Steve Quest (p/k/a Montagraph) vs. Nicholas Robert Rekieta & Rekieta Law, LLC (2023)

And whose fault is that?
Well, obviously his, because he's a complete and utter choad, but it's a very good reason to want to remove it to federal court, which is generally more friendly to defendants.
I thought the parking tickets and the $300 was just laziness or inattention.
It isn't, though. It's that he has Oppositional Dipshit Disorder, which means he has to act like an absolute manbabby in all circumstances and just basically angrily shit himself any time he's angry that authority tells him to do things he should obviously do.

But I get not wanting to give the court a fucking dime.

It's boneheaded dumb. It eventually ends up costing you significantly more than if you'd just paid it from the outset instead of fucking around and finding out. And it generally comes back to bite you on the ass at the least convenient moment.

That said, it must make Montegraph happy that Rekieta owes him money. Even if it's only $300. Pay your bills, Rekieta!

Will they though? How many times had he ignored speeding tickets and gotten pulled over anyway without going to jail?

In Minnesota if you ignore speeding tickets, they turn into automatic convictions usually with an additional fine.

If you ignore the fines for long enough, they can:

- make it so you can't renew your vehicle registration
- make it so you can't renew your drivers license
- suspend your drivers license
- In the absolute worst case, they can issue a bench warrant which means any contact with the police will usually lead to an arrest.

But what happens depends on the jurisdiction that issued the ticket and how money hungry they are. There are some places that care way more than others. They can also be rather slow about these things sometimes. But they never forget.

Nick is embarrassing himself further by not handling his issues like a man and instead acting like a petulant child.
And yet I guarantee the dentheads in his Discord or Locals chat or wherever it is he goes to cope these days will be calling him heckin based for defying the man.

Maybe it's time Nick switches from American Beauty to Law Abiding Citizen as his favourite film, since he clearly now sees himself as an avenging angel against the corrupt justice system.

Did a pepperoni demon infest nick along with Magichan? Nicks self-ruination, child abuse, and absolute unwillingness to get off the internet is all Tomlinson-eque.
Pat at least removed himself entirely from his childs life and she's all the better for it, at this stage Nick is a worse father than Patrick Tomlinson.

Something else interesting is that he didn't pay the latest property tax on the house that's in his and Kayla's names, Bobby did. Is he being full on petulant child or has the snack drawer run dry in the Rekieta crack den as has been speculated? He was trying to get Lady and the Cuck to buy that house afterall. I'm willing to wager he did not put up the cash for the bonds either.
Not paying property tax is routine for Nicky Rackets. For several years now he's added hundreds of dollars worth of fines to his yearly taxes out of sheer laziness. If he risks his driver's license and his crack shack over his petulant "ODD", no shit he isn't paying $300 to Montegraph.

By the time everything's said and done, the quest to make Crackieta #PayMonty is going to be on par with getting Fatrick to #PayQuasi. Or maybe worse. Rickety Rackets is still loaded with cash and his parents seem to be just as much enablers as Fatrick's in-laws. He can spend years coming up with schemes to avoid paying.

The court is planning on sending people to enforce that debt "herein the amount of $300.00 as costs and disbursements in this cause, and that execution may be issued for the enforcement thereof"
Racketa is such a piece of shit who belongs in prison, but straight up not paying the courts... I can't bring myself to think that's bad. Fuck the courts. Has anyone ever tried his innovative legal strategy of just not paying? They say they are going to send enforcement but it's 300 bucks. Are they really gonna send someone to go get his ass over that? The police are lazy retards with more important shit to do.
And as for the traffic tickets, at some point, they're going to pull him over, have a warrant on that, and chuck him in a cell until he coughs it up.

This being the next happening in his long pathetic saga would be embarrassing for Nick, but pretty funny...

Who wants to lay odds that he has not paid income taxes this year?

I think daddy and mummy are in town to help clean up this mess, and part of the deal is keeping him off the internet as much as they can.

Why would he move this to federal court?
Home state rule.

