It's okay bros. Austin goes to court tomorrow for a hearing. They're definitely going to be hearing about how this is unfair and he should be set free because he didn't do nothing. Because they're reasonable, they'll drop the charges and assign him no bail/RoR release on the second bullshit made up charge. He's going to be rolling out of court live streaming, on the way to Derrick's (with his mom to grab some celebration material) and most importantly, listening to "God's Plan" on the radio. If tomorrow for the domestic the judge also sets a bond for Austin, one condition of that bond will likely be a protective/restraining order for the victim of the domestic. If its RatDad, that would mean if Austin were released on bond he would not be able to return home.

So, the cruelest fate would be for the court to set a bond for the domestic, set the protective/restraining order, and one of Austin's rich pay pigs juices him the bail money. Austin might not fully understand the implications and just be in a hurry to accept the bail to be released from jail. You CAN refuse to accept bail if someone pays it for you and you dont want to leave. If the juicer didnt also provide for a place to stay the bossman would be stranded 20 miles from his "home" that he wouldnt even be allowed to go to anyway, and likely without a phone cus it wont be charged.

The juicer cuold also max out Austins commisary and other accounts, which upon release he would receive in the form of a check issued by the jail, which he likely would not be able to cash without ID. He doesn't have bail set for the domestic charge, only for the drug possession charge. They can't bail him out. It's not in his families hands right now. There's a big chance he will be ordered not to contact his family, as mandated by VA law with these kind of charges.
