Final point, he appears to be performing the drug tests, he just won't release the results to the court. That's probably because he's still testing dirty for THC or other long lasting metabolites. Once his tests clean up I presume he'd release them.

He only ever "smoked it" (aka, burning the whole bowl to a crisp in the first hit and then not even inhaling it into his lungs) on stream as a sort of stunt. Even then, it's been close to 10 months since he "smoked" it on Locals.

That mysterious brown substance wasn't marijuana concentrate for a few reasons, and he had no flower in his home.

I don't know what the legal status of THC-analogues in his state are, but I know at least in some states there's a gajillion different THC analogues that can get you stoned. If Rekieta were actively working a program, he wouldn't be online; that is, unless all of his resources were somehow exhausted and he now needs super chats to survive. The man supposedly made hundreds of thousands of dollars--if not more than a million--as a YT legal SME. He would be using those resources to support himself and his family (and his mistress too, I suppose) while he devoted himself to getting better. If he's going to meetings, recovering drunks and addicts would be encouraging him to take himself away from the environment that made drinking and using attractive, to change his patterns and break his routine, which--if you look at his old streaming format--largely consisted of our mad lad Law Pope going on camera and getting wasted.

If Rekieta has stopped doing drugs and drinking, good for him. The problem is staying stopped. If he doesn't address it by changing his outlook and way of life, he will go out again. Will power alone won't work.
