He’s talking about the time early in Legal Mindset’s “Nick’s best defense” stream where he claimed PPP was using strawman arguments while talking to Potentially Criminal during the stream with Aaron and Sean.
In the discussion when the topic of Nick being arrested as part of a conspiracy, PPP retorts with “Is Nick OJ Simpson?!” To which Legal Mindset pauses and says that’s irrelevant, not realizing that PPP was making a point about how stupid it is to think that the government would bother trying to take down Nick Rekieta of all people.

Mindset has gone out of his way to avoid that mentioning stream because it was entirely him defending Barnes and backing up the “it’s unconstitutional” claims. I’m not sure why this guy is so gung-ho about it, but he’s a new user so I’m very skeptical of him
Once again that's complete nonsense. He's not defending Barnes he's simply reacting to/discussing his constitutional points right after Nick was arrested. Legal Mindset wasn't saying the warrant was unconstitutional at all, he was simply talking about things that could POTENTIALLY make it unconstitutional if those things were revealed when more information is available. As soon as more information became available he backed the warrant even more. You don't seem to understand lawtubers, especially Legal Mindset. He simply discusses the objective legal arguments both for and AGAINST a case. So any legal point he may bring up against Nick's case isn't him defending him, except in the most basic technical legal sense. But from the moment he talked about Nick's arrest he's hardly brought up any legal points against the case, as there are very few, and he's condemned both Nick and noseguards. You're being gung-ho about the truth, I'm just objectively pointing out facts. Anyone who watches Legal Mindset's first stream about Nick's arrest and think he's noseguarding is literally insane.

If there’s one thing this whole mess demonstrates, it’s how cancerous and incestious this whole stream/superchat phenomenon is.

These superchat whores all try to portray this “let’s have a heckin’ good time, just friends shooting the shit!”-image.

And it seems like a more accessible kind of “e celeb” deal. Want to tell your opinion to your buddy Quartering/Rekieta/Coomalot? Just shoot them a 5$ superchat! It’s rife for parasocial bullshit.

And yet we have Coomalot admitting that he knew about Rekieta’s sidepiece for almost a year. Who else knew? Everyone of them likely knew or heard rumors about
“Traddad”, conservative, Christian Nick Rekieta’s degeneracy.

None of them had any problems with Rekieta’s audience getting hustled and lied to.

There’s likely more degenerates of Rekieta’s kind among them, and fake ass conservatives/“fans” for a paycheck.

And none of these pitiful fucks even apologize for helping to gaslight people.
While I agree The reading of super chats "meta" in streaming may have been the most disgusting parasocial innovation possible, I hesitate because it's been like this since the dawn of celerity. Nick worshipping Dax is a prime example and Nick's acolytes even despite all this information have all circled wagons around him likely because he got them their start.

The problem here is that Lawyers have been reprogrammed to view everything through a relativistic, argumentative legal-eese lense and have lost their sense of basic moral decency. (of course they pretend to have it for the streams and views though). Combine that with loyalty and you get a complete fucking disaster that dwarfs the skeptophere collapse.

Shoutout to Dragon's Treasure Tea guy for holding steadfast to his morals. He has probably the best take on this among Nick's associates. Not sure if his video was posted because light speed 100 pages a day thread, but:

It’s important to remember that most rich people are fucking retarded when it comes to normal people stuff. There were victims of Bernie Madoff who had horrible shit happen to them because they were used to being rich and having their life’s activities taken care of.

The real question I’d like answered that wasn’t indicated on the police report was whether there was actually food in the house. Nick could actually pretty easily clear this up himself by showing some receipts or credit card statements where he or his wife are regularly buying food for their children. I doubt he will though because it does seem like he was sporadic in his purchases of food. He obviously had to be going out to get his alcohol, so one would think he might get food then?
Nick with receipts for food - that’s pretty funny!

Thank you, everyone, for educating me on the need of a scale when you are an illicit drug user.

I'm too much of a pussy to ever have done any illicit drugs, so my knowledge of the practicalities of this area are extremely limited.

Feel free to call me a retarded fag for not knowing the value of having a scale when one is consuming nose candy.

As far as I know, Camelot has been doing pay-for-ride LARP racing in the ARCA racing series. ARCA is owned by NASCAR, but ARCA races are NOT what anyone would think of when NASCAR is mentioned. Camelot this year has been paying ARCA racing teams to drive their extra cars in races. He has been able to get streamers to sponsor him in these races. But he isn't a good driver and I don't know who would give him a "contract".
For what it's worth, most motorsport disciplines (stock car, formula, etc.) require you paying your own way (i.e., "reaching budget"). Even karting is expensive. Many drivers LARP, but either come from wealth or have companies in their home countries that give the team ass loads of cash every season. It's not cheap, and it's just a shit investment unless you either have tons of cash to piss away for fun or a chance to become a paid driver as opposed to a pay driver based on merit/results. Either way, you'll need to have skill or drivers will just put you in a wall. I'm interested to see how he performs in trucks.

Honestly I think asking for a new judge was a misstep. Similarly to representing himself pro se, getting a new judge eliminates another route of appeal. At this rate, he's going to do the state's job of eliminating procedural grounds for appeal himself.
a person who is innocent, wrongly convicted, and the victim of gross procedural abuses from the state and judge has a negligible chance of success on appeal. Even if he DOES succeed, he most likely just gets another trial, and even if he wins THAT trial, he will still have cost himself millions of dollars in legal fees and, most likely, spent years of his life in prison.

