At least they confirmed Greta is insane, carries weapons, and shows up uninvited and unannounced at someone's place of residence and harasses their mother.

The shit they did admit to sounds fucked up and suspicious even though they tried to portray it in the most innocent light possible.

It's especially telling how they tried to make the visit to @Null sound benign even though they admit they are paranoid, carry weapons and aren't shy on using them, and went on at length about how we're supposedly a website full of evil people who people should fear to the point of needing to resort to violence (Null himself especially), yet at the same time tried to make a visit on the guy while fully armed on what they try to pass off as a benign, peaceful meeting to have a civil discussion.

Even if we take their paranoia at face value, if @Null really was as dangerous as they made him out to be, they should have gotten law enforcement aware of the problem and/or gotten a third party like an official attorney or other individual empowered to represent them to handle the matter at one remove if they really feared for their own safety.

This one is something with which all crisis lines deal. You can minimise it to some extent by having a general number which is different to your crisis number - which TLL doesn't have - but every crisis/emergency number gets calls from people who are just lonely and want to chat or people who just need a shoulder.

Of course TLL isn't equipped to deal with true crisis calls, and that's why they shouldn't claim that suicide prevention is their core mission.
