Nick should eat shit.
Mangia
Only because Nick wants it to be. Nick should eat shit.
Mangia!
Nick can eat shit.
Mangia!
needs to eat shit.
Nick probably watched this thing and felt jealous that the incel prudes at his Church and the faggot goberment wouldn't let him live in this ideal Libertine compound with his our pilled out wife and his Fleshlight.

Am I too :optimistic: for thinking they will probably let this one go? I imagine St. Cloud cops have much bigger fish to fry than some guy maybe sending a titty pic to someone.

The next step would be a deep and expensive dive into phones, messaging records and such. Unless Geno suddenly turns out to have the photo and message still saved somewhere. Without photo and message, there is no evidence other than Keaneu and Geno's memory.

Would they go to all that expensive time consuming trouble to prosecute what would amount to a misdemenor? A case involving an attorney & wife on trial for cocaine posession who don't live in the county and somewhat well-known local embarrassment named Aaron? Probably not.

I suspect they only have investigated it as much as they have because Nick probably introduced himself as an attorney in the conversation with the police.

But anything is possible. Aaron could well have built up a pool of ill-will in St. Cloud over the years that the local powers that be might want to give him a good kick in the balls. But I tend to think that the authorities will see all these people as crazy and not worth spending money on.

He had ongoing debt cases where Nick represented him brilliantly into loss and bankruptcy. He also got into the 2020 election grift and got nuked by YouTube. He also 'borrowed' 10-15k USD from Doug Tennapel and 'forgot' to say anything for months.

Otherwise, he appeared to be what Nick pretended to be...
That's just how nogs are with money. Can you blame is sandy beige 42 ass? I won't.

The fact that Aaron sent a nude pic 2 months ago and the person (who he considered a buddy) who got the pic did NOTHING......until his fiance's friend™️ April copped felony drug possession charges a week ago tells you all you need to know in which camp the panic has set in.

Prediction: The cops will take the report, visit Aaron at his home, he'll show them the incriminating pic of his soul mate 🤢, then charge him with bestiality.

Is this bitch actually retarded? :stress: by filing that police report it confirms that Aaron and Kayla were in fact swinging together.
My impression was the police called as a follow-up to Nick and Kayla reporting it.

Aaron needs to delete it too.
Yeah Aaron was (well is) kinda dumb for hanging onto that, even after he left the qover. But there seem to be two types of people wrt data - those like Vic who delete everything, obsessively, and those who just don't deal with anything until the phone fills up, presumably like Aaron.

This is probably a nothing burger (barring an aggressive DA), but boy! I bet Nick was hyping up it over the last couple of weeks.

I thought Nick's final fantasy was being the an Artist, a performance♂artist. One where he ends up in as a dungeon♂master.

Get in the dungeon Nick!

They are irrelevant. Keanu seems to think Geno doing the noble thing and deleting it was good. I suspect the investigation ended when Geno could not present the revenge porn. Without the picture, LE cannot determine if it meets the criteria in the statute.
correct me if i'm wrong, but if you delete a message from your phone the message isn't "gone" right? like it's still on the server it's just being hidden for the user so if they really wanted to they could probably get it from whatever messaging service they use.

granted it would probably require geno giving the police full access to his phone records which considering everyone involved in this is a degenerate is a bad idea, and it would also require the police to really care about getting justice for a coke whore's titty picture.

it would also require the police to really care about getting justice for a coke whore's titty picture.
The cops will take this seriously, and Aaron will go to jail for revenge pornography, whereas Nick will be vindicated and get his kids back. Aleisha Sweep will be fired!

This is Rekieta’s world, we’re just living in it.

Oh please let it be true. If he in any way represents himself as Kayla's attorney to police, the bar needs to hammer him. If he's presenting himself to April as her attorney, they need to hammer him. Both these women haven't hired attorneys to represent them against felony charges. If Nick is misrepresenting himself to them as able to be their attorney, he needs to go to prison for that. He's depriving them of a fundamental right. He referred to both of them as his "clients" just last weekend on the Chrissie interview.

It depends. If it's sent via MMS (old method) there's a sever where it is stored for a bit by the telecom providers.
Imessage goes through apple's servers. Same for Google messages.

All of these would need warrants. But if Geno got an iphone maybe he didn't permanently delete it like a tard and it's still hanging around the 30 days recycle bin.

