Nooo, stalker child, you did not read the second citation from 2024, it was a Lincoln Navigator with normal plates. Enjoy traffic court.A red Mustang with plates that say LAWPOPE doing 80mph?
Why not just drive straight to the police station and ask to be raped at that point?
For the 2024 fine it is $290 total: $260 + $30 in late fees ($5+$25)The "second penalty" in both cases refers to the fact that they charged him extra for not paying the court fines. Meaning in both cases he was charged three times because he failed to pay the original fine two times
I just love these friendly smiles in the mugshots. Why the fuck are there so many Redbar shilling newfags here? They all just use the mug shots (funny), but it’s all join dates from when we fucking started paying attention to Aaron and Aaron mentioned the farms or post-arrest.
The guy is a friend of Juju from what I can gather.
He would've gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for those meddling kids.In addition to having expired tags on his Navigator Nick also wasn't carrying his license, nor was he carrying proof of insurance. He did come equipped with excuses about his darn kids though.

Same as in 2023 with the excuses about the darn kids:

For the 2023 fine it was $180 total :$150 + $30 in late fees ($5+$25)
It took him 3 months to pay in 2023.
I think the latter. This was for an infraction well before his arrest.Retard here, legal question: Does this mean his bond is revoked because he didn't remain law abiding or because the original infraction was before the bond period, is this treated like a "whoopsie doodle" for the criminal Nick Rekieta?
I also live in the South and I can tell you corruption is alive and well here. All sorts of bs revenue generating insanity in supposedly republican states. “Retitling fees” etc. I have never had any sort of interactions with the government up north like I have here because they didn’t try the kind of bullshit like red light cameras, speed cameras, or police checkpoints to bust people for using their phone when stopped at a light.I will not accept this anti-Southern slander.
The absolute last thing we need down here is even MORE white trash Yankees clogging the trailer parks and draining welfare all while still whining about how much better the shitholes they fled from are.
That's too kind. He might as well have Fleece Johnson in the car fucking him in the ass when he goes 80 in a 65 in his red LAWPOPE Mustang.A red Mustang with plates that say LAWPOPE doing 80mph?
Why not just drive straight to the police station and ask to be raped at that point?
how the fuck do people listen to this guy? too special effect sounds jfcSearched YouTube and found someone clipped the segment.
It's pretty clear that his respect for the law was an act. As soon as the system doesn't do what he wants or he expects it to, his attitude reverts straight to total contempt. Pinning his defamation case on jurisdiction technicalities, insulting the judge on stream, refusing to let the police into his home when they had a warrant, not paying fines he can obviously afford. Not showing up to court, which I'm sure ranks as rather a bigger sin than pissing off the judge. Once he was settled into his streaming career, he even stopped talking about law because he was much more interested in mumbling about random bullshit. His entire reputation just looks like a giant con, like he's never believed a word that's come out of his own mouth with regard to legal advice.Crazy how fucking fast he forgot the basic stuff he made all that money on. The other big big lolcows like gunt, cwc or fatrick have been at it for decades, but it only took balldoman 2 years.
Has anyone requested the bodycam footage for his March incident with the police? I would be interested to see how fucked up he is then and how he interacts with the police. The county also would have 0 justification to not release it since the case is closed.Minnesota Court website duplicated the speeding charge, and notified that today they informed DPS about the conviction. New case number 34-VB-24-522; old 34-VB-23-781

Edit: No, that's a completely new charge. The old one happened in 2023, this one happened in 2024. 2023 version has only speeding.
Charges for both attached.
Give it a yearhow the fuck do people listen to this guy? too special effect sounds jfc
It's part of the charm. It's hilarious when Mike says something stupidly exaggerated and punctuates it with a KA-BOOM. "Oh my God, Jules, could you imagine if I found out you watched Tom Segura's stand-up? I'd have to kill you! *KA-BOOM* And that's not an exaggeration, I'd have you murdered the same day." It's so ridiculous that you can't help but love it.how the fuck do people listen to this guy? too special effect sounds jfc
Dang. Well, there's plenty more time for the demons to compel Nick to commit another crime.I think the latter. This was for an infraction well before his arrest.
Well obviously you just ignore it. You show your gigantic nuts and refuse even to acknowledge it.Wow. Nick always used to go on about how to get out of a speeding ticket.
Why would you put down hardwood in a basement that is probably going to be underwater at some point in the lifetime of the house? My understanding of why Europe isn't this way is because houses in Europe predate newer, cheaper flooring options, and if you already have hardwood why would you cover it in cheap carpet?
Skin and hair changes will probably remain. Stress can accelerate genetic predispositions. I'm sure they would look a lot better though if they stopped using, but they would not revert to how they looked before. This is probably a retarded question, which makes this place all the more apt to ask it in:
What happens with your appearance once you stop doing the drugs Nicholas & Co. has been doing, like coke, methamphetamine and alcohol etc.?
Can you reverse your ghoulish appearance? If so, to what extent? I get it's on a case-by-base basis, but generally speaking?
For example, will your gaunt face finally be allowed to fatten up again once you stop with the drugs?
This has probably been posted already, but remember that "supreme court" doesn't mean the same thing in NY. It's just their name for their appellate courts, IIRC.So the lawyer who tried calling out you on Twitter about not understanding the law was publicly censured by the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division for professional conduct violations.
