It's hard to describe *exactly* why they set off my troondar so flagrantly.
To my eye - they're flanderized inbred depictions of "women" you see a lot. Very misinformed and very specific.

There's other images with actual flags in them but the point is that they aren't necessary to get the point across.
It's a perceivable aura.

Here's a tip: if you see a character drawn with those full-circle rimmed glasses, 95% of the time it's a tranny or a tranny's OC.

The artist who drew this is named Tyler who is Fishinq's GF, she is a women with BDP who has been caught with a weird fetish account where she would draw vore, furry porn, and gore and would actively link it to her main safe for work account for minors to easily find it. She defends having an open nsfw account and attacked people when called out.

Now everything that's known about this is pretty gross and retarded, but I want to of course talk about the pixel art style because when I first saw this last year I think, the only thing I could think of when I saw this was that "some tranny made this sprite work". And that's most apparent in Chara's (the floating transparent kid that follows the player) facial expressions in the textbox with how weirdly cutesy and smug they look, like someone who's into lolis would draw, and the overly detailed sprites of Sans and Papyrus aren't much better in that regard.
