I chuckled at Yar's reaction to his lovely wife's "coffee". I'm sure it was unbearably sweet.

Also, my God, she is vapid. Like, remarkably so, even for a wannabe "influencer". She makes Yar look like a Rhodes Scholar.

I hope all the blue-blooded snobs on the Vineyard enjoyed the new money show.

That's gonna be one ugly baby. We can have an ugly baby contest between Fatlex and Becky Gerber.

Why does Fatlex constantly have her fuckin hands in her face? She has taken talking with her hands to a new level and now it's like Ricky Bobby "I don't know what to do with my hands" level.

Man, she's out of breath just walking a third of a mile. She tried to keep it quiet and do cuts, but there's a few gasps in there.

I saw this in community happenings, and the name Elvis for a girl makes me irrationally MATI.

ETA: I googled Trisha because I had no idea why she's famous (still don't, really?) and discovered her first daughter's government name is Malibu Barbie. I have no words.

Wow that baby moon was a major pig out between sleeps for Alex. There’s no way she doesn’t have sleep aponea if she can nap 4+ hours in an afternoon, when all she has done is been driven to ferry, walked onto and off of said ferry, walked to a nearby cafe and had lunch. I also noticed her doing the daze out in the car again. She calls it pregnancy brain, but she’s always done it. Reminds me very much of one of my niece’s petit mal (off with the fairies) seizures. It also would appear from the baby moon car trips, that Alex is scared car seatbelts will hurt baby as well as exercise. If she’s wearing the belt below her armpit, then she may as well not wear one at all.

I think I remember reading that she took naps like this pre-pregnancy, too, in which case yeah she should probably get a sleep study. But napping like that during pregnancy is definitely not unheard of in women who are lucky enough to have schedules that allow it.

I mean she's large enough that someone has to have suggested a sleep study before, right? Just like as a routine thing for someone sleeping with 30lbs around their neck and 40lbs on their chest?

It’s unusual in the second trimester. That’s the time you actually energise in pregnancy. Plus 4 frigging hours, and while on an actual vacation where there’s loads to do. Shame no shops carried her size, and as she said, there’s no Amazon prime in Martha’s Vineyard. She and Yar absolutely could have spent an afternoon jet skiing, bathers or not. She could have worn shorts and a tank top which I guarantee were a plenty in her suitcase.

She should have had a sleep study as part of her gastric bypass work up. Whether she did or not is anyone’s guess. If she had an endoscopy as part of that work up, which is pretty much mandatory when the patient has had a previous gastric surgery (in her case the lapband), because the surgeon needs to know about any scarring as well as seperate any adhesions, the anaesthetist would have noticed it because this surgery is done under conscious sedation.

Let’s be honest here. If Alex needs/has a CPAP, then she’s not letting her subs know about it. There’s nothing aesthetic/cute about a CPAP, nor is it very body positive HAES friendly.

I don't know much about sleep apnea but would this impact her ability to wake up at night to feed the baby? Will she not get that "wake up at every little noise the baby makes" light sleep? She definitely has apnea at her size and with her fat distribution around her neck.

She’ll actually sleep very lightly, as will the poor baby who’ll be lulled to sleep by her aponea snorts every 30-40 seconds, but if you think she’ll be the one getting up to feed the kid, think again. She’ll either have a night nanny doing bottle feeds, or it’ll be Yar’s repayments for the new Tesla. She won’t be doing the night feeds once baby comes home from hospital, although she may well pretend to be breastfeeding through the nights.
