I watched his stories on his own show and the Kino appearance, they matched up pretty well. The snow angel pictures really sold it, well after he’d told it in the super chat segment someone asked about it and he had pics. Plus the majority was simply confirming what the thread had already guessed. Might’ve been harder to believe pre him getting busted for child abuse and 25g of coke but here we are.
I know Null and such questioned his viagra story (Kayla had to ask him and April if they had viagra because Nick has ED issues) because isn’t it still embarrassing Aaron has viagra. But not really, cause having some for yourself is normalised as ED has risen through porn use (see: blue chew podcast ads) while getting your wife to beg as someone’s door for dick pills is another story.

I think he really, really fucking hates Nick and brings up the Kayla stuff, exaggerating by calling her baby, to get to him. He has ranted a little it. Like in his reaction to the Denny’s joke, here’s a clip with the full 16 minute segment linked here

During one of the interviews Aaron outright admits he's playing up the Kayla stuff to troll Nick.

So can April be charged with the results of the search warrant now that she's returned to the Balldo Factory and according to Aaron, is receiving mail there. It shows she's resides there so shouldn't she be charged with the drug and weapon possession?
I could be entirely wrong but the whole reason she was released was because the evidence given to police couldn't prove she was a permanent resident of the home.

She could only be charged with drug possession. Not the guns. Her credit cards being in the bedroom where the drugs were gives them somewhat of a link between her and the drugs. But its an overall worse case because its not her house. There are two houses there and we don't actually know which of the two she lived in (where her stuff was). They can place her in the bedroom at times, but proving she was living in the house might be more complex.

What we know currently is that her insurance company mail was going to the PO box of the Rekietas. But we don't completely know that she is living there.

The police materials are rather vague on her in the entire incident. The interviews with Nick and Kayla are detailed. But hers (if she was interviewed) is not.

Even if she were charged, she would get far lesser charges than Nick or Kayla did. Its their house and their bedroom and the rules for possession have them dead to rights on all the drugs. April's situation is more complicated.

She's really not worth the effort. If they can nail Nick and Kayla that's all they'll care about.
I am wondering if there is a possibility they want her back in that environment to keep tabs on the Rekietas and serve as an informant. When news of the arrest first broke, and she was cut lose without Rekieta knowing, everybody seemed to think the same thing: She's turning State's.

They probably formally charged her to keep her on the hook and keep her talking even if they'll let her go later and drop her charges.

Somebody once mentioned that Nick's studio is basement-level under the porch/sunroom , with an unfinished ceiling ( cat. ,)

Sounds like the sort of area that was planned but never completed.

That photo needs to be vacuumed.
A lot of MN houses are what are called walk-outs (maybe that's a common thing , idk, never heard of it until I knew people in mn) - the main/entry level is ground level in front but in back the ground level is a level down. So a walkout basement is usually finished, with doors to the outside, patio in back, etc. Often people have a second living area or a living suite on that level. (Or an office, gym, guest room, whatever.). So "basement" isn't what a lot of people think of (fully underground). Iirc Nick's house looks like that - the outdoor space off the entry level is a deck, with a patio underneath from the walkout basement level. If that's the case, it's likely finished and livable space. And as I'd mentioned somewhere above, it's common to have that low-pile, durable carpet on that level - horrible, but common. I'd be surprised if the ceilings weren't finished, but stranger things have happened. Could be, but atypical.

Most people, however, do not treat that kind of basement as a dump.

The ceiling is only known to be unfinished in the room that Nick uses as a studio. The previous owners seemed to be using that room as storage or a not very secure gun vault. Unfinished ceilings in a basement room like that are not unheard of.

He can't wait to get down on his knees and gobble Balldo's knob. The guy who called him a faggot.
I don't expect Wolman to start shitting all over Nick, because that would probably create problems for Randazza, who is still representing Nick. When I said he ought to be laughing, I meant quietly.

The response to the Null FBI thing is weird though. If he knew how the Farms views Nick now, and how Nick is being extensively documented here, I think he would get a kick out of the Farms now.

A lot of people here just blindly agreed with Nick that Wolman was a faggot, but a lot of those same people were hoodwinked by Nick and recognize that now.

