Wouldn't exposing these documents severely hurt the state's case against Nick as he could claim a miscarriage of justice over leaked documents?
I don't think the courts will simply give Nick back his kids and cocaine just because they "feel bad". Any documents leaking won't change the main facts. Besides, aren't these publicly accessible at the courthouse?

The CPS documents? No. That's a separate case unrelated to his criminal case. And those documents we're available at the courthouse. They weren't supposed to leave the courthouse but shit happens.

It's not about giving him something out of pity, it's about dropping the legal ball and opening themselves up to a mistrial claim.

Weird spice to put in SpaghettiOs to be honest.
Crushed red pepper will give your noodles a little kick, so does coke, not really in the same way.

i know that weed has detrimental effects on brain development when consumed by young people
dont know about coke specifically, but given how strong and intense all of its effects generally are i wouldn't be surprised if it will leave permanent damage.
at a minimum, the girls dopamine receptors were absolutely blown out. i don't know how that effects a little kids development but it can't be good.
Coke is essentially instant gratification in powdered form. It's high lasts about 45 minutes at most, which is why Rekeita was taking so many of his little "bathroom breaks".

Lemme tell you, the high is nice. Very euphoric, not as focusing as Adderall, or as hype as (i assume) meth or E, but a kind of feeling along the lines of being "a winner", hence why it was the favorite of 80s Wall Street bastards, because you have to feel like the man if you wanna be the Man. There's a reason it's one of the most popular drugs out there.

But again that high lasts about 45 minutes, at best, and then you get "moreish". When moreish hits, you're immediately desiring the next hit, and nothing but the next hit, which is never as good as that first hit of the night, despite the constant attempts of getting back to that place. Usually, you run out of it (if you're broke) and you just have to live with the incredibly shitty day after without it, but with Rackets being a rich boy, that day after gets extended by a good 20 grams. The constant highs and lows, even with a light habit, can wreck your paycheck, fuck up your sleep schedule, and cause you to lash out at people, dissolving your relationships, simply look at what it did to Nick. We know he can't handle it, imagine how that nightmarish rollercoaster is for a child who doesn't even understand the complexity of their own emotions.
Really man. We need a Cokestream II. The more booze and drug fueled rackets, the funnier the chat is. It's great. It's like MST3K
When i watched MST3K as a kid i didnt realize that shit would like, bleed into real life.

Now we're all just robots on a spaceship, watching a man acting out his life in the corniest fashion possible.

Nick is an even worse main character than the kid in "The Final Sacrifice."

We couldn't even get someone like the "Space Mutiny" guy.

Has even the most ardent Balldo-washer come up with a remotely plausible explanation for why a nine year old girl would test this high on a cocaine hair follicle test?

I mean did the Kiwi Farms somehow do this?

How could this possibly happen in an innocent way? How could a nine year old be exposed to this level of cocaine?

Meticulously keep track of? Are you fucking kidding me? Aaron said he just randomly threw a coke bullet in the cushions of a couch in his house, containing what would be a fatal overdose of a kid who got into it.

This absolutely out of control fuckup just had cocaine everywhere, all over the place, that's probably how the nine year old got into it.
The cops only found drugs and signs of drug use in the bedroom. If Nick just sloppily dropped cocaine everywhere in his house and the cops couldn't find it, I doubt the kid would find it. I already mentioned the incident where the bullet fell out of his pocket at Aaron's house is a one-off as far as we know, and a different sef of circumatances. The entire reason Nick had the bullet was so he could bring cocaine with him and use it outside of his home. Theres no reason for him to carry cocaine travel accesories while he's at home. They have the big pile in the master bedroom. Nick's bathroom breaks would also be a lot shorter if he had a container of pre-measured coke that he could just snort and return. The lack of cocaine around the house, and amount and frequency of use indicated by the hair sample just doesn't support the idea of a 9 year old girl regularly finding misplaced cocaine and using it.

