Why do we need to prove that? It's almost presumptively constitutional, and having read it, and the totality of the circumstances analysis from Southern Lawyer, and looking at the actual totality of the circumstances, I'd like to know how a mandatory reporter, with hearsay from five others (nevermind people like Kayla's sister), combined with Nick's behavior on the final coomstream and the police officer's analysis of his behavior (and that he had white powder on his nose), did not constitute probable cause.
It's really up to them to prove that it doesn't.