She looks to me to be in her mid-forties. (Not attempting to be cruel here, just accurate.) Nobody's paying for fap pictures from a woman whose eggs have all dried up.
Agree that she appears about that age. But apparently you'd be surprised (I mean, idk about about paying, and apparently she fell short of her goal, but yes, quite a lot of men actually find mid-life women enjoyable to view.). Expecting barbells and moons and Islamic stickers, but it's true.

Yes, just saying that in mn it's common for that level to be fully finished (except for the utility room, which is often unfinished).

I thought that was pretty retarded at the time, and said so. It seemed out of character. Now, it seems like exactly what we know Nick to be.

While neither lawyer nor cop, I would guess the authorities don't need an informant. They've got the Rekietas cold on the drugs. The presence of both drugs and firearms in the house is irrefutable. CPS has interviewed each of the children by this time, so they have a clear picture of what the kids have experienced, thus addressing the child endangerment charges and either supporting or weakening the case justifying those charges.

I'm thinking Rekieta would be a fool to take this to trial although I suppose it's possible a very good criminal defense attorney could catch the cops out on a procedural error in the way the warrant was executed, the search of the house was conducted, or the arrests were made. We'll see soon enough, I suppose.

I'd love a montage of all the times people in the sektur have asked "what's a balldo?", and then the followup of "why would you wear/do that?"
That's what's fascinating to me about the Balldo. It's a product that appeals to almost nobody. I haven't seen a single person, no a single soul, other than Nick try to defend it hole heartedly. Just think about it for a second, the only way that it would appeal to you is if you have a BROKEN DICK or if you are a HEDONISTIC DEGENERATE. It's mere existence is as a joke product, one which Nick of all people decided to die on a hill for.

Imagine you had a brand as the lawsplainer guy, were top of the world on superchats, six figures every year for just talking about Internet lolsuits.

Then, for some utterly bizarre, inexplicable reason, you decide to rebrand yourself as BALLDO MAN.

How did this happen?

i dont even think it appeals to broke dick hedonistic degenerates tbh
it seems more like a gag item, a novelty that you buy as a gift for a friend, something that will provide great fun and many laughs when unboxing and explaining it to people, and then it just sits on a shelf in the basement and rots away without ever being used for its intended purpose

i would not be surprised if nick is the only unironic balldo user on the planet while everybody else just bought it as a meme to make friends laugh at parties

Is this a Logitech G903 mouse?

IIRC, Wolman was representing Doucette, so people felt the need on dogpile him after Nick calling him a fag.

Looking back through post history, I apparently stayed out of the Wolman thing when it happened. Which is nice, because if I had said anything at that point it probably would have been some more Nick-branded and approved garbage. The party line.

I hope there is nothing like Weebwars ever again. No Internet personality should ever gain the level of trust and support from the Farms the way Nick did.

Drugs.

A financial safety net outside of his own success, and the meteoric rise of two back to back high profile court cases leading him to believe he was uncancelable.

I think one reason he had that meltdown over trial streams is that he was pissed they weren't pulling in 6 figure viewership numbers. Of course they wouldn't. As hilarious as something like Theodore Edgecome's trial was, it wasn't a big news item.

Nick convinced himself he was the reason people tuned in to his show. He never was. I remember telling a friend about Lawsplaining about 5 years ago, and saying even then he was way better when he had guests on. But Nick decided he was big enough to rebrand as the Coomer King and his audience would either go along with it or he'd find new audience. Neither of which actually happened.

But he's forever left the Balldo man, not the guy who started trial streaming. That is the legacy of Broke Dick Nick.

What is Nick's worse day ever?

Doing a project with "his" children that involves getting home DNA kits for him and the kids as a "learning experience".

Results?

The kids aren't even his and what is worse they have the dreaded Scandinavian prude DNA he hates so much. He looks down at his results and sees the cursed 40% Ashkenazi and the next highest is Polish. Ooof!! No wonder he doesn't really love them anymore. They aren't even his kids!

When Kayla was going to the Swedish massage therapist she was on fertility drugs to get pregnant because with Nick she had 3 miscarriages. She went back multiple times and he rubbed her titties and fucked her on the massage table. This Scandinavian prude went on to father all of Nick's children. Nick was a cuck from the start and if you think that Drexel wasn't also fucking Kayla you are delusional.
