You reslly think he purposefully gave his kid coke?
I think its telling that this is the level Nicks reputation is currently at.
People can unironically consider whether he was deliberately giving his 8 year old daughter cocaine.

This is what Nick has done to his own reputation, and on a thread that started out one of the most positive on the Forum, that for a long time had a generally good opinion of him.

And can you blame us?
This is all 100% a result of his actions. Time and time again, whatever has been suggested about him, no matter how crazy, the truth has been worse.

But nick seems to be arguing the metabolite existed outside and so its a false positive. Contamination ON the sample from some place.
Realistically it would mostly get washed out if it's just on the surface. There's some weird chemistry that can happen but it's pretty much irrelevant from a practical standpoint. The stuff that gets incorporated as the hair is growing is interacting with a ton of other stuff that effectively keeps it locked inside the hair. Stuff on the outside isn't nearly as locked in. If there's any left after the wash treatment, it would be unlikely to meet the cutoff value.

Nick probably passed out drunk in the kids bed, he then pissed himself, and the kid slept in the pool of daddys piss. And that's how she got cocaine metabolites in her hair.

According to Null, Nick personally told him that what tested positive was a metabolite. Not the drug itself.
I´m going by the CPS docs. Nick could be just retarded and completely out of his depth; Again the most charitable interpretation - I do not believe it, but it could be true. I contacted the company without talking about any case if they would report a test as positive testing positive for the parent drug and not the metabolite. I doubt they will respond an anonymous email but let´s hope. If someone is willling to give them a call, go ahead.

Obviously, though, the detection threshold for studies like these is very, very, very, low, and obviously just swimming in a lake would not make you test positive for anything
This kind of stupid argument is something I can see Rekieta latching onto at this juncture of total delusion on his part.
That would've been better than saying the cocaine was just natively sitting in her hair due to being in the proximity of her parents and their swinging friends

Like 20 pages behind but what’s the likelihood Nick ever even considered testing his drugs for fentanyl? Test kits are readily available online (:_(

Nick talked to Aaron about doing it and may have had the kits to do it.

But given how lazy he is and how he let everything else in his life slide, I would tend to believe that he never actually tested anything.

On the hair test slide they report testing for parent drug and metabolite but also claim there could be no contamination when testing for the metabolite. I dont know how they reported to CPS. The most charitable interpretation for Rekieta is that they tested positive for cocaine - the parent drug - and no metabolites and CPS reported as is - hence the wording Cocaine over 5000.

Edit: he could always release the test since we know by his tacit acknowledgement to Null it is true. His daughter was exposed to coke either way.
Also, going to add here that the hair are digested prior to being subjected to methanol extraction, GC (gas chromatography) is ALWAYS (99% sure) hot as fuck, and MS is at best a giant shitshow. Not that it's inaccurate, just that you answers look like this

With the difference between the coke and the metabolite of coke probably having significant overlap (each of those peaks represent different the masses of the difference fragments of the chemical IIRC, at least with Orbitraps which are pretty standard), and metabolites almost always are the parent drug with a few polar groups slapped on or a few nonpolar groups cut off.

In other words, trying to distinguish between "metabolite" or "cocaine" is sort of silly. I suppose there's a best case world where Rikieta got coke on his hands and brushed her hair or something super duper optimistic like that, but cocaine can penetrate skin so it really doesn't matter. If there is coke on the child, there is coke in the child's bloodstream.

That they cant properly distinguish between metabolite and parent drug, I seriously doubt... if it was a garage company, perhaps.

I was just watching the replay of the Potentially Criminal/Gosney stream they had right when the doc got leaked.
I don't believe I saw this mentioned in the thread: CGoody was in the chat (around 56:40), and surprisingly enough, he wasn't sweeping. Aside from "Nick never tells me to ban people," but that's more ass-covering than sweeping.

"Nick is an idiot if he speaks about the document," "Nick is insecure." I've never seen this weirdo being the tiniest bit critical of Rekieta before. For him, this is positively scathing. Could this be the moment Nick's most ardent noseguarding janny balldowasher finally flees the sinking ship?
damn you know its bad if nick has lost CGoody

It is very likely the court has the underlying test results. It appears unlikely that they would release the details as those details may be considered confidential:
(f) medical records, chemical dependency evaluations and records; psychological evaluations and records; and psychiatric evaluations and records;

I'm not a biologist but - which reactions happen outside of the body exactly?
Nick wants people to believe, that a drug test is not valid. Even though, presumably, Minnesota has accredited this for use, because this was either ordered or done in conjunction with the court.

