Nick did something really bad and has known from the start he did something really bad, so he's known his only gameplan is to pretend the entire thing is a government fabrication and that actually he has been perfect trad dad all along and that's why the lib cuck biden wants to destroy him so bad. It's the only way he can hold onto any sort of audience after everything is revealed, because whatever he's done is unacceptable to ANY audience. I hope the neglect and the kid accidentally eating coke or something is the limit of it, but coke makes people fucking evil so I would not be shocked if worse is to come.

Ron Bennington came back from his kid accidentally eating drugs, even if it was a hard road, and that was at a time when drug scandals were a much bigger deal. The fact that Nick isn't even trying for a redemption arc makes it seem like he knows there will be more and worse coming out.

Ultra Conservative anti-government types generally don't like people who turn their 8 year old daughters into cocaine users.
Depends which ones you're talking about. Nick's target audience are the white trash ultra conservative anti-government types i.e. your typical obese pill popping hick living somewhere in the South or Midwest. When they see an accusation like Nick turning his daughter into a junkie, they know that it's a lie because the gubmint lied about them just like that! They claim to be Christians, sometimes go to church, dislike BLM, troons, and other liberal social movements, and reliably vote straight Republican, so they probably count as ultra conservative by some definitions, but they don't have any real beliefs other than their love of drugs and personal debauchery.

So basically other Nick Rekietas. That's who Nick's only audience will be from now on.

the kids have been "doxxed" for a long time we just don't talk about them out of respect for children. I'm a sick puppy I've never formed a qover and neglected my children
Everyone on here says they don't want to see the kids. Josh says he'll review the footage and censor it even if something slips through the state. We're not here for the kids, we're here for the house and (less likely it'll be seen) Balldo throwing the paper.

And we'll be here to document and archive when you have your inevitable 'but what if the kid consents' moment, Barnsey.

And we have told the rotters who constantly bring them up to neck themselves.

What if this is just a plan by nick to get rid of his kids forever? He hates his kids so much so he gave them to the cps.

That is a horrifying thought. Based on his current bahaviour, I cannot rule it out...

IMO the entire 'out to get me' idea goes like this:

Nick used to be a practicing lawyer.
Nick worked to get his clients off which meant going up against various local authorities.
Optional element 1: He seems to be retroactively recasting his low-yield lolyer work as a libertarian crusade against injustice to get in good with his remaining friends.
Optional element 2: He also had it out with at least one more-respected local attorney, as has been discussed at length in the Montysuit thread.
Nick in particular had disagreements with Judge Pussy Liquor, and had the highly unwise elevator girl talk with her.
Nick then becomes a bigtime streamer and continues to poke the eyes of all levels of government.

To me, this seems to be the basis: an almost purely-local 'conspiracy' against him. I don't think he's suggesting the Feds or even the state have it out for him except in vague nudge nudge wink wink cops at Denny's kind of ways.

Or he is a fuckwit who acts like an arse to everyone and then wonders why people are mean to him.

It's quite possible that Nick sees the writing on the wall for his audience and realizes that the only people he has a chance of keeping on his side are the ultra-conservative anti-government types. Just a thought. He might not be totally delusional, he may be doing it on purpose to try to win those people over since he doesn't have a chance of winning anyone else to his side.

His behaviour is not calculated to endear himself to anyone. See above. He is just a toxic arse that suits on everyone.

If you squint REALLY HARD, until the positive drug test Nick's behavior could be compartmentalized as that of a wannabe rockstar, but surely he was still taking care of his kids and the cops were exaggerating about the state of the crack den to get their drug conviction.

But to have one of the kids test positive for coke (and not just a little coke) breaks that cope wide open. It's so awful that even though it's "possible" the CPS worker lied and the tests were fraudulent, the safety of the child DEMANDS you reconsider everything you previously thought about what was going on in that house.

Nick cannot fathom that he has well and truly lost the benefit of the doubt. He is a fuckwit who people gave much too much credence because of his credentials.

When CPS gets the benefit of the doubt in a community and YOU don't, something is wrong...

Or he is playing a stupid rhetorical game of semantics and technicalities which is still halfwitted and dumb cope to soothe his own ego.

That isn't how it works in small towns and rural counties. Local attorneys aren't viewed as enemies by authorities, at least not on the basis of 'getting clients off'. That just means they're good lawyers and the community (as a whole) likes good lawyers. It's true Rekieta might've pissed off a local judge, but in all probability not enough for her to risk her reputation by conducting a personal vendetta against him. Rekieta's behavior toward cops and judges could certainly poison the well and make locals unkindly disposed against him--more likely, say, to give him a ticket rather than issue a warning. Potential local clients might go with someone else because he's got a shady reputation. Things like that, nothing major.

If Rekieta is planning to base his defense on this supposed hick vs fancy pants rich kid attorney conspiracy narrative, then he will almost certainly catastrophically lose.

The caveat here is I'm not a lawyer. I do, however, know a great deal about small towns and rural communities.

He might be going for the My Cousin Vinny arc here. But he is not going to find that kind of lawyer or outcome.

Unfortunately, the indications from the released document are that they may be with Nick's parents.

This is something I had not considered. If any of Nick's children have the same personality tendencies, they might just be reinforced. The Woljter/Sletta clan may be a more wholesome influence, but the resources to support 5 children will be comparatively less and may be quantitatively insufficient.

My hope is that Nick gets taken in hand by his parents in combination with Kayla's and they slap him until he sees reason.

One of the things we don't have a clear read on is where Bob and Celeste are in all this.