Unless there's a specific rule (like that a Secretary of State's office in many states has to investigate certain claims against a business, law enforcement generally has broad discretion in how they allocate their investigative priorities. They can simply choose not to investigate at all. They can't even be held liable for outright refusal to show up to an emergency call (barring state law to the contrary).

Otherwise they'd have to investigate every claim some nut like Tommy Tooter made on a daily basis instead of just fobbing him off on a tard wrangler to listen to his nonsense and then tell him to go away.
OK, sure, not technically mandated across-the-board. (Though there is, of course, a risk in not doing so.)

That said, a complaint with provided support is usually going to result in some kind of investigation, even if just a phone call or two. 'Round here, a phone call about dogs running free, firecrackers going off, or kids skateboarding on sidewalks usually results in a police visit. A call or formal complaint registered [esp from "an attorney"] about "revenge porn" of a married woman, with video that suggests that that was done is typically going to occasion some level of inquiry by police.

Interestingly, the Stearns County Attorney's Office (the county for St. Cloud, MN) states the following:

Reporting a Crime

If you have been the victim of or a witness to what you believe may be a crime, dial 911 and report the matter immediately.

Law Enforcement Response

Law enforcement will then:
  1. Receive and document your report, if within their agency's jurisdiction, or put you in contact with the proper jurisdiction;
  2. Investigate the reported crime;
  3. Gather and hold evidence of the crime;
  4. Possibly arrest the alleged offender; and
  5. Conduct follow-up investigation as needed.

Investigation

Depending upon several factors, including the size of the department, the officer that responds to the scene of a crime may not be the individual to conduct the follow-up investigation. After the initial report is taken, a detective may be assigned to pursue the investigation.

[And not-for-nothing, but Stearns County apparently cares enough about investigation that they just last month solved a dead baby case from 1980: https://www.sctimes.com/story/news/...e-from-1980-of-unidentified-baby/74369439007/]

[Plus, Stearns County still bears the shame of their botched Jacob Wetterling case back in 1989. Irrelevant, but trivia is fun.] But still, it's not 1990 Milwaukee.

If it was a sms/mms, it's likely still on servers, depending on the company.
This article is over 10 years old but describes retention policies for companies at the time.

If it was Meta or Google or Apple, they likely still have it, even if deleted from devices. (But given how shit their coding has been of late, who knows.) They'll turn your data over on a dime.

The federal government probably has it too, but they aren't giving up that kind of national security "monitoring" for a small time misdemeanor (or felony).

The real question is would it be worth the state's time and money to pursue. Who's the Stearns County DA, who would likely be making that decision? For 20+ years, it's been Attorney / Rocker, Janelle Kendall:

Above said, St Cloud has its own City Attorney, Renee Courtney. I'm not going to dig into the weeds on if she is more counsel for the city or would also do similar work for similar issues, and I don't know Aaron's exact location, to determine if he's even within the city limits.

OK, sure, not technically mandated across-the-board. (Though there is, of course, a risk in not doing so.)
Castle Rock v. Gonzales, No. 04-278 (SCOTUS) and Warren v. District of Columbia, 353 F.3d 36. (D.C Court of Appeals)
Police have no requirement to enforce the law nor is there specific legal duty for police to protect an individual from a crime.
Both cases are absolutely horrendous in context.
You are ultimately responsible for your own safety.

Wait, am I wrong to get the implication that Nick shared his nudes with Aaron when he was part of the Qover at some point?
:story:
Or somebody else did. Like Kayla.

I absolutely believe he kept Kayla's pics since he claims to be in love with her, but it would be funny if he went "ewww, do not want" and deleted Nick's. Assuming he was sent them. That actually might be funnier than the oft-repeated theory here that they did homo shit together.

@Balldo's Gate is right. It's a totally weird question to ask unprompted if you don't either a) believe nudes of that person exist, or b) know nudes of that person exist.

And if April was prompted to ask that question by the polycule, well... it doesn't take a genius...

Either way, I thank Keanu for her big mouth.

I remember a time when a certain non-practicing lawyer was raging about a certain person working at Rooster Teeth sending explicit picture of their wife.
Years ago he spoke at great length against taking nudes of yourself and loved ones. There's a clip of it somewhere. Made around the time the Hedonism II crap came out.

Which BTW, he was absolutely right about. It's another white pilling thing he that endeared people to him at the time.

Oh well.

I think Arron took the photos unknown to nick and co, they were probably blitzed out of their minds on coke, arron probably took them from the cuck corner or when they passed out.

Arron seems like the kind of guy that would do that
