It really amazes me how people will play these online casinos. Unless you're a hardcore addict, I don't get it. Casinos can be fun, you go with some friends, have some drinks, and spend a few hours winning and losing some money. It's not a bad night out if you do it once or twice a year. But sitting in a room alone making a new coin flip bet every 2 seconds? Madness.
The real victory is in getting enough comped drinks to make up for any losses

It's also in the mindset that people dont understand unless they have been an addict I found. People are so into the lifestyle of being an addict to something they dont even realize how hard their mindset leads them right back into it.
Oh bro, logic has no place for a addict. Its makes zero sense but it happens all the time, I spent way more of my life enslaved to a needle then I have clean and I'm just glad I did get clean eventually. But normal people who never became addicts can't understand it, my family still don't understand me and I'm pretty simple and basic in my eyes.

spend it on experiences rather than ephemeral and mercurial brainrot machines designed to take your money so some methed out indian chief can continue raping the women and kids on his reservation.

The fun part is many gamblers will use this as an excuse - spending $xxx over a few hours and losing it all isn't so bad because they still got the experience of having "fun" hitting that dopamine button over and over again. "Is it really so much worse than spending $100 for a fancy meal that only lasts 30 minutes?" The problem is, besides the fact it's obviously a hopeless cope, none of them seem to enjoy it so much when it's hundreds/thousands of dollars they just blew in an hour or two. Denial and selective memory plays a huge part in gambling (and drug) addictions.

I've been there myself. Not nearly to the extent of ACP obviously, but I had the (mis)fortune of getting a $12k hit in the first few days of me trying slots years ago. I actually withdrew $8k of it, but I kept going back for years depositing reasonably small amounts "for fun" and sure enough I never got that big hit again. If I had to guess I'd say I'm pretty close to 0 at this point, if not below. But I retired from crypto gambling a while back and really have no desire to jump in again. I consider myself fortunate in that sense.

It's that nagging at you that comes from inside and it's like having this sick itch you can't stratch any other way. Even people addicted to one thing will point and go "atleast I'm not like that" or will feel their addiction is somewhat better. But in reality they're the same just different satisfactions. It's just they eventually don't become satisfying in this slightest.

Plus yknow he's cracked up so much that doesn't help lol

holy hell he must have some strength of will because if I did that I would just neck myself.
He has never had to pay a single bill.

The meaning of money is nothing to him aside from a meter on how much crack and gamba he can do today.

The loss of money means something completely different to a normal person and to him.

I don't know how Austin is convincing some of you to gamble when all this thread has done to me is convince me to never gamble :story:
Because the thought is "oh man, he won [seriously large amount], and then couldn't help himself and lost it all? If I won that money, I would cash out and stop immediately. I would be immune to the addiction at that point. Maybe I should try."

And also people hearing he's given inordinate amounts of money to gamble by the platforms despite being a retard. "They should give it to me, I'm not a retard like him!"

1. Yes you are
2. They do it because he's a retard, but a retard who somehow (:null:) got himself a following, so he gets retards like you to start gambling too

somehow (:null:)
I deny all allegations.

For the record (and people who don't want to look it up), the way people typically win at sports betting is through arbitrage, not "betting smart", "being lucky", or personal restraint. What this means is that they identify a discrepancy across several services where the expected return for making opposite bets is higher than the losses for certain values of bets, and they make those bets, so they win regardless of the outcome. You do get banned for this if they figure out that you're doing it, but it's extremely safe if you don't get caught and do your math right. Similar strategies are used on the stock market to guarantee returns within certain bounds of behavior.

You CANNOT do this with casino games. They are specifically designed to prevent any scenario where clever betting would lead to an elimination of house edge, let alone the creation of a better's edge. Whatever you think you might be doing to win big and consistently, it does have a breaking point, and when you find it you will lose. For fuck's sake, just watch bossman lose money and get your kicks there, you don't need to spend it yourself.

Yea its kinda funny as a ex heroin addict I laugh at people like bossman, sure he's a addict but how fucking bad can his withdraws be? Does he puke and shit when he runs out of dopamine no and that's pretty fucked up honestly. Even thou I know damn well why he can't quit I'm still like wdf man why don't you stop. And most addicts are like this, most dope addicts will laugh at crackheads I've seen it plenty of times in NA and especially in jail or rehab. I highly doubt boss will ever fall out crack his skull open, wake up 2 weeks later in a ICU happens to people its how I started to get clean. But other then that you described addict well, its that fucking itch you cant scratch, its that constant search for the next fix, no matter how fucked your life is it's fine. Its like that meme of the dog in hell

Watching bossman constantly stick out his tongue, rub his head, and bitch his dad out made me really curious about crack. I'm not a retard like bossman so I can smoke crack and put it down as soon as I'm high. So I put a few ETH into CashApp and hit up Mr Christmas, he rolled up pretty quick and tossed me an extra rock for it being my first time. Man this feels so good, I even broke a keyboard.

Proud you got out of it all homie shit is not easy. I quit/tapered off benzos after years of abuse and I'm still only really coming to feel like myself again 2 years later

When I turned 21, my grandparents took me to an indian casino and gave me 100 dollars to fuck around with. I put 40 dollars into some tiktok autism lightshow slot machine and lost it in like 2 minutes, decided gambling was fucking gay and retarded, and took the rest of the money to a nearby restaurant where I got a multiple course fancy meal for the first time.

There is a saying that those who are unlucky win when gambling for the first time. If you're lucky you lose. It's true.

People are volunteering to become the next BMJ en masse and for some reason Null wants to put an end to all this great content before it even starts
I think it would be safe to say that Josh has joined the ranks of the riggers at this point.

First tipping the cow with the fundraiser for the bodycam footage of rekeitas arrest. Now telling us to """ not get it twisted """

What's next? Cancelling pizza-day?

You dare stand where he stood?
Think of all the virgin drywall that we could watch get smashed... or better yet someone in a "Far superior euromutt house" punching their walls! Oh the things we could see! You are trying to confine us to the "Cheddar" of degen gamba when we could have an entire serbian liquor store selection of cheeses!

There’s a good episode on Odd Lots about this. He doesn’t go into specifics about his system, but it goes into detail about what OP said, straight from the horse (better’s) mouth.
