Nick calling them 10 times, over the course of 3 hours, acting like the passive-aggressive faggot that he is would be hilarious to listen to.

Nick, you don't sound like a fucking loon at all.

Not a loon, not a boot licker.

And Dax said "He misses his kids."

My ass he does.
I wouldn't look deeply at anything that anyone in or around this case is saying.

People generally know what the "right" words are to say in a situation in order to stave off public pressure and stay out of trouble. No matter how dumb they are or what they actually think about it, they'll all still just go through the motions of saying whatever they have to, even if they don't actually mean it.
They know that they're "supposed" to give this particular right answer, and that the rest of us are then "supposed" to have a particular reaction to it (usually letting them off the hook). That's all that they're going for.

He says that he misses his kids. Okay. What else were we ever realistically going to hear from him?

His claims have gone from vague statements about the cops/cps being wrong and lying. To directly challenging specific claims.

Idk how rules about evidence work or what the barrier is to challenge a document like it. But like is a report like the cps one or the incident report or the warrent request taken at the same value as Nick saying "nuh uh"?

"WHY not just make evidence for the government?" To be fair, I might be reaching a bit here, but could this be construed as him trying to hide evidence from the state?
Just along the lines of "stop talking about the case, NICK" he thinks he's being clever. But could this be portrayed as him knowingly trying to withhold or deny evidence? Or again, the state probably doesn't even need to go this route.

But something like "Why make evidence for the government?" Oh so this is evidence then eh? And you know it, and you're trying to stop CPS from having it?

Not a loon, not a boot licker.

Nick simultaneously begged CPS to do a walk through of his master bedroom (calling them 10 times) and told them to fuck off because he didn't want to give the state even more evidence.

Its good to know his lolbertarian politics are more important than getting his children back.

I wonder how they would feel about that.

And Dax said "He misses his kids."

My ass he does.
Nick uses the word "kids" to refer to his cocaine stash. So yes. When he got out of jail he missed his "kids." I'm sure he's restocked by now.

If he's not going to say what's actually the right thing (that he is getting help), the real smart thing would be to say absolutely nothing.

But this is Dick Masterson, So he very well could have just pulled that out of his ass.

It must be sad doing rails without his little coke buddy. I guess atleast he still has April to share with.

what's actually the right thing (that he is getting help)
Sorry, I didn't mean "right" as in what's morally right, or what's the best idea long-term.
I just mean that it's the thing that people know to say in order to get whatever reaction they were looking for. And they're usually just looking to alleviate pressure in the very short term.

Spoiler: Speculation about Nick
I think it's as simple as Nick knowing there's 0 chance of him convincing the internet at large that he's innocent, so he's gonna focus on making random bs excuses for his simps, who will believe anything. He's telling them "don't trust the government, it's a conspiracy against me" because he knows he's going to be found guilty, and if he can get them to believe it's a conspiracy, they'll side with him even after the verdict saying that he's a child neglecting cokehead.

Maybe he's hoping for a Keith Raniere situation, in which all the women in the cult gather outside the prison and engage in dance routines to boost his morale?

I can already see Sally78 shaking her ass thong towards the prison complex in solidarity.

"Like, oh my God, Nick was like wrongfully convicted, and...like... things and stuff!"

Speaking of Sally, is there any funny shit from her lately? I need a pallet cleanser from all this dark shit. Last time she was talking about the kid's CLOTHS. It's not Nick's fault they don't have clean CLOTHS. That's why the house is so messy, I guess. You need them CLOTHS for cleaning. Lol.

As a matter of fact she has a stream coming up.

Some Rekieta whispering:
  1. "It wasn't a requirement and I did not prevent them from entering."
    • The report says "she was not allowed access to the parents' bedroom" after going to the home on May 28, so whether she was physically prevented from entering the master bedroom is irrelevant.
  2. "In fact, I specifically asked them TO inspect my entire house (which they have done)."
    • Was this specific request made before or after May 28? Was the inspection on or before or after May 28?
  3. "We were NOT doing a walk through and they were not "prevented" access."
    • You can tell from this sentence what happened. "We were NOT doing a walk through" = they asked to see the master bedroom which was something Rekieta didn't expect.
The sleight of hand from "not allowed" to "prevented" is a classic Rekieta trick. If I had to guess, I would say he insisted on another time "to do a walk through of the whole house" which was taken as a refusal to enter the master bedroom. That's if he's not straight up lying, which is always a likely possibility.

I think it's a case of, getting raided and seeing your two cracked out corpse ladies crying and your kids crying, probably pretty sobering. But then he came home and read Twitter for 3 days or so.
Yeah he was scared straight for a few days and then read what Barnes and whatever the Barnes lite guy Nick retained for his criminal case is called and decided to revoke permission.

According to the document they underwent testing on May 30 and then revoked consent sometime between May 30 and June 6.

It's hard to imagine being more subhuman of a fucking cuck than sacrificing your family because you are enslaved to a drug.

There was probably cocaine out in the open everywhere.

Which, as much as Nick can whine about "We were NOT doing a walk through" is the entire point of unexpectedly asking to see the master bedroom.

With a scheduled inspection with advance notice, Rekieta can hide whatever alcohol or drugs he has in the master bedroom, or simply his adjacent property that April is apparently "living" in now (realistically she's probably in the drug den all the time, he was still staring in the corner in his stream this week)

It comes down to show, don't tell. He's talking about how much he loves his kids. He's talking about how there is a government conspiracy. What has he shown? Nothing but coping and seething. Nick doesn't have a pot to piss in legally. He can blow hard all he wants. The upcoming hearings are going to be like shooting fish in a barrel for the jackbooted thugs of Kandiyohi County and Nick's Turner Diaries fantasy will go up in smoke like it's coming out his crack from his pipe. The pathetic excuse from a man can't even get twitter on his side, let alone beat the government.

If it was a negative cocaine test result, that'd be evidence you'd WANT them to have because it helps you. His first answer might as well be "because it was positive, dispshit".

Could the drug test results taken for CPS be used as evidence in the criminal trial?

As he himself has pointed out, he is charged with possession. I don't see how information about his past drug use or the results of drug tests makes any difference to that one way or the other.
He could have always been stone cold sober and clean. But 26g of coke in the house is 26g of coke.

"Nick Rekieta PROBABLY always liked giving little girls coke."

It's interesting thinking about the position Nick is putting himself in it's like he's on the stand 24/7 being questioned by a gaggle of a-logs deadset on getting him to slip up and say something he shouldn't. But I imagine it wouldn't matter much no matter what, it seems like throwing out the warrant is Nick's only hope.

Channel is still boring as shit.

As far as I'm concerned, her reducing herself to sending old lady feet pics to Drexel will always be her legacy. Lol

Even if he somehow got the warrant thrown out, the truth is out there in the open for everyone to see, and people would know on a massive scale that he's neglecting and abusing his children, and snorting cocaine.

So he still loses, and would be an even shittier father for it.