"A civil action otherwise removable solely on the basis of the jurisdiction under section 1332(a) of this title may not be removed if any of the parties in interest properly joined and served as defendants is a citizen of the State in which such action is brought." 28 U.S.C. § 1441(b)(2).

Monty brought it in Nick's home state, possibly specifically to avoid diversity jurisdiction.

Because every single local judge personally hates his guts?

I would have thought he would remove to Federal court because it is more expensive and to try to discourage Monty, but the rule cited is interesting, and makes it seems like Monty did his research up front. Nick thought he was dealing with pro se spergery he could mock, but he opened the gate to find a prepared opponent.

He doesn't patronise either.

DISCORD is officially disowned as of last month:

(Hilariously, these are the last posts)

I want another mugshot where he makes his weird, autistic attempt at a badass face, like he's intimidating the person taking the mugshot, who is probably laughing on the inside looking at this faggot in his Jamaican cuck wife-beater shirt or whatever cringy-ass thing he'll be wearing the inevitable next time.

Has Rickety Rackets ever talked about not paying his traffic fines? Like is it a strategy or stupidity?
"Welcome to traffic court, where the points don't matter"
I think it this point it is best described as part of his mental pathology. To say Nick obstinately refuses to do what any presumed authority figure tells him to do is to greatly undersell it.

If he risks his driver's license and his crack shack over his petulant "ODD",
My knee jerk reaction to reading this was "what? are we just calling every house owned by people we don't like a crack shack?". It took a second for the realization to come through.

I propose that Montagraph brought the case in Minnesota because he lost against Morphonios partly on jurisdictional grounds.
Order: Motion to Dismiss said:
The Court finds that the Plaintiff does not offer facts in his reply that would meritoriously challenge the assertions made by the Defendant in his motion that this court does not have jurisdiction over him such that this suit should continue here in Jefferson County, Colorado.
Order: Motion to Dismiss (from Monty's OP)

To be fair, though, the court basically said the filing was fucked.

So when does the IRS get in on the Rekieta court cases? ( criminal , civil , CPS ) Legal GRANDSLAM. Nick is "smart" enough to try and write off his booze as a business expense and his "Nanny" and the coke. I doubt he paid income taxes on his super chat income or his 5000 locals scam. ( $250,000+) or Rumble income.

The very fact he hasn't been nailed by the IRS for his tax fraud or his self-admitted PPP loan fraud (2021/2022 streams IIRC) is proof Barnes has zero clue what he's talking about when he deepthroats the Balldo. If the big bad gubmint really wanted the fearless anti-corruption crusader LAWPOPE gone, then surely they'd use his questionable tax writeoffs to bankrupt and jail him. Eric July is a bad dude who some say planted coke in Nick Rekieta's locked safe and drugged his 8 year old daughter with it, but even he's nothing compared to the IRS in terms of fucking people over.

An IRS audit and a Barnes defense of Rekieta is more than enough to put the Balldo away for a long time. I would be interested to see how he set up his YouTube channel business though, I bet there's a ton of gold in there

Tbh I loathe Nick so much I think the most hilarious result is whatever a Barnes referral is going to get him. It's like cosmic revenge for recommending Ty Beard.

Nick and Wesley Snipes sitting in jail talking about how the IRS is fucking them while Robert Barnes smokes a cigar at a Poker table in Vegas betting both of the money he scammed from them would be pure poetic justice

Nick is "smart" enough to try and write off his booze as a business expense
He's literally said that he could deduct the alcohol he drinks on stream, but doesn't because he's too lazy to keep track of the receipts and what he drinks.

Are you twisting "I could, but I'm too lazy" into "he's a liar so he's definitely doing it" or are you just making this up entirely?
self-admitted PPP loan fraud
Taking a PPP small business loan for the purpose of paying your business expenses including employee salaries and then applying for loan forgiveness on the basis that you used the funds for those intended purposes isn't fraud, it was literally the reason why the PPP loan program existed. It was why they offered forgiveness.
