He also literal claims we needed to prove why the warrant was constitutional, and the entire stream was co-signing Barnes. He was talking tough to hide his ass, he was absolutely nose guarding
Why do we need to prove that? It's almost presumptively constitutional, and having read it, and the totality of the circumstances analysis from Southern Lawyer, and looking at the actual totality of the circumstances, I'd like to know how a mandatory reporter, with hearsay from five others (nevermind people like Kayla's sister), combined with Nick's behavior on the final coomstream and the police officer's analysis of his behavior (and that he had white powder on his nose), did not constitute probable cause.
It's really up to them to prove that it doesn't.
This isn't between us and Barnes. Nobody gives a fuck about us.
It's between the defense and the prosecution, and the defense has an uphill road.
“Good news! The judge Nick drunkenly ranted about and insulted live on air isn’t going to be in charge of his case anymore!”
And this is suppose to make Nick seem LESS of a shit?
It's a win in the sense that he filed a paper and the thing he wanted actually happened. Whether it will ultimately be to his benefit?

Time will tell.
Though I'd have done the same thing in his situation, but being me, I wouldn't be in his situation in the first place.
If you're into wasting your money because you're non confrontational, yes.
I don't know if you know this, but the kind of people who deal cocaine are not particularly nice. Unless you have a gun and you're better with it than someone who's strapped 24/7 you are an absolute retard getting into a confrontation with one of those guys. And if you aren't a moron, you're better off not even dealing with that kind of person in the first place at all, ever. And you're better off not dealing with cocaine at all, ever.
But seriously, what, he's supposed to go all New Jack City if he's shorted a gram out of his ounce of blow?
