He's going to cope with the fact that tattoos aren't literally, technically permanent. Skin grafting is a thing. Any little niggle for this skeleton freak to cope and sneed.
I can totally see him make that sort of argument, TBH...
"Tattoos can fade after time, depending on the ink used and placement on the skin, so that invalidates all of those concerns! :really:"

What does that make religions like Mormons and Jehovah's Witness that accept Jesus Christ as lord and savior but believe he was the son of God only? I'm only familiar with Christian sects that accept them as fellow Christians but I haven't given it much thought before.
Are Mormons Christians? Interesting question! Let me consult my golden plates.

Speaking of religion what does Nick's particular flavor of Christianity say about tattoos? IIRC there are several passages about not putting permanent marks on the skin in the bible.

A what mayhap be a more serious response to this than was asked, the tattoo prohibition must be understood in context.

The actual words are more applicable to cutting or ritual scarification that was done contemporaneously by pagans in awful rituals of sex, blood, murder, and magic. Much like the requirement for tassels on robes, not trimming beard corners, and the like, the spirit of the rule was for God's people (mostly Israel) to be distinct from the fucked up culture.

Extrapolated as a general principle as some do, today it would be 'Don't go to drag shows gay bars, or swinger resorts' because doing that shite is going to make people think this is what wholesome Christians do.

Out of curiosity, I once asked @WelperHelper99 about what Nick said on Easter, and he was emphatic that the LDS would excommunicate his ass too (plus for all the degeneracy).

My belief is this is all driven by Nick really loving the idea of being the leader of a religious movement, and holding power and influence over people, but is turned off by the sacrifice part. He's a selfish egomaniacal narcissist with a God complex. It's creepy AF.
Late but yeah. We would. He is a coke snorting adultery loving sex fiend. He would be excommunicated faster than you could say balldo.

Yeah the only prohibitions that you're truly meant to follow in Leviticus are the ones that align with what just you yourself feel like are still applicable today, you just have to ignore the part at the end that says 'if you broke one you broke all of them'. There are literal centuries of cope available to you any time you feel like wiggling out of anything in the Bible.

The case against April is weak. Kayla told police that April is a live-in nanny and April's purse was in the master bedroom. You could drive a truck through the holes in that narrative. It makes me wonder why they decided to charge her. Does the state have a gap in its narrative and want to use April to fill it in? Offer her a diversion program if she flips or something?

Her credit card was sitting on a plate with cocaine, with both our wife and her in the same room with all of the drugs. Doesn't sound very weak and is a very straightforward charge.

I wonder, after reading these new papers and learning that April and Qayla were located in the master bedroom, if those two POS sent the little girl to (not) answer the door for the police, or if the child went under her own steam to do it. I despise Kayla and think she is borderline irredeemable (as is Nick), but if she actually sent her child to (not) answer to the door to the police, well. It's literally beyond contempt.

At this point I am not sure what I think would be the best thing to happen for the kids. I am sure the kids want to return to the parental house and be with their parents, but fucking harp seals have better parental instincts than either of the Crackietas.

The youngest kids shouldn’t be randomly answering the door anyways.
Nick probably comes in through the garage door also so it’s not like daddy dearest was ringing the doorbell/cop knocking.

Idk, that’s just a rule at my house with my younger kids, don’t answer the door alone.

A rule I had when I was a kid was to not answer the phone. The fact they had the kids answer to door was super weird to me.

That's always bothered me too. It should be instinct to put yourself between your kids and anyone demanding to get into your home. I don't believe cops with a search warrant are going to be tentatively knocking on the door and being super pleasant. My kids are all bigger than me now and it's still my first reaction to get in front of them when there's a person out in public acting weird.

I'm sure I'll leave things out, but en gros, he said that he didn't know anything about Nick's misbehavior. He only met him a few limited times in real life. He might be a friend, but that doesn't mean he approves of his behavior. In the end he made a public prayer for Nick while Stein did a stupid pray-along bit.

Edit: when Stein pressed on juicy bits he refused to answer, like asking what he thought Kayla might think about Nick's having April as a gf now.
I don't know why that faggot Stein would ask Vic this garbage. Vic clearly knows nothing. There's never been any mistake about the terms Vic and Nick were on. They were loose friends and Nick's involvement in Vic's life started and ended with Nick encouraging him to sue and not take the Funimation crap lying down and recommending Ty Beard. Vic never was that close with Nick. He didn't know what he did behind closed doors. I'm not even sure Nick was doing these awful things during the Vic years.

Hell, I'd even argue recommending Ty wasn't THAT bad. You can't really blame Ty for Chupp being a garbage judge. Sure, the Appeals Court tossed the case for the notary issue but I'm still of the opinion they were desperate for any reason to get that case off their desks and if not the notary, they would've just made up some other bullshit to toss it. Reminder, Lemoine sent hundreds of pages to the courts to shit fling. This file was massive. Nobody wanted to touch it. Then COVID delayed it for years. So the Appeals Court had this massive file on their desk for literal years they didn't want to touch and waited until lawyers from all sides started demanding a ruling to do so. The courts were looking to get rid of it solely due to sheer laziness. Nobody is sacred. Everyone is just as lazy as everyone else.

This is a real mystery. I thought the lab would have done the mystery drug results before the hair results. Unless he got sold a bunk batch and tried to turn baby laxative into crack. Anything's possible at this point
Someone awhile ago alluded to the idea of mixing crack, Ketamine, and gunpowder to get some ridiculous voodoo drug mixture for higher highs, which would've explained all the measuring equipment. Since this hasn't been discussed much, I've been assuming that's what this is.

Amazing work! This file can apparently also be found in the MRCO system with the case number 34-CR-24-487. Here are the pdfs.
She has her first appearance in court on August 28th by Zoom.
LOL, LMAO even. Get fucked April. Wait no not like that.

The charges came back for April and Nick's old friend "Judge Pussy Liquor" herself signed off on them. Maybe making a public appearance on WCCO TV with your whores while facing criminal charges wasn't the best move Nick. If April had walked away after the raid, she likely wouldn't be facing charges now. Brilliant move staying there.
I can't anymore. This cow just keeps on milking. My fucking sides! Judge Fischer is back to unleash her Holy Wrath!!!!

the question is, what triggered this?
You can press X to doubt on this one and I won't die on this hill, but I really think Fischer was pissed off the cops let her go. Part of me wonders if cops just bought her sob story because cops are faggots like that sometimes. However, I can't imagine part of their stipulations for letting her go wouldn't be staying away from Nick. Being caught red-handed with Nick, and living with him, pretty much eradicates her sob story. So part of me wonders if Fischer just bitch smacked the cops for being pussies and buying April's bullshit.

I don't see anything at all they could charge Aaron with related to Nick and company.
They certainly could charge him with child endangerment based off Aaron's streams alone. If nothing else, his ex wife would certainly be able to remove custody permanently based off of his streams.

The charge isn't DOING drugs, it is possessing them. The state has to prove that she was in possession of the drugs that they found in someone else's bedroom. How do you suppose they can prove that beyond a reasonable doubt?

Interesting thank you for the context. Tattoos might still fit that definition as they are associated with giving into temptation or low impulse control.

The race for Worst Parents on KiwiFarms is pretty tight. Ben Thorp still takes the lead though.
