around Nick if he continued to booze, coom and drug, since she still has the conditional release.

When things first imploded a week ago I was unaware that he had a trust fund and loaded parents. I was (sincerely) advocating for him to stream because I thought it was a required dayjob (ie, a responsibility) instead of something more akin to a paying hobby.
Yeah, I don't believe he has to stream. There are other options for him. His parents being one. I would think the smart move would be to wait a little while to see how his criminal and CPS cases advance before poking his head up again.

In the incident report Nick did tell the cops that April was a friend that was visiting. However, in the same report, Kayla said that April was they're live-in nanny.
I've been thinking about this moment a lot. It's clear from the reports that both Nick AND Kayla broke silence and talked to the cops about April, against their own best interests. Why?

In Nick's case, the goal is transparent. He's trying to get April off the hook as quickly as possible. Whether this was some sort of twisted chivalry or simply not wanting to talk about his bedroom arrangements to the cops is irrelevant.

Kayla's response is a little more nuanced. Saying April was SUPPOSED to be the live-in nanny shifts neglect charges off her own shoulders and on to April's. It also might have been something she blurted out in bitterness since April was supposed to be watching the kids instead of stealing Kayla's husband.

It's just interesting that they both chose to break their silence on the subject of April.

Renovating a new studio aka a literal cuck crack shack in an undisclosed location, because his extended family is probably at war with him over his absolute fuck up.
They have a second house don’t they, which was recently vacated by the couple who were living there?

I’m guessing that’s his new home while the grandparents take care of the kids at Baldo Towers, get them to their classes and all the rest of it.

Can’t even guess where Kayla would be.

It's a couple days after he made the report, and a couple days before the raid.

Fun fact, in Rekieta's last Locals stream (the one he did audio-only to try to hide his black eye) he talked about his own interpretation of what the pastor had said on Sunday. Not sure how much of the sermon is still available, but it was on the same story from the Bible.

- Nick still wants to do heresy streams on LOCALS. The first show might be David and his soldiers running a protection racket. David was a murderer and stole wives. (Misrepresentation of the story of Abigail and Nabal)

So uh Miss "StarWarsGirl" Do you have any personal first hand knowledge of this Aaron Person"
Anna once got very drunk or drugged while hanging out with the Rekietas. Nick detailed how she was vomiting and incoherent, and how Kayla had to take care of her. I remember Nick describing Kayla as a natural "nurturer" or "caregiver" about the incident. This story was shared by Nick. likely over a year ago, with Anna not present and the story told in hindsight. Does anyone remember this stream?

Probably a recounting of this:
Maybe something happened at that Anime Matsuri that they were at a few years ago. They did a panel hungover with Cecil and YF.

So I haven't caught up yet so it might have been posted already or debunked but I'm just speculating here.
I've seen people mention that he's gone to Florida where he has some family, that would explain why he posted his 50k bond as he wouldn't be available for the random piss tests.
If that's true that is why he's setting up a new studio and if he's living under someone else's roof he probably can't stream late at night either as the other residents are sleeping.

So realistically what options do Nick have outside going back to grifting? And probably getting paid to drink... He is lawyer, but it is unlikely anyone will hire someone with pending drug charges... And if he goes back to drinking on stream, just how badly will it go or how soon it will go horribly?
He should just fuck off and live off his trust fund.

The center piece one our wife gave him a couple years ago which ruined the background of the show.
I found it quite prescient looking back. He shed his skin of trying to appease to people as the family man, the 40k guy, the person who wanted to build an audience by attaching himself to certain things and then burning them away as he became more popular. If you put it in a book people would call you a hack writer for making it too on the nose.

Goddamn man, imagine how goddamn HUMILIATING that must have been to a wife and mother of five.

Your husband moves in his side piece Throat GOAT April into YOUR house.

The house where you raised five children? Celebrated countless mothers days? She’s there.

Your kids look funny at you. Especially the youngest ones. You can tell they want to ask what’s going on. Your oldest avoids eye contact all together. Does he know? He knows? He knows!

Then police show up one day. The same cops that came to school and taught your kids traffic safety? The cops you have passed so many times, who always nod at you? They’re in your house. Asking about drugs. FINDING drugs.

They look at your husbands mistress. They know, right? Do they know? You can tell he’s embarrassed to ask. “And who is this?” The look in his eye as he asks that question.

“That’s… Our live in nanny…”

You don’t look him in the eye when you say that. He just repeats it, with a look of pity and disgust. “Hm.. Live in… Nanny? Ok…”

Short of having a public erection problem, I can’t imagine anything even close to this level of embarrassment.

The bail bond form doesn't say that. https://kiwifarms.st/threads/state-...as-rekieta-kayla-rekieta.191978/post-18477393

I'd be prettty sure they have a secured interest in one or more of his properties and could just foreclose on that if needed, so they're probably not really worried about a Dog the Bounty Hunter situation.

It looks to me like April already got herself off the hook since we haven't seen any charges on her.

Yeah whatever happens the Balldo's are done in that town.
They're fucking Pariahs.
They're never gonna live it down.
Realistically, I can't see their marriage surviving this.
The kids won't ever forgive them either.
I doubt Nick gives a shit but Kaylas a Mom.
She might be a weak, coked out, pilled up fucking doormat that loves the cock but she's still a Mom.
Her whole life was Wife and Mother.
Her kids know she chose being a fucking junky degenerate over them.

I think it'll probably effect her more than it will Lord Balldo, I don't think Nick gives a fuck, and I don't think he will unless he gets truly sober.
If he cared about his kids he wohldn't have picked being a pervert coke head over them.
He resents them, they spoiled his fun.
But Kayla's whole life before Nick went fucking Balldo crazy was being a SAHM.

The kids are never going to look at her the same again. Especially not the older ones.
Knowing their Mom is a fucking coke slut who got Balldo'd and cast aside for a gold coke digging whore like April?

Oof.

can always start doing public defender work. doesn't pay as well as private clients but that's not a huge issue cause the trust fund will make up the difference.

Man, I know you're right but that would be really funny. Some bounty hunter tracks his ass down in a couple days and the small town local paper asks, "Incredible work, how did you find him so fast? He was all the way in Merida, Mexico!"

Bro closes a browser on his phone before slipping on his shades, "Can't reveal my sources..."

Rides off on his cool motorcycle that Ethan Ralph is too scared to buy.

Yeah it was more than likely what I was referencing, Anime Matsuri 2020 or 2021. Some guy with a speech impediment recorded the panel. EVS played it on his channel few days later.
