Hector Malagon Botched surgery

On the 14th of June I had facial feminization with Dr. Hector Malagon in Mexico City. I spent 32 thousand on him and I… look no different than I did before My procedures included: Hairline advancement with type 3 frontoorbitoplasty, cantoplasty and brow lift. Rhinoplasty, lip lift and cheek augmentation with fat grafts. Jaw reduction and chin reduction with T osteotomy + liposuction

These are the images I was shown as a concept for my results. Mind you I have facial hair because I cannot shave right now due to still recovering.

Granted these did look odd and unrealistic but I had figured given his experience that the end result would somewhat resemble what was shown. I asked about this endlessly with him and he confirmed to me every time that I would.

The jaw and chin looks nothing like what was described by him when I met him. The cantoplasty or “cat eyes” as he called it barely shows.. I look literally no different than what I did before.

Every time I ask him why I look the way I do he keeps asserting that it takes 8-12 months for swelling to go down and to see changes but I just don’t buy it. I’ve literally never seen people not see results by the end of the first month

I don’t know what to do. I’m devastated. I’ve become a hermit and I spent every last penny on surgery. I have nothing left. I don’t know what to do….hormones and surgery didn’t work out and I feel like I have no life left living. I even had a few stitches that weren’t removed on the final day there. I came home and when I was brushing my hair I found them still in in-place

Those mock ups are absolutely insane. The surgeon even made his whole eyes larger and obliterated his jaw.

I don't think the surgeon did most of what he claimed. His hairline and jaw are exactly the same. The only differences I can see is his upper lip and brow but that might be just from the face swelling. Plus an extremely subtle change in his canthal tilt.

He should consider himself lucky he's not missing a kidney.

What was the point of this? The stage 1 rotdog didn't look great but it looked better than this split hot-dog thing going on on the underside.
Is the whole point here to split the rotdog, heal it til covered with skin, and then reunite the ends so you have a scar-tissue-covered lumen to pee through?

Just shy of a month post op. Having a little separation at the tip and near the base of my penis. There wasn't much info for aftercare.
Besides keeping it covered and using the weird yellow gauze. Appreciate any input!
Also! Someone on another sub said it looked infected but it's not giving off pus, not hot to touch, I have no fever and I am still on antibiotics and I'm applying triple antibiotic ointment daily.

Has anyone used superglue on a fistula?
I’ve been reading some studies by the NIH and other organizations that shows evidence of cyanoacrylate as a sealant promoting healing of fistulae and decreasing the time of closure.
I also saw a few other medical sites suggesting that this is the least invasive and effective alternative to surgical approaches. It’s harder to find information on solely urological fistulas though. I haven’t had the chance to talk to my team yet, but I’m curious if anyone has experience with this.
I’m currently using Medihoney, but would love to use something to actually seal them. I have at least 3 that are hard to locate so plugging them haven’t really been possible

I'm aware that medical-grade glues have many uses, is rotdog patchwork also one of them? There are a couple puzzled comments, and one that said they were "advised against using superglue". Archive

For many years, I would get cracked skin around my thumbnails in the wintertime, and NOTHING worked until I saw a dermatologist and they ordered me a steroid ointment. Relief at last! Anyway, I tried Super Glue, and all that did was hold the cracks open, because a microscopic amount would get into the cracks no matter how tightly I held them "closed."

Hey, I'm writing today for your support and connection. Around 3 weeks ago I had surgery (Peritoneal pull through).
Originally the operation went well, i was surprised at how good healing was going, very happy with my aesthetics as well. One night after dilation I started to bleed pretty heavily, and after that I started to pass gas through my vagina. Shortly after my discharge started to change color and what do you know-I have feces coming from my vagina. This was a lot to handle, mentally and physically.
Cut to 2 days, I am told to visit a stomach doctor here. He performed a small exam and confirmed I have a fistula about 2 cm into my vagina, and 2 mm wide. The next day I was admitted to the hospital to undergo surgery to try to repair the fistula. I woke up that night in immense pain, oscillating between shitting and throwing up while sweating, something I would describe as similar to an exorcism. 3 days in the hospital past and I slowly got better, no longer having extreme nausea, able to eat although still shitting blood. I am writing this about 10 days out from that surgery. 2 days ago I had a checkup with the doctors and they said everything looked extremely good, everyone was pleased. I was told today I should come in to get the packing and catheter out (for the second time).
Well..last night in my sleep I started to pass gas through my vagina. Now I am bleeding again, and the stool is present as well. The fistula repair did not work. I feel really devastated, my mental health feels shook. I don't know how my body could handle more surgeries, more time spent in the hospital and more pain. I don't want this to be the reason I am unable to continue, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't incredibly hard. The thought of having an ilestomy is terrfying.