Forget that appeals exist. They basically don't. Ignore them. Pretend they aren't a thing. The very-common Internet idea of "we'll just win on appeal" is ridiculously retarded and insanely prevalent; it needs to die. I don't know why people think that the state is so incompetent and malicious that you'll need an appeal if you're convicted, but the appeal boards are so merciful and expeditious that they'll free you once you're already guilty, but guess what: they're the same system. It's even stupider in this case, though, because as above, BEST CASE a successful appeal would just lead to a mistrial for Nick, and he's back at square one.

Basing a legal strategy around appeals is like basing your strategy for a war around blowing yourself up with a nuke. Sometimes it might be your only option, but it's just about the worst possible outcome.

In truth, what actually happened is that back in 2019 some faggot was shitting up one of the CG threads, and I guess some of their posts got deleted or moved. A claim was made that Null was sweeping it up for Ethan. Null then make a JOKE that EVS sent Null money. To this day, that joke image still makes the rounds by people who have a bone to pick with CG, Null, and/or the Farms, and it's passed off as genuine. It is, for example, still the pinned post on the Comicsgate Posting Their Ls Twitter account (without context, of course):
I have no idea why I posted that but I assume I was being accused (as I am, continuously, without any merit) of doing good will towards people for money. I most definitely did not receive any $10K from EVS, and I definitely would remember it, because 2019 was a financially very hard year for me.

The only thing unique about nicks alcoholism is he seems to drink premium whisky’s and liquors. Like one drip being 80 cents. So he’s an alcoholic but a high class one.
Nick drinks expensive whisky because he wants people to think he's rich. If you think he's not drinking cheap vodka in that oversized cuck mug he was sporting for several weeks before the arrest you think too much of Nick.

The quiet period before the bodycam footage finally drops is killing me
Welcome to the Lolcow cycle.

Please kill yourself if you use the term "angel babies". Now, back to our regularly scheduled rekieta enjoyment.
No, kindly go eat a bowel of undiluted capsaicin.

I'm interested to see his results.

He didn't qualify at Daytona and Phoenix.
17th at Talladega where there was no qualifying
12th at Dover (8 laps down)
16th at Kansas (4 laps down)
13th at Charlotte (on the lead lap)

It was obviously a big adjustment and a lot of learning with him going on those tracks for the first time.
He was shaky at Talladega and IMO kind of a menace on the track.
The track kind of overwhelmed him at Dover, but he did ok.

I've not watched him since then. With more time and more money for a better car, he will do ok. The biggest thing I hold against him is him talking in deceptive ways and constantly suggesting that ARCA is NASCAR. That he is a NASCAR driver.

There's a reason 2000s fashion didn't come back like the 70s or 80s lmao.

Other than emo stuff what's 2000s fashion? You can't tell 2000 from now in photos of the average people. Aside from technology and more soul-crushing cultural marxism society hasn't really changed in the last 24(+) years. Music sounds the same as then, movies basically look the same as then, moreso once 99% of them became shot on digital rather than film. Etc. Compare now to 2000 with 2000 to 24 years earlier, 1976.

Didn't he claim to practice Taekwondo before getting into cheerleading (to get the cheerleaders into Taekwondo no less)? I seem to recall him also bringing it up in a "I'd kick X's ass because I used to practice martial arts" context. I have a hard time believing this twig could kick anyone's ass.
Yes. Also yes. But just because you learned martial arts doesn't mean you'll be the main character in a Wuxia fantasy that Nick has. Cucks, don't hit back.

He also claims that the reason why the Farms didn't turn en masse on EVS earlier, or have any of EVS's drama as a featured item, is because EVS made a $10,000 donation/bribe to @Null.

The other thing to always be careful of with Thomas Roiloup is that he has always been a troll going years back before youtube. Spreading stories and saying things to get others to overreact to him is a big part of what he does. All the usual cautions in dealing with trolls apply double to him.

I have no idea why I posted that but I assume I was being accused (as I am, continuously, without any merit) of doing good will towards people for money. I most definitely did not receive any $10K from EVS, and I definitely would remember it, because 2019 was a financially very hard year for me.
Those that are honest already know that. You were pretty obviously making a joke in response to being accused in that thread of sweeping things up for money.

Unfortunately, some people either took it seriously, or are being disingenuous and treating it seriously. Like I say, I do my best to point out you were joking, and its not a real donation, every time I see the subject raised here on KF. It's happened a few times in the CG thread.

Considering both Barnes and EVS have both defended the Rekietas for neglecting their children, I’d say that’s a red flag in of itself with regards to both their moral character.
EVS's moral character has been chronicled in the CG thread for 6 years now.
He has no morals.

The problem here is that Lawyers have been reprogrammed to view everything through a relativistic, argumentative legal-eese lense and have lost their sense of basic moral decency.

True, but… Most of these people aren’t even lawyers! TUG, EVS, Camelot, whatever thots came on to their streams.

Say what you want about YouTube, but at least back in the day you could earn a pretty penny streaming.

Now? They’re jewing “creators” so hard that they have to do this whole supershill circus for money.

Their willingness to sweep for Rekieta and let him keep swindling his audience is fucking disgusting.

Shoutout to Dragon's Treasure Tea guy for holding steadfast to his morals. He has probably the best take on this among Nick's associates. Not sure if his video was posted because light speed 100 pages a day thread, but:
