I’m so curious to hear back about the bodycam footage. Fingers crossed we don’t get a NO.
Couple of thousand pages back a quality contributor posted some Locals chat screenshots that were a bit overlooked.

The screenies appeared to show a Locals winemom describing her call to the relevant authorities enquiring about obtaining the bodycam video.

It was hard to decipher because she wrote like a dyslexic niggress with Down's Syndrome but the gist of it seemed to be "we won't approve any requests for the footage if the investigation is still ongoing".

Now that it's before the court that could mean the investigation is closed and not an issue but with the rumours that "the police still want to talk to Aaron" and stuff like that they may still be gathering evidence.

So it could be a "no" just because the time isn't right yet and the police haven't signed off on the case.

Theoretically speaking, if you received some large sum of money during this financially hard period of time for you, would you sweep some dirt on the site connecting to person donating? I don't mean like deleting thread or something that severe, more along the lines of what you said in one of your streams, I think in was about Rakieta, where you said that you try not to talk/don't like to talk about drama associated with him, becouse you like the guy.

P. S. I not insinuating anything, just curious what would your actions be in this hypothetical situation.
Byuu offered Null $100,000 to delete his irrelevant thread with 8 pages.
Null could have taken the money and made something up to delete it, like he's an irrelevant person, not a lolcow (he wasn't really acting like one until he offed himself), or offered a compromise to move it to multimedia/gaming, ie not a lolcow board.

No one would have cared.
He didn't do it though.
There's your answer.

Now if he knew moving/yeeting the thread would have saved a life, I don't know. I would have done it, even a dumb programmer furfag's life is more important than a thread. Call me a faggot too. At least Byuu did something good for the community he was in. Now swap him with Vaedophile. If Vito threatened me with suicide unless I sabotage his thread, I'll ask him to wait and rent one of these.

I would have totally taken the money. 100%. But I probably would have owned up to it too and said something like "Hey guys, this retard just paid me $100,000 to delete his thread! Don't any of you lolcows get any ideas though, I only did it because he was so irrelevant that yeeting his thread for 100K was a no-brainer and nothing of value was lost."

When he gets hauled off to prison, I want his Xbox mini fridge, and his EVGA Nvidia RTX 3090 Ti, as long as he still has the box for it. I may actually use that mini fridge for all my cold coffees and energy drinks.

I'll also take that Depp painting, then maybe I too can parade his face around and act like I'm somehow attached to Johnny Depp's name.

Hmm, what other Rackets collector's items does he have?

OH! I want the crumpled up warrant that he threw on the floor... with his signature on it.

A member of Nick's Locals, ThePromisedOnePS, has made two livestreams "destroying the narrative":

This is a summary of hour one of "destroying the narrative".

ThePromisedOnePS is, like Nick, is a "creative writer" and uses literary & narrative analysis to study the police report and arrive at the truth about Nick's arrest.

  • Nick’s nanny quit forcing Nick to take over all the work formerly done by the Nanny in the house. This exhausted Nick and made him miss streams.
  • Nick was overweight (“super fat”) and intentionally lost weight. He used intermittent fasting to lose weight. He lost 50 pounds over three years.
  • He fell asleep during Nick’s last stream. He never saw the full stream because Nick deleted it so he can’t comment on it.
  • Nick looks bad because of Camera angles and lighting on his streams.
  • Nick lost more weight than he intended because he was sick over the winter.
  • The story in the police reports don’t make any sense and don’t fit Nick’s public narrative.
  • There are missing details in the narrative of how they did the traffic stop of Nick. We don’t know how Nick got from his car to the door.
  • The police doesn’t talk about the BOLO list in the report.
  • Nick can’t be an alcoholic because if he was the police would have charged him with a DUI that morning of the search. An alcoholic is always drunk 24-7 and cannot drive sober.
  • If Nick & company do coke, why didn’t Kayla and April dump the coke down the toilet? If they were cokeheads they would have run to the drugs and flushed them.
  • April had two credit cards in Nick’s bedroom next to the coke. The police planted them there.
  • The report doesn’t explain how Nick’s safes were opened. That is suspicious.
  • Nick’s cocaine scooper was not a cocaine scooper.
  • The brown substance is only mentioned because the police want the reader to believe its heroin.
  • Nick didn’t actually say he slept in the master bedroom to the police.
  • Nick never sleeps with his wife because of his sleeping problems.
  • Nick’s arms have sores on them from his heat allergy.
  • Nick is so smart and such a great attorney that talking to the police carried no risk to Nick.
  • Having the wrong pills in prescription bottles is not illegal (according to him). They just mention the prescription bottles to sensationalize the report.
  • Kayla looks bad in the booking photos because she didn’t get her prescription medicine at the jail.
  • We don’t know what April said in the county jail.
  • Its reasonable to assume that April is cooperating with the police and will testify against him.
  • During a trial, Nick will be able to get April to admit that all the coke in the house is hers. Because Nick is a great attorney.
  • Because April has been given immunity, nothing she says at trial can hurt her.
  • Aaron has admitted that April is on coke. Therefore she is a coke addict.
  • Kayla was sleeping with the kids. Nick was sleeping on the couch. April was probably sleeping in the master bedroom. So it was all her coke.
  • So Nick is going to win in court because April will admit that all the drugs are hers. After April admits this, April will not be charged because she has immunity.
  • Nick admitting he has a problem would mean that Nick would be admitting to a crime and go to prison for 25 years. So Nick can’t apologize or admit he has a problem.
  • This is all about other streamers wanting to steal Nick’s audience.
  • Cops lie and plant evidence all the time.