This is obviously awful and I hope that poor little girl gets weened off asap.
....that said, I'm morbidly curious about how coke would effect adhd in a kid. Would it work the opposite way, like weed in schizophrenics, where it makes them more anxious and paranoid? Would they be enhanced? Is it just typical drug addled behaviors?
Does anyone know if there are studies of children on coke? Wasn't that long ago it used to be in soda and used as a pain reliever, I'd be curious to know how many of the side effects she had that line up to when it was more normal to use, and what's different.

Theoretically coke should help with dealing with ADHD symptoms, the same way other stimulants do

While I doubt this will get read in the sea of posts. Balldo, crackwhore, this one is for you two.

You two have probably gotten a lot of death threats with all of this stuff going on. Let me start by saying I don't wish death on you. Death is too quick for you. Death means you don't get to suffer for the hell you have put your children through. No, instead, I wish you both a long, and painful life.

I wish that you never get to see your children off to prom. Lady Rackets, I wish that you never get to have a talk with your sons on how to treat a woman during the dance. Balldo, my hope is that another, real man, gets to have the talk with your daughters' partners before the dance, and takes their safety into actual consideration. I wish that come graduation, it is not your names that they thank during their speech, and that you have to find out via a video on the internet.

Balldo, it is my hope that come your daughters weddings, you are not invited, and that a real man is the one to give her away. Lady Rackets, Balldo, I hope that the two of you never know happiness with a family ever again, and that you spend your days loveless and alone. That way you may get even a slight taste of what your children were denied; the love of a family and the care that comes from real parents.

Finally, I hope for the both of you, once your brains are rotted out from drug and alcohol use, that in your dying moments. You realize that you have both failed as human beings, and that all your lives have been spent without the only people who would have ever cared about you. Hopefully you realize they have been pushed away by your decisions, driven into the arms of people who actually care, and have succeeded, not because of you, but in spite of you. And I hope you two go to your graves with that as your last thought.

Man, fuck Rekieta if this is true. How the fuck can he do a live stream knowing his own kids are in foster care?
That's cocaine for you, I'm not the least bit surprised he's this much of a selfish piece of shit. Drug users are space aliens for all the sense they make.

Nick is never going to get clean, he thinks he's done nothing wrong and the drugs have done more than enough to pretzel his grey matter into an all new kind of narcissism. It wouldn't matter if he ended up in the gutter and scraping rotting food out of the bottom of trash cans, everyone else is the problem, not him.
"As if you've never mixed up the shampoo and cocaine before"
What if he hid the cocaine in the shampoo?
For anyone wondering if this could be a scenario where kayla's filthy coke hands contaminated the girls hair and resulted in a false positive. Cocaine exposure on a child’s head, such as accidental contact or contamination, is unlikely to result in a positive hair follicle test for cocaine. The test detects metabolites within the hair shaft, and external exposure typically does not lead to significant drug incorporation into the hair follicle.

If this is true it is undeniable fact that a 9 year old child has been doing cocaine regularly
What I find so surreal about this scenario is that this is the kind of thing you'd expect to come out of a trailer park, and not the multi-million dollar household of a famous e-lawyer family man with an education, a Christian background and a wealthy family. I know "affluenza" is a thing, but you would never expect someone leading such an idyllic life as Nick to descend into such slum behavior just a few years ago. Now that I've seen him deteriorate into a shambling, perpetually intoxicated living corpse, I'm not at all surprised by any degree of depravity he might have lowered himself to. I would actually be impressed if it didn't get worse from here.

It makes you wonder if anyone could really be satisfied living in the lap of luxury, earned, given or otherwise, and that anyone or everyone wouldn't just dive into the drug pit out of simple boredom. It makes you wonder if "self-transcendence" is even a thing either and it wasn't added to Maslow's Hierarchy for a reason. Maybe there's a special ingredient such people are missing that there's a ceiling to their potential and they just fall back on drug use.

There's really only one explanation for why Nick singled out his "favorite" to give drugs to. Cocaine is expensive, I don't think this happened accidentally at all since she must have been doing it regularly to reach such a high level and if Nick shares his expensive cocaine with someone 2-3 times a week then there's probably a really fucking awful reason for it. No doubt they gave her whiskey also. Maybe there's a reason she is the only one who has night terrors and acts out violently.
As much as I don't want to believe it, you're probably 99% correct.

Nick is a bad man.