So a drug test that provides evidence regularly used in these scenarios is not able to gather evidence. Why would the court still be using them if that was the case? They wouldn't. Nick is either lying or completely delusional at this point.

In terms of his claims that these would be fatal levels... I'm no expert, but my understanding hair tests can tell you in general terms someone's exposure to a certain drug, they can't tell you with any great precision how much someone has ever had in their system at a given time - so the idea it could identify lethal dosage seems, err, wrong. When it comes to Cocaine, yes it has long term impacts, but you need to take a large amount for a toxic dosage at a specific time, so even for a child I highly doubt that would have been the case. They would need to be wracking lines repeatedly to achieve that - and their concentrations were weekend users, and you need to adjust that for their size and weight relative to Nick (so probably the same since he became anorexic).

But who is he kidding - known Cocaine user, arrested with cocaine has a child that has forensic evidence of cocaine use in their hair...

What’s worse is this is only here. If he ignored KF this would not be going so bad. But in acting the way he is Nick is making that radiate outwards. To the point where he is damaging his reputation in places that people view as good an honest.

It’s no longer just the Kiwis screaming this stuff anymore.

As long as the test doesnt leak, it´s pretty reasonable to assume she ingested coke since he is such an unreliable lying sack of shit.
When I first heard about this story this morning, my first instinct was this but the reality is, it's not that hard to do coke. What's difficult about it? You take it out with a spoon, dump it on the table, make a little line, grab a straw and go to town. It's truly not that difficult. Especially if mommy and daddy are giving demonstrations every night. It's not heroine where you have to inject it. Hell, even weed you need to grind and pack. It doesn't take a genius to figure it out, especially if they left everything on the table.

If I'm Lil Wurmple, and I decide I wanna be like Mommy and Daddy, boom, make a line with a piece of paper, grab a straw or just roll up that same paper, and BAM. Baby's First Line. It's not like their kids didn't see this stuff. It's not like they didn't walk around the house with it on their noses. Sure Nick wiped up but he still had residue. I'm sure they're not that careful when cameras are off. I'm sure these kids could put two and two together.

You're suggesting someone messed up hair samples.
Hair collected, put into barcoded baggie.
Baggie processed and tested for.
You're saying they mixed the samples up, how? So they tested Kayla's hair instead or what? It's getting dumber and dumber.
I can't see the samples getting mixed. They were probably even taken on different days/times/locations. If drug tests aren't performed in one of the safe meeting places for supervised visits, sNickhouldn't even be allowed to see his kids there.

The only mixup/contamination I can see is from hugging/close contact. Some of Kayla's hair strands ended up on the 9 y/o's head. We've all seen it on clothes. I think it would have to actually be strands of Kayla's hair ending up in the sample rather than a sample mixup.

Unless new charges are brought, that test looks bad but really has no bearing on custody/criminal case. The path for Nick/Kayla is unchanged by those results. Even if Nick proves his kid never ingested cocaine, that the test was faulty, etc he still needs clean drug tests himself. His path to getting his family back is solely based on his behavior and tests, not his childrens drug tests. Judge isn't going to revisit a "clean drug test" order for Nick/Kayla.

It's a homogenised mass which is vapourised and "thrown at a wall" - the impact has a distinctive "thud" depending on its mass and they measure up all the distinctive thuds to figure out what it is.

Having "some of" Kayla's hair wouldn't be able to bring up the average to what, 5000ppm - it'd have to be from the overall average composition of the girl's hair.

I'm not sure how they gather the sample, but that's part of the "sprinkling theory" - assuming she has long hair, she'd have a lot more mass for that cocaine to actually disperse through. Do they take it from the base, from the tip, how well does it move away from the hair follicle, etc

It would be informative to have an Statement of the Cuck on this since this faggot loves to go around parroting his sob story. I believe he talked about having more things to say, perhaps now that the cat is out of the bag, he can talk about this.
"Informative" if Aaron gave an absolute fuck about justice, he'd of just been quiet and go to the police and do what should of been done. I think people forget Aaron's past career which was radio jockey, he knows how to grift and tell half truth/embellishments.

I don't trust him, I'd legit trust nick since he's overtly a piece of shit and I trust him to backstab since that's his nature. Aaron on the other hand is very slimy and somewhat unpredictable and none of his actual actions have been for altruistic means contrary to what his words are trying to convince you of.
