Here’s the thing, it has nothing to do with “social.” When you say social, it implies not factual.This is the logical conclusion from Nick's double-speak, but he will cry 'Innocent until guilty!', without realising that applies to legal conclusions--not social opinions.
You can have factual proof that something is true or false and still have the opposite outcome in a courtroom. All the courts do is make a record based on the law, not the actual merits of what happened.
Case in point, Montegraph. His first case was never tried in court because he filed it badly, was he actually defamed? Probably. But we will never have a legal precedent.
When it comes to Nick, he was 100% defamed and now we are getting a legal precedent set because this time it is being filed properly(because he was smart and didn’t hire a braindead attorney like Ty Beard).
Good to know. This clip is literally my entire exposure to coffee cultureall coffee tastes the same to 99% of people anyway, only mega tryhard coffee snobs can (allegedly) tell a difference, and those are not the target audience for streamer branded coffee.