You would think a grandparent wouldn't be happy their grandchild was exposed to all this crap
Nick, having done it again, faces his parents. Bob puts his hands on his hips and gives Nick the stern frowny face he's given a million times before to let Nick know that this time is serious business. Celeste tells Nick that she knows he's a good boy, but he can't keep doing these things and drugs are horrible for him.

Nick, in his high-pitched faggot voice, yells that they don't know what they are talking about before storming out of the room.

Bob and Celeste turn to each other and share a little smile; Nick is still young, barely even 40, and they know that one day when he grows up he'll look back and realize how silly he has been.

Roll end credits with instrumental version of opening theme song.

All "addiction" is entirely mental.
I can't speak for all addictions everywhere, but Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD) aka alcoholism is categorized as both a medical and a mental health condition and is classified as a disease. The physical craving for alcohol among chronic alcoholics is physiologically motivated--it isn't all in their heads, so to speak. Alcoholics also provably internally process alcohol differently from non-alcoholics. Further, although genetic research on the topic is in its infancy, there are indications certain markers denote a propensity for alcohol addiction.

The mental obsession--that aspect of the disease one would define as mental--combined with the physical craving mentioned above make stopping incredibly difficult for chronic alcoholics, which is why so many are unable to achieve longterm (or any) sobriety. They take it all the way: jails, institutions, and death.

He basally seems like the criminal version of Randaza.

Barnes is just no good at all IMO. He attaches himself to lost causes and high publicity cases. But never has what I would call good outcomes. Criminal law isn't really any kind of specialty of his either. He doesn't really have a specialty IMO. He is best known for the Wesley Snipes Tax case where his client eventually got 3 years in prison.

What complaint is that? I only check this thread a couple of times a day. So I miss stuff that doesn't get made into a post on the front page.
Barnes has represented the Farms previously in a Fatrick lawsuit, so Barnes making pedo allegations against the Farms when he has previously represented them implies he has inside knowledge about the state/motivations of Null's administration of the forum.

Then he should do it. Don't threaten or talk about doing it, do it. Anything else is just noise.

I mean, that's the bottom 5% of the trailer park. Even the other members of the so-called dirtbag-right don't like those guys. Nick's target audience being the kind of guys who get stabbed in prison isn't a good look for his upcoming prison arc.

He was talking about it on MATI. He's angry that Barnes is shit talking the site after working for us in the past.

Celeste's parents seemed like very decent people, but I haven't seen much evidence to suggest any of their moral values transferred to her and Bob. Indeed, I have my suspicions Nick wasn't raised right, and has never had to experience serious consequences for anything until now. He certainly acts like a man who never has.
Nick is a princeling. His grandfather was worth, what? 9 figures? Nick wasn't raised with middle class values because he isn't middle class. It's rare for people with that kind of money to raise their own kids. That's what nannies are for.

One way for a wealthy family to neutralize an idiot and bad apple like Nick is to send him into law or politics. For instance, Gavin Newsom. Man can't read or count. But he can't mess with daddy's business if he's running California into the ground.

They all know Nick is a retard, they're his family. Otherwise he would have a prominent position at a prominent firm. He would be running things.

One of the things we don't have a clear read on is where Bob and Celeste are in all this.
Everything that Nick and Aaron have said suggest that while Kayla's family worked to get Kayla and the kids out of the drug den, Nick's parents have been enablers of him and his degeneracy.
I've posted about this before but Nick's parents are a big red flag to me as I just can't accept that they've been completely blind to what's been going on in that household. Even if they only speak with their grandchildren sparingly, there would have been a noticeable difference between how they were before the open degeneracy started and how they are now, both emotionally and physically.

Further, and I can't remember exactly when, but Nick's father went to visit him in Minnesota earlier this year at a time when his physical degradation was so obvious he'd gone full ghoulmaxing. Now if I rocked up to see my son and he looked like an obvious junkie, and my grandchildren looked like they were being abused/neglected you can be damn sure something would be done about it.

The fact we've heard nothing about either Bob or Celeste being on Nick's case, which I absolutely guarantee we would have if they were cause that faggot publicly castigates literally everyone that doesn't suck him off, just tells me they've been enabling this sick fuck right from the start.

On a related note Null should file the complain he's talking about. Barnes has flown far too close to the sun far too many times.
I dunno if Null should file a complaint against Barnes, but I would absolutely cosign a Barnes thread at this point. Nigger is a lawcow.

@Musashi's Son has researched enough to prove he's a very amusing shyster gasbag, in which the results don't match the narrative. It should sail right through PG.

"Always bet on Barnes."

Give me a break. Only if you want to lose.

The above are excerpts from a Minnesota DHS training manual. I have made a post in the leak thread, but I will relay the information I have found here. I have spent the last couple of days doing extensive research on this topic.

Edit: to be clear, it is an almost certainty that the children have always been in the care of a close relative, and will continue to be in the care of close relatives for the full duration of the case.

Thank you for sharing those excerpts from the training manual and what you've learned.

Really informative considering how much speculation there has been.

I was really curious how this whole thing works with CPS (especially because there have been rumors the kids are in 'government' foster care), but the fact they are probably in the care of relatives makes much more sense to me.

Why so low effort? Nowadays you could just use some easy crap like Luma AI to make the entire scene using nick and the balldo crew and an AI voice system for english to german text

Even gym the boomer can create decent ai stuff on x
Personally I like the classics. The overuse of AI in meme making is bad, because you are just making AI slop. Using AI to put balldo's face over Hitler wouldn't make it funnier, it is funny already due to the subtitles. Nor would changing the German language to match the subtitles be funnier, it is already funny because trying to match the cadence of the original speech with your own text is part of the process.
