For the 2023 fine it was $180 total :$150 + $30 in late fees ($5+$25)

The eye think might be due to different drugs effecting blood pressure and I think cocaine and meth actually have a really pronounced effect on the cornea, retina, and vessels in the eye. The eyes are pretty unique among organs and fucking with them will cause permanent damage because your immune system and systems of repair can’t operate inside them. Alcohol also causes issues as well.

The biggest thing is that it might cause constant vasodilation and vasoconstriction of the blood vessels in the eye that never gets repaired due to immune privilege/ exemption, but I’m not an eye doctor. I just know eye shit because I played around with lasers and radiation. @Otterly or @AltisticRight seem to be the more bio-medical nerds.
