I don't get it, what does this mean exactly?
Supreme Court remanded Twitter cases "because neither the Eleventh Circuit nor the Fifth Circuit conducted a proper analysis of the facial First Amendment challenges to Florida and Texas laws regulating large internet platforms."
There could be a very real possibility one of his handlers can whisper the sour nothings into his skull and do this exact thing. Because if there's anything I've learned and seen: Nothing he does is of his own volition anymore. So long as it's an official act, he can get away with it in theory, yeah?If say, Biden thought that Alito was violating US laws, and so ordered the Army to kill him, that might be an official act.
It means 5th and 11th Circuit must redo their decisions properly this time as per instructions of the Supreme CourtI don't get it, what does this mean exactly?
Not as simple. So long as it's an official act, he can get away with it in theory, yeah?
If those three were going to be prosecuted for their actions, it would have happened years ago. Like in the immediate years after they leave office, and if they were, they would claim immunity and the supreme court would vote in their favor because that's how the system works. They were never going to face justice or ever see the inside of a prison cell.now this makes biden, obama and bush unprosecutable as well, but i guess you take what you can get.
biden might be prosecuted for acts as vice president which is possible.
It isn't about all of them or most of them not voting for Biden. Its about enough of them and some of the independents not voting for Biden that the margin of fraud isn't enough to get him over the finish line. If Biden loses 5% of the people who would have voted for him prior to the debate, that is enough to swing several states (six at the very least) from 2020 alone and give Trump the election.Yes, right now they're sobbing about how bad Biden looks. That doesn't matter. It's called venting; the debate gave them the opportunity to speak their misgivings in public... but not to abandon the party. In another week they will heave a big sigh and spill just as many words about how they are reluctantly voting for Biden anyway.

Lol Republicans are so stupid now Dark Brandon can stop the election and murder all Trump voters lol!
Current year is 2024, maybe buy a new calendar. Trump didn't lead in one poll in 2020. Even with his support being undercounted by 4-6 points, add those 4-6 points and he still would have been behind in every poll. He's led in every poll but one for like 8 months nowHe completely lost the election in 2020, for all the good that did. That was also after months of cognitive decline, but with even more time on TV and in the spotlight.
As a last resort, yes. Nancy Pelosi already asked about doing it and was told under no unclear circumstances if they touched Trump, it'd be Civil War. I almost hope they do it. I would love to see the chimpout. I've been saying for a long time that 2024 is the Year of Calling the Bluff. The glow niggers are gonna pull a Kennedy and assassinate him aren't they?
He wasn't convicted in that case yet. He appealed as soon as his motion to dismiss was deniedi wonder what this does to trumps sentencing, do his charges have to be undone pending a new trial.
are we talking about the campaing finance stuff here, i thought he got like 30 convictions. He wasn't convicted in that case yet. He appealed as soon as his motion to dismiss was denied
I'm sure they'd be cheering it on up until the exact moment the first lefty politicians and influencers and journalists and professors and the like start getting put down like a rabid dog via hunting rifles. Because lone wolf righties would absolutely, 100%, start doing that if the left decided they had the duty to start killing people lest they start winning elections without permission or disagreeing with them in public or something. And the smart target isn't someone like Pedo Joe, who is basically untouchable even if you want to invoke Rule 308 to get him out of office. (Which I wish to state would be a VERY BAD IDEA TO EVEN CONSIDER and is not something I am endorsing.)I am wondering HOW delusional people would be if they genuinely, openly, celebrated and admitted to an assassination like that. Based on the posts being made on Twitter right now, it might not be an if. They genuinely would celebrate.
It's been one continuous monkey's paw curling it's fingers every few months since they made a deal with the devil to rig their way into office in 2020.I don't even like Trump, I just think it's funny that after the Democrats smugness over winning the white house in 2020 that it is Trump who will have the last laugh.
No. Election Fraud:are we talking about the campaing finance stuff here
Trump is going to lose people just for the felony conviction alone. There's a significant chunk of his older, apolitical supporters who didn't vote for Hilary in 2016 because she was a criminal, and won't vote for him now because he's officially a criminal. I know how stupid that sounds to the politically aware, the outraged partisans, and other people closely following the trials; but there's a reason network and cable news still survive, and it's because of these people who react and vote on such headlines. If Biden loses 5% of the people who would have voted for him prior to the debate, that is enough to swing several states (six at the very least) from 2020 alone and give Trump the election.
Jesus Christ. Supreme Court may as well be a viagra perscription this week.
"Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts"
TRUMP WON
Not trusting the womens and John Roberts. Kavanagh is also funky. Still, i'm glad we got a 3rd based judge in Gorsuch.Quick thoughts:
It puts some worms back in the can. Aka every future President will now not be sued immediately once they leave office. Also means Bush and Obama are safe, because escalation to drag those 2 in would have 100% happened.
The Supreme Court honestly appears to be on a role these last few terms. So much outright bullshit that was never codified into law is now being thrown out and returned to the actual letter/intent of the law. Really refreshing after the outright batshit insanity of the last few decades. Especially with RBG and the rest of the left wing of the court proclaiming laws out of thin air or really creative mental gymnastics of the different admendments.
Long overdue pushback.
That's (D)ifferent. He called them a bad name -- Terrorist -- which means they lost all human rights and especially civil rights.Entire swathes of retards are now parroting Sotomayor dissent because "the president can now just kill anyone if they order so!" as if Obama had not already had US Citizens killed.