Wouldn't the dealer have a scale? I don't know shit about buying drugs, but I feel like bringing your own scale to the deal would look weird, and would possibly read as a diss or suspicious. If someone says "no no, use MY scale" my gut reaction would be to assume their scale is tampered with. Obviously you'd want to weigh such a large amount, since it's expensive, but you wouldn't bring a scale from home with you, would you?

Also, if Nick's going to his dealer's place to buy, and his scale is to check the weight of what he's buying, why would it be sitting out? If he's not using it at home, and only at the dealer's place, wouldn't it be stored away until he went to buy more?
Also, from my understanding, to the extent that coke dealers rip people off it's usually by watering things down with whatever non-cocaine white powder they can get away with rather than literally giving their customers less white powder overall, but who knows.

I honestly stopped watching Devon when he started talking more and more about tormenting and killing small animals in his "kill corner" and sadistically chuckling while saying this like, "Have you ever experienced that look of acceptance and resignation in the eyes of a cornered animal that knows it's about to die? I have." Devon is a pretty despicable person in his own right.
Is this a copypasta?

I claim the "I am not a cat" painting.

He'll punish them by drinking more.

The consequences for the kids are already becoming apparent. Here are a few immediate impacts that I have considered.
  • It's unlikely the kids will return to that church. Nick will probably never engage in the Evangelical redemption arc. This church was a sanctuary for them, providing a core community at least twice a week, if not more.
  • The younger four children attended a church-connected co-op. This may come to an end. While the co-op members might not cast out the kids, it’s hard to imagine Nick and Kayla allowing them to continue there if the children are returned to them.
  • The eldest child can continue at the local Christian school, but it is small and everyone will know about the scandal. Being a teenager, this will be a source of significant humiliation.
  • Kayla's family and extended family are all in the area. The fallout within the family must be unimaginable.
The community will almost certainly rally around the kids. The question is whether Nick and Kayla will allow the community to access them. We will never know the CPS details but it will be a very complex case for them. Nick and Kayla continue to have significant parental rights barring a court order.

Nick can’t be an alcoholic because if he was the police would have charged him with a DUI that morning of the search. An alcoholic is always drunk 24-7 and cannot drive sober.
Whether the police performed a field sobriety test when they pulled him over and, if so, what the outcome was is an interesting question. I kind of feel like if he had passed a breathalyzer or whatever with flying colors we would be hearing about it either through one of his drunk posts or through one of his surrogates.

The fact that he was so chatty with them (waiving his Miranda rights twice) would maybe suggest that he had at least a little something on board.

This Corey Leon/'Leon's Law' guy is one bizarre character. His actual employer appears to be Daniel Stoner of 'Stoner Law', which seems to be a good reasonably priced practice for getting the paperwork on your house purchase reviewed. I guess he misses the fun of lying in his previous job of being a real estate agent.

No? How many more years of absolutely unrestricted criticism of every person associated with me do I need to put in before faggots stop accusing me of shit? Apparently 11 isn't enough. It's so fucking insulting.
What if I could make all your dreams come true?
