He’s not in NY anymore so he finally got the karma he keeps ordering. Normally a lot of Cleveland bums end up back on the street after being arrested but it seems that Andy is not. He definitely tried to pull the same bull shit he does at a hospital. Probably a good thing he ended up in Cleveland out of all places in Ohio.

No, it could have been calling up the cops and then acting like he always does. Cleveland is a very large city with a stretched thin police force. Calling 911 and telling the reporting officers that you have autism and you're being abused isn't going to be treated very lightly in a place that deals with murder and carjackings regularly.

He could have also gotten onto a city bus then sperged out, forcing the driver to park until police arrived.

There has to be a way to pull the Cleveland Police Radio Dispatch for the call. We can narrow the search because we know Andy gets booked in the jail at 10:13 pm so the radio call is likely within an hour to two hours prior.

I watched a bunch of Andy's videos and I will never forgive any of you for introducing me to this experience.

It's shocking how much the world depends on people being basically normal human beings. And then you get one guy who won't play by the rules, and he jams up the entire enterprise. He'll have multiple (expensive) security staff and multiple (expensive) medical staff all out there in the hallway trying to talk the big baby back into his room because he's mad they won't wipe his butt for him. Amazing.
