Unfortunately for Baldwin the damage is already done. The case getting kicked on a technicality doesn't help him with the reputation damage. He's always gonna be remembered as the dumb anti gun cuck that was such a negligent faggot he killed someone with a live gun on a film set.Sadly, Sean (or one of his guests) made a good point though. This happened because Baldwin hired a really really REALLY good defense attorney. Guy was fucking savage and effective. Sadly, most criminal defendants are not that lucky.
While I generally agree, Nick's great win in Rittenhouse and Depp (to a lesser extent, other trials) was bringing in insightful and well-practiced lawyers who could comment on the happenings. Nick on his own wasn't that insightful, and only entertaining in cases when there were obvious jokes or charismatic witnesses (as in Depp). Trials are long, often are boring, and a panel is a good way to cut through the dead air. That most of them were only clout-chasing demons was irrelevant, the super berries went to Nick. The thing is, while I think a Nick whose brain is not swiss cheese would have done well today, I maintain that Nick is dead. It's almost pointless to suggest he good back to trial coverage now.
I think if he tried trial coverage now, he'd be cracking dumb barely coherent jokes, seething at trolls in chat, and barely paying attention to the courtroom drama. All to the determent of an audience that would welcome actual legal analysis.
rich men don't go to prison fella, he was never in dangerI'm hoping they appeal it. Watching Andrew Branca, I agree with his take - the evidence that was not disclosed, was not relevant. For Alec's charge, in New Mexico law, it does not matter where the bullets came from at all.
The only way it could possibly have mattered, and it's a long shot, is if they were trying to argue Alec was framed or set up by someone else who put the bullets there. But no one was arguing that at all, and it still doesn't even address the involuntary manslaughter elements. Alec COULD have been set up, and ALSO still would have committed involuntary manslaughter.
Nick thinks that the moral of the story was that Lester should have fucked the child and then the Nazi wouldn't have killed him, the real moral of the story is that that even a Faggot is better than a Paedophile (Something that Doug TenNapel doesn't agree with, so Nick is in good company) and that all Pedos should face the woodchipper, twice to the back of the head.I think the general public is forgiving enough and ignorant about the facts of the case where they'll start telling themselves "oh, so he beat the charges and he's innocent!"
It's a good thing Nick Rekieta made the wise decision to talk about the teenager raping movie instead of covering the trial.
That makes no sense. Why would the neighbor decline to murder Kevin Spacey if he rapes the teenager? Is the thought process that the neighbor wouldn't have found Kevin Spacey? The neighbor came back over for the specific purpose of finding and killing Kevin Spacey.Nick thinks that the moral of the story was that Lester should have fucked the child and then the Nazi wouldn't have killed him
Nick has always been a mediocre "lawyer" with shit tier legal takes, he was lucky to hit success at the right time and his skill was getting good guests and being a decent host who knew what questions and things the layman watching would want to be asking. Hes was the first to nail that formula and was lucky that he had a pair of big trials right at the right time. While I generally agree, Nick's great win in Rittenhouse and Depp (to a lesser extent, other trials) was bringing in insightful and well-practiced lawyers who could comment on the happenings. As you say, even by Murdaugh (or was it Brooks?), that Nick, who could wrestle up and manage some amigos, was gone, and swiss cheese brain now prevents him from ever returning.
To be totally fair it wasn't just Baldwin to blame for that bullshit. The armorer herself, whoever thought it was a good idea to use the guns they were using for the movie to plink with during dinner break, the dumb motherfucker that left it loaded afterwards, the dumb motherfucker that passed Baldwin a loaded gun without checking, Baldwin himself for not checking it was safe, and so on, and so on.I think the general public is forgiving enough and ignorant about the facts of the case where they'll start telling themselves "oh, so he beat the charges and he's innocent!"

You guys are overthinking this. He likes the film because Mena Suvari is hot and you get to see her tits. That makes no sense. "Oh damn, Kevin Spacey wasn't in the first place I looked, time to give up and go be gay at home!" What? That's nonsense. The neighbor would've probably killed both Kevin Spacey and the raped teenager instead of only Kevin Spacey. Also, wasn't the wife getting ready to kill Kevin Spacey anyways? She definitely would have killed him if he raped the teenager.
This isn't the sweaty superhero standing over two buttons meme where one button is "rape the teenager" and the other is "get shot by the neighbor." Nick is such a dumbfuck.
Nick has talked at great length about this movie and pointed out that the irony of Lester arresting his spiral is what ultimately leads to him walking out of the room to his death (Nick's words not mine), the subtle implication here, being reflected in Nick's own life, is to not "PULL UP" because PULLING UP means death, or at least an ego version of it. He regards American Beauty as an allegory for his own life, Nick is a fucking weirdo. That makes no sense. Why would the neighbor decline to murder Kevin Spacey if he rapes the teenager? The latest document from @MNPublicRecords confirms something that was obvious but flew under the radar. Dawn Weber and John Mueller, the Balldos attorneys in the Emergency Protective Care (EPC) proceeding were court appointed.

What does this matter?
Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 260C.163, subd. 3(b), "In all child protection proceedings where a child risks removal from the care of the child's parent . . . if the parent, guardian, or custodian desires counsel and is eligible for counsel under section 611.17, the court shall appoint counsel to represent each parent, guardian, or custodian prior to the first hearing on the petition . . . ."
In other words, broke niggas get a free lawyer if the gubbermint finna take they kids away, just like they do when they're charged with a jailable offense. Thus the Balldos had to have met the Minnesota broke nigga guidelines found here:
"Are you poor, or are you just pretending to be poor, Mr Balldo?"
to be fair, why would he spend money on trying to get his children back when he can spend it on things he actually cares about like coke and hookers?
Hes was the first to nail that formula and was lucky that he had a pair of big trials right at the right time.
If he had any kind of work ethic he would have been set.
All hell get now are ALogs and people watching the trash fire.
He has no one to blame but himself.
You guys are overthinking this. He likes the film because Mena Suvari is hot and you get to see her tits.
Anything else is him trying to make excuses for it, but he just likes Mena Suvari‘s tits.
He could just google a picture of them but he’s too much of a boomer to understand that, so he watches an entire film.

I’m not sure what you’re on about. Is this the straight version of 2M-1F 'not gay if the balls don't touch' cope logic for porn?
Not porn if it is in an artsy media setting.
Himedall forever doomed to being misgendered and called a man when she (allegedly) is a (cis)woman.I’m not sure what you’re on about.
Let me explain this to you.
Attractive women are attractive.
You may even want to beat one off of if you look at an attractive woman naked.
The above is actual normal for a guy.
You wanting to it to men is gay and not “trad cath” or “Russian/Greek orthodox”.
TL;DR you are gay
Nick never pulls up, he accelerates downwards. They're clearly still alive right? So it's fine.
There are no women on the internetHimedall forever doomed to being misgendered and called a man when she (allegedly) is a (cis)woman.
Many places will have a few lawyers who the police call when you say "give me a lawyer." Sometimes they hang around at courthouses or police stations. They aren't free. You get them from the police or the court and then you pay them afterwards when you drop them for your own attorney. It just allows them to hold hearings without delay.Could it have been that the County appointed the representation as a precautionary courtesy because they wanted to be DAMN sure there was no appealable issue to toss the evidence from the sting? They they told Balldo to get his own lawyers becuase he can afford it and bond.

You're just saying that because you're a hater. After all, look how fantastically Nick is doing now with no guests. It was ALL Nick.Trials are long, often are boring, and a panel is a good way to cut through the dead air.
